I booked the appointment online and they called me to cofirm the pick-up time. However no one showed up upon the scheduled time. I called them and they said they had an unxpectd case and forgot to tell me. Then I rescheduled the appointment to the next day. Same thing happened. They didn't show up either, with no explanation. I called them and they didn't pick up the phone. I found it was totally a waste of time!

Booked an appointment online and no response. Called to book an appointment and agreed on a date and time. We agreed to 4:30pm on a Saturday. At 4:30 on the Saturday, got a phone call to say they would be 2 hours late. At 6:30pm got another phone call to say they couldn't come Saturday. Rescheduled for another day and time. On that day and time received a phone call to say they were going to be 2 hours late. We told them to forget it. While delays are inevitable, the professional thing to do would have been to call ahead of the appointment time, even if only 30 minutes before to let us know. Instead they had us waiting around for hours and couldn't honor their commitment.

Came to pick up a box spring. Same day service, they gave a time and respected it with an update letting me know 30 minutes before they arrived. Their price was half that of the competitors, plus they actually tell you how much it'll cost before they show up. They were also professional and friendly. Recommend! (Their online platform was down when I tried, so it's better to call to book an appointment)

Terrible business. Booked and confirmed an appointment for Friday, even sent them a text message for a clear address and date. No follow-up on their part and they ignored my following calls. At the end on the day of the appointment, I called them again and they claimed their truck is out of order and can't help clients for 2 weeks. It's hard to believe that, but I'd appreciated that excuse in advance over a text message or call. Very unprofessional.
