After waiting during the lunch break from 12:00 to 1:00. The poor customer service followed suit. The part i required had the potential to be 2 different sizes. As my truck is broke down in fredericton I do not have the information to confirm which size.. i suggested i buy both sizes to ensure I have the right one. The representative told me thats not the right way to "do it" (solve my problem). I left with no satisfaction and still trying to get my truck back home to shediac. NO THANKS Bashtaraches Auto Salvage Im still stuck. NO EXTRA MILE gone for this potential customer.

Terrible service. I can only speak about Vincent, one of the employees. He is dismissive, rude and a crook. He sold a friend of mine a rad support for a 2011 genesis, said it was damaged in an accident but only needed to be straightened out a little. Turns out it was bent beyond use and was nothing but a heavy, awkward paper weight. Vincent is unorganized and does not know what is where. It took us over an hour and a half to get 2 headlights, a hood and a rad support (all of which turned out to be outback the entire time, but sent us out to the yard anyway) To say he lacks people skills and general knowledge is like World War II was nothing but a little argument.

Went to this place for the first time yesterday. Was very surprised. Very professional and clean used auto parts store. Awesome warranty!! I will definitely be going back there next time I need something for one of my vehicles. The prices are also very reasonable.

An amazing place, a superior service counter more than what I expected, great price, pulled the alternator off in a few hours after I called and it works perfectly (has 6 month warranty too)! A bit out of town but definately worth the drive. I will be back!

To say i'm disappointed in their service is an understatement. called yesterday for part. got it. I'll call you tomorrow when it is ready. Perfect. No call. I call. yup its ready. ok i'm going to pick up this afternoon. drive from salisbury, get there at 12:15. nope closed, until 1 pm. I drive home. An hour and 10 minutes I can never get back. No delivery service, price reduction or satisfaction. What company fully shuts their doors to eat lunch?
