Updated March 08,19 I had services done again today my last post was 4 months ago , Today it was proven to me once again that LaSalle Auto Centre is without doubt the best service garage in the Sarnia Lambton Area. Not only are you treated with respect and well cared for but they go over and above to work with you on every aspect of your repair. Sending you an overview report showing all repairs needed, prioritize what is necessary immediately as to what can wait a little longer, so that you are not totally overwhelmed all at once. Shuttle services offered, Just couldn't ask for more. A great place overall. Fast efficient curtious clean, absolutely the only place to take your vehicle from the largest service to the oil change service, the best. Thanks once again LaSalle staff for making my day as painless as possible.

These people have the worst customer services they will try and take advantage of you, they're very unconsidered and it took zero time to explain the details to me rick and dave was completely disrespectful very unprofessional they are only in it for the money and they will get you for things that are very unnecessary I recommend not going here and going to a different place a more reliable and trustworthy place these people are not honest I'm sorry to say that I wasted my money and time I gave them a chance and in the end I'm very disappointed with my experience.

I recently took my car into LaSalle Auto and was not satisfied with the work they performed. The problem still exits and it wasn't until a week or so later that they told me one of the parts they billed me for wasn't used and they would put a credit on my account. I will not be taking my vehicles back there in the future. In response to Rick's comments.....Yes you did issue me a cheque for the part you did not install, only after I was back to your shop to tell you that the headlight bulb you installed wasn't working as well! No credits were given for the bulb or the labour even though the problem still exists, so it obviously wasn't the bulb!

Went in for a simple tire balance and rotation to eliminate some steering wheel shake at speed. They got me in quick, properly balanced my wheels and fixed the issue. My tire pressure sensors took longer than expected to reset and they followed up with me the next day to be sure everything was working properly. Great customer service.

The shop is very clean, everyone I've dealt with who works here is friendly and helpful, my car is washed every time I visit, I've been fit in on a moment's notice, my repairs are fully explained to me before any work is done.....Long story short, it's worth the drive to Corunna!

Took our truck in due to cruise control would keep shutting off. We were told the cruise control button was wore out so they replaced it. We took the truck back with the same problem again, then was told the problem was in the steering wheel, so we had them fix it. So replacement of the cruise control buttons with labour cost us almost $300 and that wasn't even the problem so that was a waste of money that I won't get the back.By the time we were done with all the work, it cost us just shy of $2000. We spent 3hrs waiting for paperwork to be faxed over to be signed since we went through a finance company through the garage. We were told by the girl at the front that we had to stay and sign paperwork. I told her we had to go and would stop back tomorrow and sign it and she said well I will have to give you a loaner car then. We have spent alot of money at LaSalle's and this is how were treated. The only nice person in the place is Corey.

Honestly the best place out there if I can rate them at 10 stars I would they have .. even tho they couldn’t fix my car because it had to go to the dealership Corey stayed in touch with me since I called him about the issue on my car these guys reallly took the time and effort to do Everything the can .. the explained the problem to every little detail .. sent me an email again just to have it on record.. that’s not All I explained that I didn’t feel comfortable with dealing with Mercedes so Corey went ahead contacted them and set everything up for me ... honestly there is no place better then this one I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends .. plus they charged me less the quoted.....!! Thank you guys couldn’t say it enough thanks for ur honesty thanks for your help :)

As I am from out of town, LaSalle was recommended to me by a coworker. The price quoted for the needed repairs was reasonable. The staff took the time to explain my options and how long it would be. Not only were the repairs completed early, the final bill was under the quotes price. Great service value!!

The team at LaSalle auto are amazing. I had baught a jeep from a unnamed dealership and had some saftey issues. Corey was awsome with helping me sort out the issues with my jeep and went as far as giving some direction as to how to go back on said unnamed dealer. They are honest, if some they did is wrong they are the first to admit it. I have never been able to trust a mechanic's shop in my life and LaSalle has earned it. They have gone above and beyond .

