Atrociously OVERPRICED, 3+ times the retail ... ! Electrical part on 20 years old Mercedes was near $500 plus tax. The same part, NEW from Mercedes in Germany is under $150 (two weeks wait and full warranty well worth it) On eBay it is around $50-80 and week wait. Who would want to pay $500+? Curious, how "those Aces" are staying in business. Relying on uneducated customer? With the internet it's near impossible.

Called them for a part I needed. Said they had it and how much it would be. Told them I would come in and get it in the morning. They had it waiting at the counter when I got there. Owner was really nice and was a wealth of knowledge. Great service and will use again.

Needed a rim for a 2000 Benz, was directed to this guy. New tire couldn't be put on old chipped rim, ordering a new one would have cost 30% more and taken 1-3 weeks to deliver, while this guy had one (like new) available same day! (One star off because a used part shouldn't cost more than 1/2 of a new one)

Absolutely wonderful. I needed a rad for my w124 400E and within 2 days these guys were able to make it happen. Even being a whole province away, during Christmas, also the pandemic etc. I had it delivered straight to my door. Amazing work fella's! Being Mercedes, and the only one i could find in the country.. The price was unbelievably cheap. I would recommend them to anyone without question. 10/10

Utter chaos happening onsite, online and on the phone all coordinated by one man who was amazing dealing with 5 customers, a tow truck operator and his staff. Long story short: got the hard to find seat and did not pay more than a fair price. I will be back.

Untrustable business with shady business practices. Bought a car part from him, paid him cash. The part was defective when it was installed. When I contacted him, he stated he had no recollection of the sale and asked if I had a receipt to prove he sold it to me. BUYER BEWARE! I was able to buy the same part replacement from the USA for a lot cheaper then what he sold me the used defective junk one for. No customer service to be found here. If you wanna flush money down a drain like I did, then go shop here :-)

The last place you wanna go to buy something. The owner of this shop is very rude and unpolite. Worst customer service you can imagine. Better to buy from ebay than from this duchebags. Plus the prices are unreasonably high. Never go to this place because you will be ripped off.

Ace supplied my body shop an incorrect mirror for my Mercedes which after almost three months has not been replaced with the correct mirror. Extremely unhappy with the length of time that it is taking for them to rectify this for a mirror that cost me close to $900

I was in a jam and they came through for me. Customer was faced with waiting 7-10 days for a door glass to come from Germany and the counterman at Ace said he had the glass for us and he would pick the best one in his yard for for us. He said it was still in a door out in the yard but he would get on it. I had phoned them around lunch and by three pm same day I had a mint drivers door glass for this C230 in my hands. SO outrageously overpriced. More than double the cost of new parts. Order online for a third of the price its worth it. Ace parts is taking anvantage of people who dont know anybetter. Scoundrels like these are why nobody should trust mechanics.. take a class dont let them get you.. If this is who YOUR mechanic gets thier parts from i bet youl save a boatload if you order the parts your self!
