Here you will be able to see the information of people who bought the products and services of Pick-n-Pull Cash For Junk Cars (Scrap Yards) in the territory of British Columbia (Canada).
To this day the business receives a score of 4.3 over 5 and that score has been based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is quite good, and it's based on a very large number of opinions, so we can be pretty sure that the rating is quite faithful. If people have bothered to leave their feddback when they are pleased with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to put feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Scrap Yards is classified in the category of Junk dealer.
They have a lot...just not what we were looking for
Great place! Always have plenty of cars. Sometimes I'm surprised with how expensive little parts are but mostly it's cheap. Can get some good cheap tires here too.
Was blown away with the friendly people working the place. I didn't bring along a toolkit like I was supposed to and they were able to provide what I needed to get the part I was after (Seriously though, bring all the tools you need in advance). Also met some really friendly people there that were nice enough to help me out!
They patched up that hole in the fence so I have to actually pay for everything now, but aside from that pick N pull is fantastic, they always have everything I need :)
Poorly set up yard . Not a great selection. No jacks aloud so you can't get tires off trucks. Rude staff.
Didn't have the item I wanted this time, but they've been great in the past. Staff always courteous and friendly.
Great for small universal auto parts. $1 admission.
Too expensive for 2nd hand parts
Good place to get parts for cars and trucks
Place used to be way better. New staff is rude, hours say open until 6PM tired getting in at 5:33 and they wouldn’t let me. Never had a problem before
Nice and easy experience. But the line up is annoying
Very disappointed with the service and will not be going there again. They told us they were closed 25 minutes early and yet people were still in the yard and at the tills... i dont recommend them.
great yard set up. have a small parts lookup online as well as a price list
They have what I need an they want what I got
Fun
First time there today. It was a little confusing how to find the vehicle I wanted at first, but it's easy to figure out. Staff is helpful and friendly, and it's certainly cheaper than buying parts new.
Friendly service. You need to have your own tools to get the parts you need.
Awesome great peeps too
Was not too impressed with this place.
Found what I needed. Good prices .....
The last experience I had, was dropping off a van seat. Donating it. The male behind the counter was VERY unhelpful and condescending!
Called 10-20x in 2 hours busy every time the only time it actually rang was 10m to 5pm and they sent me to the automated message when they close at 5 so much for useful staff
Very friendly and helpful people here. Clean and organized
So I drive older cars and help buddies restore snd maintain hotrods...YES I spend time at #PICKNPULL Hey great place to run into fiends also.
Well I wish I could give less than a one star! I had gone to check out a car battery I needed for my small truck on June - 20 - 2020 Upon arrival I headed into their establishment to sign a paper as I always have done. Upon signing Margo "Manager" told me my Wife could not be with me, I did ask why as she is my Wife and lives with me and Margo said because this is their policy because of the Covid 19 restrictions, She was quite abrupt about this and made me feel tension in this place that I have never felt before! I shop in the Westside store quite a bit and did not feel I was treated fairly! Never ever had a problem with anyone until this day! I said that I was really not impressed and proceeded to look at the batteries and did not want to engage about it anymore! As I started to look at the batteries all I could hear in behind me is the reasons we have to do these sort of things but in a more badgering way towards me! I mentioned a few times to stop it and not to push it but Margo kept it going as My Wife in the outside room could testify is true! I was holding on to the battery I picked out and telling Margo to stop it and quit it already but things just got heated more! She then was talking to someone that I could not see from where I was standing that she wanted to tell me to leave! I then just wanted to purchase the item I had and leave! Purchased the battery and noticed the person Margo had been speaking to just on my way out, I asked if I could say something as I know she had witnessed all of this! I proceeded to say why is Margo letting other individuals through the door walking near me that I don't even know but my Wife could not be in here with me! The lady really didn't say much as Margo piped up again behind me badgering me as she is the Manager and what she says goes! Well let me tell you, this was one of my worst experiences I have ever had in a retail situation!! The dealing I had with Margo is by far the worst customer service I have ever had! I will be letting others know of this situation and who to stay away from! Having a badgering and straight out pushy Manager "Margo" like this will only hurt the business of Pick n Pull! Honestly we don't need a hot head manager treating customers like this at anytime!