Had nail removed and repaired from a tire as well as tire rotation all in a quick and professional manner. To have them follow up with a phone call and a text weeks later to make sure the work was still in satisfactory condition was something I’ve never experienced from an Auto Shop! Worst service I have ever experienced. Would not recommend to anyone unless you're wanting your oil change to turn into thousands of dollars worth of work at every visit. I will never ever be back to this awful shop. Huge difference in how they treated myself vs. my husband or father who took the SAME vehicle in... clearly taking advantage of a woman. I had been going to LaSalle Auto for about two years and initially was happy with their customer service. They always got my car in/out quickly, I got loaner cars when needed. Corey at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating I have no problem with him. My car was often done by the mechanic Dave who was great at explaining things to me. However, you pay for it. Knowing many people in the auto sales, and repair business, I had been advised I have been paying much too high of prices for the work that was being done. The latest example was some engine work on an intake valve that was "very urgent" that would run me around $2000 plus I would need break service and front tires replaced. I took my car to another recommended mechanic, and was informed the engine problem wasn't really a problem (that ended up fixing itself), and replacing my front tires for under $500 including the price of the tires. My breaks simply had build up on them and that was included in the work. So to summarize: the work Lasalle did was always good; I never had to go back because of error. I just know I was not getting the fairest prices and can no longer take my vehicle there.

They do a thorough inspection of my vehicle each time I go and let me know when other service will need to be done, and provide pricing for upcoming service so there are no surprises. I will not go anywhere else, if I have a choice.

Exceptional Service during holiday period. We had family visiting for New Years, and their 2008 vehicle required serious attention. On Dec 30th I took the vehicle in, without a reservation. Corey and the team then did a comprehensive inspection, discussed the various repair options with us, and took on some major repair work with limited holiday working hours, getting the van ready (and washed!) for pickup on the morning of Jan 2nd. Outstanding service, and the van drives like a 2015 model now! Thank you all at Lasalle!

Tech swears I brought my car in with the steering wheel upside down prior to alignment, but I have photos from a week prior with it straight, won't fix it for me. Got my car back after safety with loose front lug nuts ( one fell off), also blamed me.. Edit: reply to your comment below, you have my contact information, if you want to make it right you can call me and do another alignment to align my steering wheel or give me my money back and I will go somewhere else. I was back after the service to try and get you to fix it properly but you said no. And to do a legal safety you need to remove wheels to check brakes ect.. your saying you didn't do it properly?

I took my 2005 Corolla here to have an exhaust leak fixed. They replaced the pipe and put this white cement like "goo" on the exhaust they fixed. The exhaust started leaking again by the time i got home. I took it in again and they "FIXED" it. I returned to get the car and it was still leaking when i started it in the parking lot. They "FIXED" it again for the 3rd time. and again the exhaust leak returned. I took it too Muffler Man and they told me the pipe they installed was the wrong size pipe and the muffler had a hole in it. LaSalle is cheap and unprofessional.....

I went to Lassale auto with a prediagnosis, the check engine light was on, caused from an vacuum leak in the fuel tank filler tube, Lasalle auto acquired a used filler tube, at what I considered an exorbitant price, the service tech installed the part, now I'm $600 poorer, the check engine light is still on, and I have a fuel leak that I didn't have on my first visit

I am taking the time to write this review about the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone this morning. I own a Jeep TJ and have been calling various salvage yards over the last three weeks inquiring about a very specific part. In comparison to any yard I spoke with, Dave was very extremely pleasant. He took the time to say my name and was not in a hurry to get off the phone like most other places I called. It was very refreshing to speak with someone who took the time out of his day to see if they have what I needed. Majority of other places I have spoke to have been incredibly rude and have zero customer service skills. Way to go Lasalle Auto! I would gladly drive 2 hours from Windsor JUST to give your company my business. Keep up the good work :)
