Great service. Workers friendly and prompt. Only problem is that they did not bring a trolley to get my very old and heavy refrigerator out of my basement. In this day and age they should have equipment to help them with getting extremely heavy appliances up one flight of stairs. The equipment will save their backs because they won't be young forever.

The gentlemen who arrived to pick up the furniture were courteous, arrived well within the allotted window, and did make a courtesy call to notify us of their imminent arrival.
