I've scrapped a few times with Allied and they are always friendly. One of their guys even helped me remove some bolts from a few pieces of bronze so I'd be able to get more money for the bronze.

Always been good to me, scrap prices go up and down depending on the market. But always a fair exchange. I do a fair amount of scraping out computers and electronics. We usually go over to sell off aluminum cans my boy collects. Today was Halloween, the cashier even offered some candy for the holiday. Not necessary but very nice. I also recall about a year ago they even let us come in and capture a few videos of the magnet crane in operation for a school project he was doing on electromagnets. Not usually a kid friendly industry. We kept a safe distance, and of course I watched him like a hawk while we were there, but it definitely shows a willingness to go above and beyond to take care of customer service.

Very professional and friendly staff from office peopl up to helping me unload my metal. Mack who helped my son return the soda cans was very helpful and explained in detail how it all worked. Gave us some helpful hints as how to prepare metal before bringing it to get the most $$$. Will definitely be going back.

First time customer and could not have been more pleased. Drove in, got weighed and was second in line to get backed into the claw. Had two old riding mowers and the operator picked them off my trailer without putting any extra pressure on my axles. Very good operator! Pulled out, got weighed again then got paid.
