I was extremely impressed with Mr. Ron Monaghan and his "BinThere Dump That" company. It was the first time I used such a company, and the following are the main reasons for my opinion. 1) Unlike one company, Ron called back within minutes of me calling him. (I am still waiting for a call-back from the third company.) I called Ron a couple of times after, and he either answered right away or promptly called back. 2) As a rookie, I had a lot of questions. Ron was patient, personable and understanding as he answered every one. 3) He offered suggestions on how to deal with some of my removal issues (e.g., refrigerator and stove) that could be done without adding weight and cost to the dumpster. 4) Ron's brother, who has a similar personality, removed the dumpster and swept the area on which it sat. The driveway did not really need it, but he said that was part of their service. I recommend this service and will be definitely calling them again.

should have posted years ago ,this has been our go to waste disposal company since they came to Chatham Kent , always on time ,courteous service from office and delivery team ,clean dumpsters ,may or may not be the cheapest we really don't care ,their service is 5 star fabulous !!!!!!!

I would use this company again.The only thing I did not appreciate was I received no call saying that they were on the way with the bin like I was promised.They were two days late picking it up.They did not charge me extra for those two days late but still. The gentlan who dropped off my bin refused to listen to my request of moving it closer to area I wanted it as it would of made it easier for us to dump. Staff are amazing at answering phone and providing you with information.Just need to work on some little things with delivers of dump trucks.

Ron and his team provided an excellent customer experience. Ron is great to deal with, and the bin was delivered and picked up exactly when promised, which is not easy to due during this challenging time of business closures and social distancing. The bin had great access for loading, it was dropped on wooden skids to prevent damage to the driveway, and held everything I needed to dispose of. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again in the future without hesitation.
