I've used Junk Rangers on a number of occassions and all experiences were excellent. They arrrive perfectly on time which is often a real challenge with other companies. They are friendly and VERY hard working - this was particularly demonstrated recently with a challenging oversized couch on the fourth floor of an apartment. I'm still amazed the two gentlemen were able to navigate it down the stairs with no marks or damage to bannisters, doors or walls. Hands down, best junk removal service in the lower mainland. They fit me in with very little notice, went above & beyond to work with my schedule, arrived exactly when they said they would & were kind, professional & efficient. And on top of all that, they have what I believe to be the best rates in the city. I spoke to half a dozen representatives from competing junk/furniture removal companies and some of the quotes I was given were absolutely outrageous. The price Junk Rangers gave me (which was $100 less than one company quoted me) was exactly what we paid. They didn't try to re-negotiate the price upon arrival or tack on any hidden fees at the end. Dealing with a company that seems to be genuinely honest with it's customers is certainly a refreshing experience. I will definitely hire them again in future and have already recommended them to a few people.

I used Junk Rangers for the first time and was very impressed. They were responsive and professional in setting up my appointment by email and were able to fit me in on the same day. I put my items for removal in my building hallway (I'm in an apartment) and they collected them later so we could keep safe physical distancing. They texted beforehand so I'd know when to put my items out and made everything very easy to deal with. I would definitely hire Junk Rangers again.

Submitted a quote request on their website, they called me 15 minutes later to discuss and offered me a fair price considering it was only 1 large item and then went out of their way to squeeze me into their day. So within three hours I went from inquiring to them arriving to remove the item quickly. Very nice guys, Yoshi and Kevin, so polite and friendly. Extraordinary service! Kevin called within 30 sec of my online booking. I was looking for a pickup for North Vancouver to be done within 1 week, but Kevin was able to accommodate me the next day. He emailed the appointment by the time I hung up. They were more than prompt, arriving earlier than expected, following a call announcing that they were en route. After backing their truck to the bottom of a sloping driveway to my carport, 2 very polite clean cut young men, Kevin & Kody, worked swiftly & efficiently to carry & load the pile of “junk” which included some old furniture. The cost was beyond reasonable, not even a base rate + weight, or volume, but by weight only - a rate which I found to be very competitive and there are no hidden fees. We used this service to remove the old piano we put in to the pieces by ourselves. We could do it only on Saturday and our wish was accommodated right away on 24 hours notice. The time window was given from 9 to 11 AM, and I received a call at 9:30 that they are coming in 5 min. Two guys loaded all our junk in a very efficient manner, although some parts were unbelievably heavy (the board of cast iron with strings attached :). They were very friendly and brought such a positive attitude to the whole procedure. The cost was super affordable compare with the other companies we were trying to hire for this type of junk. This company communicates with their customers via messages which is way more convenient than e-mails or phone calls. Highly recommend!
