Driver left our bin.. did not tag it.. then lied in the notes. They REFUSED to come pick it up. Soaking wet cardboard is SUPPOSED to go in the green bin. We followed the guidelines and placed it in the green bin. Driver lied and said the entire bin was filled with (dry) cardboard. LIAR. We asked the supervisor what policy is when a bin is ignored. She tried everything except answering the question.. then says that maybe the drivers pen ran out of ink and they were not able to fill out the rejection tag. Is this real life? Literally the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard in my life. We pay you to rip us off.

For the second time this winter our blue bags were not collected when our road was fine. Disgruntled.

It's been almost 2 months and they have failed to take my second bin that falls under their guidelines. No note no reason why. I called the day before pickup and they said they would definitely pick it up. Big surprise they didn't pick it up. The lady on the phone told asked me why I have two bins that she personally only has to put her garbage out once every two weeks. We have a large family and need the second bin. All I want is my garbage picked up.

Well in the past 8 weeks we have had garbage pickup ONCE. Called several times and excuse is there is no place to turn, we may get in the ditch and its expensive to tow out. WELL THERE ARE NO DITCHES on this whole short road. Superior Propane was here today and i asked driver if it was difficult getting in here? He said NO, THERE ARE NO DITCHES AND LOTS OF PLACES TO TURN IN A PAVED DRIVEWAY..

In the past I have scavenge at New London. I look specifically for 20" bike wheels for our pony carts. Fridge trays and freezer baskets. There is a sign now that says NO Scavenging!!. Now how can I enter the Beautification program that you sponsor . The Recycle Reuse Competition??? I have beautiful Wheel Flowers, lovely flower tubs. You must realize that ones trash is another's treasure. Perhaps you could pick a day that there is not so much traffic and declare it recycling day or scavenge to your hearts content. I do remember a few years back that you kept a very old seniors couple warm all winter with the wood they were able to pile in their car. Now that was a good deed. love and hugs from Yogi and the Herd at Handibear Hills Horse Sanctuary, Inc.

Local truck inadvertently missed our street for waste pickup... I phoned on Monday ... customer service wonderful... truck came Wednesday. Thank you.

Seems every time I have a problem with them it becomes a new regulation. This corporation is too independent considering its paid for with our tax money. Now I'm supposed to sit on my compost for another 2 weeks to get rid of it.

After decades of service a neighbor complained about a driver and they stopped collecting on our road. Went 4 months without Blue Bag collection. We’re on a well-maintained road of seasonal cottages. They refused to empty our black carts on our last day so they’ll sit there all winter. They have too much power and hostile, authoritarian, rude customer service. They’re the only game in town and participation and fees are MANDATORY. You know what’s not mandatory? Actually collecting our garbage!

Closed on Sundays. Useless and lazy Islanders at their best. Have a nice rest. I'll find a free way to dispose of my stuff since I work everyday but Sunday. Fees are to high anyway. Our taxes pay for this and they want to double dip. Nothing but a scam.

don' t plan on much from iwmc for fall clean-up

Our waste management driver is the best. Always on time friendly and has a treat for my dog each time he comes by. These are hard workers driving and dealing with the heat or the cold temperatures.
