Poor execution. I emailed and phoned to have my car picked up. Then about 1hr before the car was supposed to be picked up, I got an email saying that they had tried to notify me and call me, yet I had no missed calls and no missed texts. I send a follow-up email regarding why my pick up appointment was cancelled. I then received a text saying they would be there in 30min. After 50min no one showed up, I texted back asking if they were on their way. I then received an email stating my booking was cancelled again. Seems shady and unprofessional. Was a frustrating and irritating experience.
