Terrible customer service. I was almost unable to have a conversation and he hung up on me. For my tow away he wanted to charge me 100$ because I wanted to pull off my rims. He also called my car a peice of junk. The damn thing still runs haha he just did not care, and Scrap Car Removal offered to do it all free and had nice open conversation. Deeply would recommend them instead. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Terrible. Just called to see if the guy has any roof racks. The guy hangs up on you in mid sentence. No customer service at all. To be credible let your potential customer know politely that you don't have any and they might come back for something else in the future.

Called because the website said they had auto parts. Guy hung up on me because they didn’t have parts, that’s fine but I called back to complain about customer service and the tech called me a c*unt and said he had my number and started calling me over and over from blocked number. Was the strangest situation I’ve had to deal with. I noticed the owner is posting every single persons bad review with the reviewers phone number. So unprofessional.

Echoing most comments here. Avoid this guy at all costs! Would rate zero if I could. See below for more info. My experience: I called looking for a quote for my vehicle. He asked when I was looking to get rid of it. I told him in a month or two and he said 'Ok, call me then'. A fair comment. But when I tried to explain that I was hoping for an approximate off the record cost just to let the other owners of this vehicle know what we may be able to get for it, he wouldn't let me finish my sentence. He continually talked over me repeating 'Call Me When You're Getting Rid Of it' over and over and then hung up on me. He then called me back and started doing the same thing and not allowing me to speak to the point where I told him I was no longer interested in selling my vehicle to him and hung up on him. He then called me back again and went on a total rant shouting down the phone at me and then hung up again. No wonder he had to buy advertising because clearly word of mouth will not favour his business! EDIT: Response from owner (see below) claims I wanted to get a price from him and then beat my vehicle up and take parts off it for another month before selling to him. This is not true. While I did say I would need the vehicle for another month or so, as stated in my initial review above, I told him I am using it to commute to work and I never mentioned anything about taking parts off it. An example of the character you are dealing with if you choose to use this business. No shame in also lying to suit his story, apparently. Furthermore, I'm confused as to the intent behind posting the phone number of those who leave negative reviews. A scare tactic for those to remove their negative review perhaps? Some self reflection on your business ethics is advisable. For the record, I spoke to three other scrap yards after this 'encounter' with the same explanation. They were able to give an approximate price and calmly advised that pricing was subject to change depending on the condition of the vehicle at time of sale in a calm and professional manner. Go elsewhere to scrap your vehicle!

OK whoa, these reviews feel like cyberbullying, it appears there's a gang mentality, pathetic.... I used this service. The mans name is Barry and he is an 'off the gird' kind of guy. yes he does use the f word and yes he can be loud but he also was prompt and kind when I was freaking out that my car was stranded. He got my car and gave me the agreed upon cash, the next day I realized I'd forgotten my CD's in the car. Barry got them for me and dropped them off at my mechanic. I don't think the junk removal industry attracts the university educated and perhaps people need to keep an open mind. Barry is honest and kind and reliable, and yea he swears, get over it.

I understand you are busy but you can't rush through any customer. I called this morning to remove a car and he asked me the address. I told him the exact location of the house and he freaked out saying that he is not sitting to find a house on computer. The person was talking rubbish. Your company really need to work on your customer service and teach your employees how to handle a customer as they bring you in the business! The guy was abusing and i had to hung up on him!!!

Just called after a very rude conversation I hung up he called me back i made an appointment i than 2 minutes later had to call back and cancel due to emergancy, he called me names and had i terrifying experience of abuse of such I'm not used to, I am now afraid to leave my home to go to the hospital, he has made me fearful as he has my address. I am honestly shocked that this business even exists with the amount of auto salvage guys in town.. This guy has a temper that borders on mental disability and is arrogant, rude and obnoxious. I can understand not getting the greatest customer service in this particular industry, but I am absolutely shocked at the way that this monkey chose to conduct himself, telling me to F- off and calling me a F****** weasel, uttering threats and violently yelling literally before reaching the 1 minute mark in our conversation (before any numbers were even discussed) he literally started screaming into the phone, just pure anger. Very unstable individual, I would recommend that anybody stay away from this loser, most especially woman, children (not that they scrap a lot of cars, but don't bring your kids near this guy) and elderly persons. Total lunatic.... only call if you want a laugh, other than that scrap your car elsewhere. Plenty of spots in town. P.S If you are reading this "angry boy" just know that 4 years in any industry is not really considered a "long time" and has very little significance to me as a customer, who do you think you are? What. A. F'ing. Joke!! This loser calls me at 9:45am asking me if the arrangements that were made (pickup between 10am and 11am) were still good to go. I told him it was and that I would be waiting. Over an hour goes by so I call him. He tells me he just got home and has "unpacking" to do. He goes on to tell me he will be on his way right away. Another hour goes by and I call him again. He continues to give me the same excuse (unpacking) but he will be leaving abbotsford right away and would see me in about an hour. AGAIN, over an hour goes by!!!! I call. Phone is off. I finally leave a message and get a call back. Idiot is still in abbotsford and still unpacking!!! But I take his word (again for some reason) as he says he'll see me in "about an hour". About one hour and 15 minutes go by. I call him again. This moron has the audacity to tell me he's still in abbotsford and has yet to leave!! It is now nearly 2pm and he was supposed to be here between 10 and 11 am. What a sorry excuse for a business and supposed customer service. If that's what you want to call it. I hope your bausiness goes underground. You don't treat people like that. People have lives and better things to do than wait around for a liar. You suck. Your business sucks. Give up.

Arranged to come pick my car up. When he got there, he lowballed me and said that he gave a quote over the phone, which he didn't. I get that it's stressful and that he deals with stupid people all the time but I'm trying to do business. Said that if I don't take his offer, he'd charge me $150. I told him it was a free estimate and he said that it's not. Gave him the car in the end for pocket change. He does drop the F bomb a lot. All the other reviews are true!
