Had a great experience dealing here! I took my 1998 C230 Mercedes here to scrap and from the second we stepped into their office, they were friendly, honest and helpful. I believe I got fair value for my vehicle and it was completely hassle free. It was pouring rain that day and I couldn't get one of the screws loose to remove my plate. The gentleman came out to help even though he was getting soaked in the rain! In addition to that, I accidentally left some important documentation in the car after I dropped it off. We couldn't get a hold of anyone through the phone so we emailed them. They were quick to get back to us and said it was no problem at all to get back into the car. INCREDIBLY NICE FOLKS! Thanks again Ontario Auto Salvage!!! Will be recommending you to anyone who needs your services!!

Staff are nice however I came in a few weeks ago to get pricing on a few chrome pieces and was told a price. Came in today to place the order and the price was almost double. Wasnt very happy with that so i had to leave empty handed

Very pleased with the service and products here! I was looking for a transfer case for a 10+ year old vehicle and had no success until I talked to Larry. He tracked one down for me and was very reasonable with the price. They offer a 90-day warranty , which I appreciated. But more importantly: before we installed the T-case, we took the cover off to inspect the interior, and it was absolutely pristine! Thanks to Larry and the team for solving one part of what was a very hectic and stressful week for me. I had to wait until noon of the following day to pick up the part, so be prepared that you might not get your part immediately if they need to bring it in from off-site. But they do communicate well with clients and I highly recommend this business.

I called over 20 places to find a part for my 2005. Many places I found were unwilling to search for the part or they were rude when speaking over the phone. Ontario Auto Salvage Oakville provided exceptional customer service and made sure the part was in fact searched for and was sure to fit. Service representatives were kind, courteous and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto part for an older car or for any car part any year really. The salvage yard was the neatest and the most organized I have ever seen!

The price is reasonable and they are part of the car-part.com site which has a very good part search engine. I was able to get exactly the part I was looking for in record time (luckily they are close to where I live and I could pick up the part myself). I recommend this business, tried and true, I will use their services again.

Sold my car to them Thursday. They agreed to pick up Friday advising me it would be early morning or late afternoon. They could not give a window of time. I agreed. I called at 1030 am Friday. Told me it was a go. I called again at 1230 pm. Told me the driver would pick up right after lunch. Well, well, well. It is now Sunday. Car still here. They were a no call, no call, no show, no show. What a poor excuse for an auto salvage business.

Called there just now and asked if they had any GM vehicle from say 96-2007 that I could remove the OBD2 connector from. The parts person said what specific vehicle (really, I said any so I told this to him again). I have a feeling he had absolutely no clue what an OBD2 connector is, and just wanted to get rid of me (acted agetated and hurried), instead of asking what exactly it is. I have a hard time believing that they had absolutely no GM vehicle on hand they can remove this from or make a phone call to someone to have this part for me.

I called this place to get some replacement doors for my car. The service from the time I called for a quote to the time I left with my car was excellent. As a lady I didn't feel like another mechanic was trying to rip me off. I originally had called for doors but also ended up getting my car fixed there. Great experience & highly recommended!

These Guys are for real. I had a wonderful experience with them. They are straight shooters. They tell you exactly what it is and how it is. A few days ago, I bought a power steering pump and a side mirror from them and the price was half of the cheapest that I saw before I get to them. Also, they parts was used but they look almost like new. These guys are honest and caring. Now I know where to buy all my parts. Keep up the good job guys.

I was in need of a new back window for my suburban I was coming up short with alot of places around or was given quotes that where to pricey. When I contacted them they where polite and straight to the point. They ordered the window in and installed my window in less than a week for the best price I could find. Scammers. Stay away! My husband called for a part for our vehicle that our mechanic told us we needed. Ayer paying nearly $150 for the part we took it to our mechanic only to find out its only the cover for the part. We called and they told us we could return it no problem. I walked in today with the piece, told they white haired man at the desk that that I spoke with the owner was told to return the piece. The man at the desk just kept laughing and repeating "oh so you talked to the owner" then went on to say "this is why people shouldn't order things when they don't know what they are doing" These guys are sexist liars. Do not buy from them.
