The gentleman here are friendly. I had called on my way to Victoria to pick up a Mercedes fender. They had it off in an instant and even washed it. By far one of the cleanest auto recycling facilities I have seen. Great prices as well. Don't believe all the Google trolls. Best to check out a place for yourself. What's that old adage? You gotta see it to believe it. Well this is definitely the case here. Thanks gentleman.

I once had a good experience buying a transmission from here from Rob for a great price. Today was not the same experience. I spoke with an employee on facebook marketplace with regards to a Mitsubishi Ralliart Lancer. The uneducated staff members guaranteed that they had a steering wheel and airbag for this model of car. When I got there they tried to sell me a Base Lancer steering whee which is a completely different steering wheel. Not only did they try to knowingly sell me a part which was different than described, but also they would not apologize or acknowledge their mistake on the situation. Their POS computer systems are missing a whole category of the ralliart sections of lancers. They divide the lancers by “evo” and “non-evo”. Any mitsubishi car enthusiast will tell you that the evo and ralliart share steering wheels. That goes with many other shared parts such as the 4b11t engine. Very dishonest company. Buyers beware when attempting to buy parts from here. Please check that all your parts are accurate to what you think you need. In my case they lured me into the store using parts they stated they had but they did not, just to try to sell me a lower quality part. The person I was speaking to felt too embarrassed by the situation to give me his name. The owner also handled it in an unprofessional matter. If you must come in to this shop, I would only trust Rob. If this is an honest computer system mistake on your end, please make sure you adjust it accordingly and do your research. You have lost a customer.

Full service yard that will take care of you if you don't know how to repair your own vehicle. Prices seem to be fair and industry standard. Knowledgeable staff (Rob in sales has 30+ years experience weather he wants to admit it or not!) . Parts are as described . Done business on several occasions & will continue to .

Pretty efficient to obtain your part when you contact them by phone first. Prices seem a bit high, but then, I've never had a part from them that didn't work. Access to lot a bit dicey in the summertime with Cultus Lake traffic, but just be patient. Good people work there, very helpful. Have recommended this lot. ????

I had a terrible experience with the men that work there. I was searching for a taillight circuit board for my car. Brad charged me $112 for the circuit board and before paying I said wow that's one expensive circuit board, to which he replied that I would have a hard time finding one cheaper. So when I left I looked into this further and Empire Auto in Abbotsford told me they would charge $20 and give me both circuit boards. They told me they could pick the part and it would be ready shortly because it is very simple to access and remove the circuit boards. I called Super right away for an explanation and was very rudely told that they pay their guys good money to go pick the part. They ended up taking the board back after fighting with them but still charging me $50 for their guys to pick the part. Don't recommend them to anyone. Go to Empire in Abbotsford they were awesome and provided excellent service.

Overpriced parts, may as just buy new! Very rude staff, would never buy a part from them, I would rather buy parts from an auto recycler on the other side of the country or from the U.S. at a higher cost than have to deal with these guys again.

Spent Days looking for some very hard to find axles for my car, that I'm restoring. We're talking from coast to coast. Several of my buddies were also in on the search. By chance one of them found Super L'Auto Recyclers and they not only had the axles I needed, but that very hard to find, and almost obsolete intermediate shaft. All the dealerships have it on back order ( for the past couple of yrs). The staff were friendly informative and helpful. The prices more than reasonable and shipping costs were minimal. Just a great all round experience. Yeah, I read the reviews ( mostly positive) and they kind of put my mind at ease. In less than a week my axles were delivered ( THATS FAST) so yeah, I'd say without hesitation that I'd shop with them again.

Very poor experience. Bought a sunroof.... guaranteed to be in good working order....spent over 1000 in labour to find out it was fully nonfunctional....although I got a refund I felt the need to post a review because they should have tested it before sending it out....every other shop I contacted said we won't sell it without testing it. Was a painful experience. Huge waste of time and energy for myself and my mechanic that easily could have been avoided. In the end they offered a credit....I'll let it slide

You'd think as an owner of a customer based establishment you would conduct yourself with more professionalism than your employees. For this company this isn't the case. The employee(s) here are much more helpful and polite than the owner that's for damn sure. Rob you're the man, keep on the good work. Steve, improve your professionalism, customer service and how you treat and talk to customers. And with a reply like there's 2 sides to every story every time you have a complaint or bad review shows that it is a repetative problem with you.

These guys are big rip offs! I called them up for brake parts from a wrecked car they have (front callipers, rotors, pads, and rear drums..both sides) and got quoted $1000 for everything, or $600 for front, $400 for two rear drums. When in fact, the same website these folks list their parts at has callipers being sold at $35/piece, $15-25/rear drums from other wreckers. All set and done $200 shipped from US, to my door in Vancouver. I understand you’re in it to make money. I also mentioned to them I want to give my business to local guys before buying it from Americans, so I wouldn’t mind driving 2 hours (plus half a tank of gas) to get there and pick parts up, but you know what good sir - supporting locals goes both ways!! Good luck with that Mirage, with non-interchangeable parts that are going to rust at the prices you wanna rip people off at!

Rob's customer service was great, he gave me a great price and was very helpful with all the information he gave me. The other guy though, I believe he was the boss, was rude and was ready to turn me away, who already knew I was coming, after a 3 hour drive to get there, despite being there an hour before closing, because he wanted to put up a tent. Overall I would go back just for rob's customer service.

Decent place with helpful people, I'd definitely recommend giving them a visit or a call if you need something. But get a price somewhere else before you go - I felt a bit ripped off after my visit (paid close to OEM and the guy at the counter wasn't willing to negotiate). I drive out to Abbotsford first now because I feel like the pricing is more fair and flexible at some of the yards out there. These guys say they'll beat any price but that doesn't work if nobody else has the part and they're charging 60%-80% of the OEM price, but another yard will usually have a fair price off-the-bat.

Contacted this shop from an ad on Facebook marketplace for a KUAT 4 bike carrier. confirmed that it was available with the owner Steve, confirmed that he would hold it for me while i drove from Richmond to Chilliwack to pick it up. I get there, inspect the bike rack all is good i want to buy it, i have the cash in hand with me for the purchase. Steve gets confrontational tells me that he has already marked the bike rack "pending" on Facebook so he is no longer going to sell it to me. We show him the message history, and still says someone else is coming tmrw instead now. What a waste of time, poorly run business. i would never shop here, and i will be sure to warn everyone i know to stay clear of this place. 1.5 hours drive there, and then 1.5 hours back home. what a waste of time, very unprofessional.
