Just awful! Customer service... what is that? They wanted $125 for USED back passenger window! I went from Vancouver to Chilliwack, Pick-A-Part store, bought it for $21.95!!! Including the gas I spent $40! Not recommended!!!

While "affordable" might be a bit of a stretch, they are somewhat undeserving of the heaps of one and two star reviews. Their prices are definitely substantially higher than what you'd see on eBay, but they're reasonably decent with exchanges if something goes wrong.

Horrible service. These guys are really disorganized, all over the place with customers. I went in for an interior car panel, and a rear interior back panel. I had made a call to my mechanic to ensure I was getting the right piece for my car (it was in he shop, he sent me pictures), they tried to tell me they knew more than the person I was calling. Well they don't, because they tried to sell me a rear piece that didn't fit my car. I bought a door panel, got home, they sold me a passenger door, not the driver door I asked for. My fault for not double checking. But if you want someone who knows what they are doing and listens to you, stay away from this place

Everyone do yourself a favor and ask before you buy parts here. I don't like to rate 1 star to anybody special I am business owner and I know how is it important to have good rating But unfortunately I had to do it cause it isn't the first time they over charge on parts never mind used or online new but even higher then Brian jessel BMW. I phone on Saturday for vacuum pipe, they had it for $75 dollars plus taxes where I just picked up from BMW dealer for $51.77 taxes in. It is ridicules expensive where it suppose to be used half price or less then new parts. I will be posting picture of my invoice so they don't think we are making things. Again that their business and they have the right to ask as much as they want but again we are suppose to be living in considerate world not selfish and money hungry world.

UNBELIEVABLY terrible customer service, guy is a piece of work and very disrespectful as well as shady. I would never go back here and lies to customers and hits them with mystery charges he fails to mention previously. EXTREMELY rude. TERRIBLE knowledge. TERRIBLE prices. TERRIBLE service. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER PHONING. *** UPDATE! *** After much dispute, finally got the "COMPLETE" engine assembly, and he stripped all sensors and everything off of it. Should have bought the engine somewhere else as I now had to spend thousands more to replace everything he removed after he told me he would only take the manifold. NEVER GOING BACK HERE NOR RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE. I have no idea how this idiot keeps the doors open.

Terrible don’t come here, was told we could come in, as I had a list of parts, then was told multiple employees that I could look; and a couple who told me to leave. 0 communication between anyone. Constantly rude, and cold. Asked about parts and was shrugged off, ended up leaving with nothing. I’ll spend my money at other places DONT COME HERE!

I've never been there but that's because when I phone for a price on a part they want to charge me WAY more than buying brand new online! These are used parts people! They should be at USED PRICES! 50 dollars they said for just one engine mount! I can buy 2 transmission mounts and 2 engine mounts online for under 50 bucks! Good luck staying in business with your ridiculous prices! Lol.

My daughter and I came here looking for a mirror for our BMW X5. Although they didn't have the part we were looking for, the man who helped us was extremely helpful. They were very COVID safety conscious. There were signs on the office doors not to enter, so keeping the space safe for their staff. They also had masks on even as they worked outside and far apart from one another. We'd come here again if we needed a part.

Went into affordable automotive today concerned about a wobble in my truck. Figured it'd be a couple grand worth of alignment issues to deal with. Turns out I had a broken tire. These guys had every opportunity to hose me down and I got out of there for 40 bucks. Truck runs like a dream again too. Not easy to find people that are truly trustworthy but this father son team is most certainly that. And knowledgeable mechanics to boot. I'll never go anywhere else.

Called to get a price for used rear differential for my 07 BMW 323 about 200$ on eBay and 900 from BMW. Guy on the phone was rude , didn't even look at his supply on the computer and told me it was $1200.... Come on guys.I get not wanting to work but that's just poor customer service. The owner should really do a better job on who he hires.

I’m writing this review to warn possible buyers not to waste your time with this business. I contacted the owner about an ad posted for a single BMW M3 wheel, The owner took over a week to respond.. another week of back and fourth to get a shipping quote (Which was alot more then expected) & now he wants to keep the wheel for himself but still has the Ad up? He has alot of bad reviews save your money & time!

I went one day to get 2 passenger doors for my 530i 2001 and I meet a guy and I asked him how much he told me $950 just for the 2 doors with out any other part related to the door that was so expensive this the place is not affordable price at all, then I went to buy the doors from another person I took the 2 doors $240

Awesome bmw parts place. Always have what I need for my fleet of 5 older BMWs . The Guy on the phone comes across as a bit unfriendly but he does try to help. He tends to be busy so don't waste his time. On my last visit I broke down about 1 km away. They came and got the car and fixed it for free (i just paid for the part). Of course, with 5 old BMWs, I'm there a lot.

It's a joke right. I phoned from the sunshine coast to find a pair of springs for my BMW. I was told they had a pair for $175. The person asked for make, year, model, etc. When we got there from here. I was rudely told by some landed immigrant that he couldn't possibly sell them to me for that price. That is against the law and I am filing a claim with consumer affairs. I don't know how they do it in Hong Kong but this is not there. If you deal with these thieves you are goofier than me. Try Alpi's in Surrey a much better place to deal with. Please note that this is not even 1 star. Cheers, Al
