Needed a side mirror for a Dodge Charger. Called the dealership, and was told it would take a week to receive it, costing $210. Called Reid’s for a qoute on a side mirror, they quoted me $145 on a used one. Found a aftermarket one for $80. Reid’s told me not to buy the aftermarket, cause it would be garbage. Which is correct. Was told they had all “legit” products. Bought from Reid’s. The mirror is AFTERMARKET. Completely aftermarket. Lowest quality of glass I’ve ever seen. Instead of vision being closer, it’s further. Had to take a day off to install this item, drove to and from to this location, to be told they would give me $20 for the trouble. Buyer beware. Shouldn’t be in business selling fake products, at least tell the customers the truth.

These guys ( Matt) worked so very hard at trying to locate a wiring harness for my truck when the dogs tore it out while chasing a rodent. Lots of phone time and lots of call backs and they chased the problem all the way down to unfortunately, a dead end street as far east as Saskatchewan. But they put in the leg work, even tho it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack.... and for that I'm very grateful. Alot of other places knew it would be very time consuming and a long shot, and it wasn't worth their time. But Matt at Reids gave it his very very best. You guys rock.

The man (Trent? that's the business card I have) didn't need to spend the better part of an hour discussing a quote I had from somewhere else, but he did... SO kind ~ I can't say enough good about his attitude in that interaction: Genuinely helpful, caring. We talked all about my car, & its longevity, & what comparable vehicles one could find, if I did want to trade it in... I felt so supported & my confidence enhanced thanks to that conversation. Also, I had come on the recommendation of a friend, so this kinda counts as a double-recommendation! Thanks, Reid's: thorough, professional, trustworthy service.
