Great layout and they are open most of year. Great service and friendly staff. Little grungy and the bathroom is below standards but my favorite place to bring my empties and my number one choice. Thanks for being the best in Burnaby and full refund on alcohol. Can't go wrong. merry Christmas guys!

Quick counting of containers by staff. Prompt cleaning of sorting stations by staff. There are numerous waste bins, a hand washing station, and an adequate number of parking stalls. Wheelchair accessible.

I love Lee's Bottle Depot. Honestly the nicest and most friendly staff work at this place. For me going to a recycling depot is a big deal, I need one that's organized, clean, and has good staff. Lee's Bottle Depot checks off all those and more. I'll never hesitate to bring my recyclables here. 5 star rating easily.

I wish more people would recycle. They accept fluorescent light bulbs and tubes, alkaline batteries, paint cans, small appliances, styrofoam containers, etc. They have wheeled carts to help you carry items if you require. They have a sink for washing your hands.

RUDE! service from the fifty-something year old male. I make every effort to sort our recyclables from garbage but some of our gear does not qualify as electronics, even though they have wires?? They need to educate their CLIENTS better- i have thought this for many years. The employee brought the bag i had dropped to my van and started picking and choosing what they would recycle and started throwing them in my van. I was quite surprised by this! All their clients should be treated with respect and be informed what can and can not be recycled and why or why not. Encorp does a piss poor job of this... while we continue to help make them money by going out of our way to recycle. Leaves me inclined to toss recyclables in the garbage, if it were not for my conscience. 2 big thumbs down Encorp.

This Bottle Depot has been super busy since COVID-19 started. Today was no exception. All the bottle stations were taken except for one when I arrived (my lucky day!). The stations are spread out with carts or garbage cans maintaining the necessary distance. The staff were working as quickly and efficiently as possible, having to dodge people and bags of cans, bottles, and containers, while trying to provide empty carts and crates for us to use. Job well done to these hard-working long-time employees of Lee's Bottle Depot!

Mixed review, before Covid-19, this place was a solid 5/5, since Covid-19 a score of 2/5 might be generous especially if you are using the Express & Go system. I understand they are busy, but it is taking way too long to get your account fully credited. Drop off 6 bags full of bottles and cans, and even 2 months later, only 3/6 bags have been processed and credited. Not good enough.
