From the moment I called to scrap my 2006 Bmw 325 I front end damaged and missing parts I was treated like Family. I called this company trying to organize a car pick up. Unfortunately I called a day before and couldn’t provide an address so I returned a call the following afternoon with the information that was needed. Furthermore trying to organize the pick up of my car the man on the phone was rude, short, had no people skills and followed of up I’ve been wasting his time since yesterday on 2 phone calls which lasted less that 2 minutes each. I was trying to organize a time that worked with my family members and them so they can give them cash for the car and the insurance papers but it seemed they wanted to arrive whenever they want at no convinience of anyone’s time but their own. When I mentioned I want them to be punctual he continued to say I was wasting his time so I said fine I’ll go with another company. If you want to be treated poorly, and wait all day for a pick up, call this company.
