100% best used vw parts around, have purchased lots of parts and unbeatable prices and always have what you need, out of the many parts I have got I had one start to fail not long after I got it(happens with a used parts sometimes) anyway quick phone call and taken care of right away, best costomer service from literally any type of store I've been to. Also the quality of the used parts is very good, I've gotten many junk parts from local wreckers, these guys check the stuff well before you get it, dont go anywere else

I purchased a AAZ engine and transmission from Andrew over a year ago. He was very good to deal with. He lined up the freight shipping to South Dakota and everything arrived like he said. Installed the motor in my 81 rabbit pickup. It runs like crazy, can't believe how much quicker the pickup is with the upgraded motor. Would buy from him again, and don't hesitate referring people to him as well!

My husband and I have a very bad experience yesterday. We drove almost 2 hours to get to this location just to be ripped off. The guy who served us put J as his name on the invoice....was very unprofessional and seemed very money hungry. He almost forgot to charge me for an item and I was honest to tell him and the end of it all he ended up over charging me twice for the item plus taxes on the first total and then he added the item x2 and charged taxes on top of taxes and the item! He over charged me and when I called him back he turned off his phone....i got a hold of him the next day and try get thing straighten I found weird that he gave me a hand written invoice and attached was a PayPal invoice for a different amount which was more! When he did the charge to my card he took my credit card to another room and came out after a few minutes rushing me out cause it was closing time.... I didn't realize this until after the fact! J is unbelievable, wow....didnt think he was this dishonest....never again going back there. SMH... **You can flag this review if you want but don't say you didn't do business with me cause I was there with my husband. Lol

I drove 4 hrs back and forth yesterday to this place with my wife. Just to get a few parts for my VW transporter. AndThe guy who served us put J as his name on the invoice....seemed very money hungry charge me for everything plus $100 for miscellaneous items. But I didn’t complain is his business is up to me if want them or not and did. He almost forgot to charge me for a Mirror and I was honest to tell him And at the end of it all he ended up over charging me $123.75 I have an han writing invoice for $300 tax included. And my card was charged $423.75 got a hold of him today and try get thing straighten. He said he didn’t charge for some parts but everything is on the hand writing invoice. This place is amazing! Andrew had posted that he was parting out a VW Eurovan... I needed some very large and oddly shaped interior panels and many other items. He put them in a custom wooden box. SENT MISSING AND BROKEN PARTS, DISHONEST, OWNER TRIED TO GASLIGHT ME. I ordered a CV shaft online from them and when it arrived, it was MISSING A BOOT FASTENER. I pulled the shaft out of the box and the boot fell apart in my hands in a greasy mess, including one of the bearings falling out! I called the owner, Andrew, and he claimed that the CV was in working order when it left the shop. When I showed him the photo of when I received the CV (attached) he tried to gaslight me further by saying “they come original from the factory that way” and “The bearings are supposed to sit loosely in the boot” Anybody who knows anything about mechanics knows parts aren’t just haplessly slapped together, much less in a high pressure environment like the CV! Conclusion: THEY WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR “ALL SALES ARE FINAL” POLICY EVEN WHEN WHAT THEY SEND YOU IS DEFECTIVE. They wouldn’t give me a refund but offered me an exchange but still wanted ME to pay return shipping! After the first experience, I have no faith installing anything else from them in any of my cars, much less my future father in-laws mk5 which it was to go into. I lost $130 but at least I'm not using broken parts.
