I don’t know who on your marketing team created the jingle but good god does it rub you the wrong way. What a bad way to attract customers.

Called them during the week and got a quick appoinent when I needed for the weekend. They were very fast working replacing my battery for the car. I stayed inside the vehicle while the man worked, and the other gentleman came and brought the machine to me to pay. In and out ten mins. Definitely would come back. Pricing wise- very good.

Immediate entry into their warm garage, service was excellent, and they knew more than enough. My car's original battery was definitely due to be replaced, and they installed, tested the old one to make sure it actually was needing to be replaced, and also explained warranty coverage for the new one that they installed for free. Very happy and very quick service overall.

I had an issue with my battery on a Sunday was told by the auto company that came to assist to visit Battery Boy (which was my plan anyway). I dropped the car off and went home, called and left a message that I would stop by the next day to give keys and such. I received a call within an hour, they were in the shop and wondered if I wanted to come by and have it taken care of. Went in and had it done very quickly. AMAZING service!! Have recommended this to many others before and will continue to do so.

These guys are great. Bought my car battery from here upon recommendation from coworkers. The battery I bought is a beast because when i thought my car wouldn't start, that battery had enough cold cranking amps to start it. Years later and it is still going strong. They sell quality stuff. I also buy their Duracell batteries (AA and AAA) batteries and they are good for around the house for high drain devices.

As soon as i showed up they were friendly and helpful. Installed a battery in my car immediately however check engine light and parking brake lights were not cooperating. They tried a couple of fixes right away that didn't work and required investigation. They offered me a drive to work. About an hour later they called to tell me my car was good and they were sending a couple of guys with my car to my office. Problem was just a blown fuse that they repaired, no charge. Outstanding customer service, good product at a fair price. This is how to run a business. Thanks Battery Boy team for making a crappy start of my day a positive experience and outcome.
