Quick and friendly service. I don't know how the price compares to other services but about a half 16 foot container was filled with wood and wood scraps for around $350. Took them 5-10 minutes to load it up. Would recommend.

The guys were great they came when we weren't there. Everything was fine till I got home to find that they took the $40 in empties we had at the side of the house... They asked me over the phone about almost all the items except for the 2 large bags of empties in blue recycle bags ... Update: the guys came back and took away some other junk for the mix up with the bottles. I'm quite happy with the driver John's quick responses and I appreciated his apology. Also, clearing out a house can be an emotional experience and I thought they handled that very well as I hesitated on some items and they were very patient. Great service! Highly recommend! Quick, easy appointment through txt for a 2hr window and they called me ahead before pick up. They showed up 20 minutes into the 2hr window which was great! Gave me a quote on scene I confirmed the quote and they started hauling it all away right then. Very nice guys. So friendly. We had a ton of sod, mud, dirt, buckets that we had ripped up and thew to the side of the yard. What a mess! Lol They cleared every bit of it away in no time! I will call them again in the future for all my debris removal! The price was better than expected as well. We even called another company got junk and they said they didn’t do that sort of removal. Pick up was made in the stated timeframe, with a call 15 minutes prior to arrival. Doug and Dave were polite and courteous and the furniture was gone in no time. Like the fact they stop first at a local charity to see if they can use it instead of taking it directly to the waste transfer station. Our furniture was in pretty good shape so I'm hoping it ends up going to a new home. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Nice to deal with a local company.

I contacted Junk Works to see if they could take care of a pile of branches from a tree that we had cut down a month back. Lindsay (Junk Works Rep) was extremely polite on the phone and very helpful. She relayed that I lived outside of their designated "servicing" area, but after checking with her driver, she said they would accommodate me and get out to my property to clear the branches that same day. The driver (Doug) contact me when he got to my place, let me know the price of the pick-up and took payment over the phone. When I got home, the backyard was immaculate. Doug did an awesome job - better than what I had expected. Junk Works went above and beyond to prove they are A+ in Customer Service.
