We have heard good things about them but our own experience was not good at all. We rented a porta potty for the blueberry harvest season. They delivered it to wrong address twice and finally delivered it more than a week after the scheduled date and then they never showed up to service it for the entire month. We would not recommend them.

I run a company which is a long time account holder with Valley, Today while at the Bailey landfill I was in the commercial vehicle line for the scale on the way out and I had a Valley container truck in line behind me, while merging with the non-commercial traffic the Valley truck behind me went around my vehicle and cut right in front of me. I pulled up to the drivers window and questioned him about why he just decided he had priority over all the other commercial vehicles, his response was what shocked me, after what was a very unprofessional encounter I had with the driver he proceeded to drive forward blocking my vehicle from entering the line, with his truck almost hitting my truck in the process. I have always had great experiences with Valley up until today, I was very shocked with the unprofessionalism. They are considered “Professional Drivers” and what I seen today was very far from Professional Driving, and plain childish.

Our strata is hearing the facts about compatibles we need at a meeting about it on the 24th. My concern is the issues to do with recycling is not understood by many at our condo so I wonder how compatibles will be done by owners.

I was contracted in the last couple of years to help Valley Waste with a website design makeover, photography (I shot the photos I uploaded in this review) and search marketing. Good folks in this company. Enjoyable meetings and conversations with John (owner) about bikes and travel, meeting Cam (Sales Manager) and Derek (Manager) at the local Thai restaurants at lunch, bumping into and chatting with Scott (Manager) at the local Starbucks, and bumping into Daisy (Finance) at Superstore. The ladies I met in their front office were always friendly and had a smile on their faces. Definitely consider them for your garbage, septic and portable toilet needs.

We have rented portable toilets from them for a number of years to be used in our U-Pick blueberry field and other farm sites. Service is always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable both from the office and from the drivers. Last season due to my own lack of foresight they had no units available when I called. Having used a competitor's units I can say with absolute certainty that the level of service, the quality of the units, and the overall experience is far and away better at Valley Tank and Container. There is no comparison.

I would definitely recommend Valley Waste & Recycling. I am with the Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup Society and we use Valley Waste & Recycling for our 2 annual river cleanups. These folks are very easy to work with, communicative and they get the job done right. Hired to provide garbage and toilet services for our wedding, the garbage cans were a huge advantage for our backyard wedding and the toilets that were brought were clean, stocked with paper towel, toilet paper and soap. we were very happy with the sinks that were in the units as well! The crew was on time, quick and efficient in placing the units where we wanted them and we could not have asked for more. I would definitely recommend this vendor for any special event.

Just want to start with how much of a rip off these guys are . They charge for pick up and removal which is fine ( not that the price is fine ) but when they charge the dump surcharge they sky rocket it . So here’s what I did, intested the same weight to dollars at the dump Removal of same weight cost me $286 and valley tank charged nearly $400? As if they aren’t making enough money off stupid fuel surcharge ... even though you are paying a pick up and drop off fee but it is what it is I have since found a much cheaper company and would refrain from these blood suckers

Friendly helpful staff who answered my questions over the phone, and then even helped me off-load my trailer as they could see I could use a little assistance. Wide open spaces, easy to back in. I would give more than five stars if I could.

First they couldn't set up a specific time when they could pump my tank so I had to wait around all day and they never showed up and never called to say they weren't coming and then they couldn't give me an answer on when they could come. I thought I'd give them a try but I'll keep using the other company I used in the past
