Paul the head honcho, phenomenal leader, Stacey Noble in the office, always pleasant to see her... but what the heck... where are those two now... ???? definitely went M.I.A.. Now George Reddekopp is Top Boss at Triple M, always a helpful happy person! Most junkyards the people seem very uptight, rude, grumpy, not Triple M when Paul and Stacey were there, awesome group of people! I'd still like to know what happened to the best of the people at Triple M... now it's not as joyful to go there????

You should update your hours of operation on your website. On Saturday July 21, 2018 we were on the scale at 11:30am. The man in the office waited until 11:32 to open the window to tell us they were closed. We thought he was kidding as we could see our weight register on the scale and we also told him the website says they close at noon. But all he said was they always close at 11:30 on Saturdays. There was no explanation, no apology, just a very abrupt "we're closed" "we're closed". We were astonished at the lack of customer respect. I would suggest that if you would like to close at 11:30 then you should close your gates at 11:28 so customers do not drive up onto the scale just to be turned away. The only good thing about this trip was there is another scrap yard just around the corner that was very pleased to take our truck load of scrap. Friendly welcoming service is good for business. Abrupt, get out of here I want to go home attitude makes people look elsewhere.

They post a price, then by the time I drove there an hour later, the price was much lower. I called and asked if they would honor the price listed which made me want to bring my business to them from out of town, they said no, the price changes multiple times a day. Lost a lot of time and money, not happy.
