Super easy to deal with and very accommodating. We were doing renos over the spring and summer and order 3 bins on them. Marco was good at letting us have the bins for flexible periods of time as we weren’t always sure when the bins would be full and would require disposal. If we kept it for a few extra days, as long as the bins weren’t immediately needed he didn’t charge us any extra. Great service for pick up and delivery and will definitely use them again.

These guys are phenomenal! A few weeks ago I forgot to book a bin for Monday so I tried to call around. Most companies wouldn't even answer the phone because it was a weekend, but Marco answered on a Sunday and managed to get me a bin by end of day Monday. Not only did he book me a bin, he helped me figure out what size I would need and saved me a few bucks by telling me to take my tires to a tire shop instead of putting them in the bin! They have great rates, friendly service and they don't gouge you in surcharges or hidden fees. I will be using them for all of my future jobs! Highly recommend!

I went with 'Dump Your Junk' because they had competitive prices to the other six that I had called. They told me that they could have I been at my house between 9 and 12 the next day. I said that would be great and by 11:30 today I still have not received it. I called them and they said it would be there between 1 and 2. I waited until 1:30 and then the guy said it wouldn't be there until 3. I said I wanted to cancel the bin and hung up. He then calls me back to explain to me 'how the business works'. He listed a bunch of excuses why they were not there at the time they said they'd be there. And also he kind of blame me for wanting to know what time the bin would be at my house. I've been in customer service for a lot of years and I know that you don't blame the customer for your mistake.