A very decent variety of makes and models with a good turn over of new and old stock. I feel the summer hours could use a bit of adjusting to accommodate the 9:00 to 5:00 clientele but open Saturday and Sunday is a great bonus!
Came here for the first time today and overall it a was a great experience. Needed a few parts for my saturn and the girl who took the fee let us know what rows the model we were looking for were located. Did come on a winter day so snow was in the interior of most cars but nothing can be done there. Parts were easy to find since Saturns aren't uncommon, did however we looked for a golf part car for my friend but did't find any but nothing can be done to fix that, just wait for the right time. Cost was great and manged to get everything I needed for under $30. Definitely planning on coming back when its warm out!
Still best place for used parts
Prices are outrageous! I wasted 6 hours of my time driving here for an intake manifold that should have cost $50. They will pick it apart and charge you for every little piece giving it a value of over $200. Ridiculous. BC IS A HORRIBLE PROVINCE
Website shows cars/trucks in stock you go there and you find nothing in that row on top most cars have nothing left so save your time and shop online for what you need Prices are higher as well from before and some employees are rude however management is good and responsive Stay safe
Found everything we needed
There is a Salesperson named Cat . She always goes above and beyond to help me . Knowledgeable, polite , happy to help . Give her a raise.
This location has a lot of vehicles, but it's very busy so the vehicles can be stripped pretty far very quickly.
Was told to leave because you have to be 16+ and I had my 9 yr old nephew with me. No where on the website does it state this.
Always a fun time. No one harasses you. Employees and friendly. Parts are cheap.
Good pricing.. People are amazing and sincere.. the tow truck guy Jackie from BC was patient enough to wait for me while towing and he also brought me back the documents which I had forgotten on the car..
They charge for everything even for bolt or for Fuze they was not like this before!!!
As a Gearhead this place still surprises. Neat place to pick-n-pull art ideas too! Not everything in the yard is posted online.
There were no parts for my Corolla. Was a waste of time.
Tons of parts cars to pull from
I've been coming to this place since the eqrly 2000s when it was called Pick a Part. I've basically rebuilt one car entirely with upgraded parts and have kept 15 to 20 year old cars running and looking like new. It is a real treasure to …
Everything a guy need to get his car back on the road
Best place to go for used parts
Love to go there for car parts Lots of subaru parts
They need to figure out the lineups, takes longer to get in and out that to remove the parts, one person doin a part lookup can hold the line for 20minutes. Goto bucks instead better prices there as well
So much selection !
Had exactly what we needed. Great directions to vehicles.. in and out.
Huge yard little bit of everything
High prices, service can be really good with one person and horrible with the next. Yard workers destroy trunks and doors and windows on cars before they get into the yard.
Incredible selection of new and old vehicles. Friendly as heck staff very fun and enjoyable day good prices when compared to new however it is based on part not on condition of the part plus .however the warranty is reallly reallly priced well and for the radiator i needed it covered me for 13 months for under 20$ well worth it
In an out like a pair of dirty shorts lots vehicle's to pick though their
Very good place
Good place to get used parts. Slightly unorganized but still fairly easy to find things. Has better selection than most.
Found parts i needed helpful staff
Parts are cheap
Great service, found what I needed. My only concern is some of the vehicles were not off the ground so can't get under it for parts. But got what I needed on the vehicles that was off the ground.
It's fairly clean place. Found items on the website before heading to the Place. I like it.
They don’t ever answer their phones.
It has an awesome selection and great people to help.
Funny.
Says online that they are open till 6 but they actually close at 5 and they won't let you in
Good, got what we wanted and cheap!!
they need to make a app to alert u of the vehicles that come in that u might be looking for parts off of
Great prices and massive selection!
I was told this is one of the only Pick N Pulls left close to Vancouver. Decided to check it out and was not disappointed.
Its a good place for used parts plus you recycle
Found exactly what i was looking for . ???? Was treated cheerful and pleasant on my way out. However not so much on my way in .
Good place to get parts at mostly reasonable prices. Check online to see what's in the yard. Sometimes they way the cars are handled causes damage, you'll never find a pristine Ford Flex door, for example. The batteries are removed, and the fuel tanks punctured, so if the model you are after has power accessories, you're not opening locked doors, or moving power seats in the yard. Also they have taken to removing almost all of the tires before putting the cars out in the yard, so it's become much harder to get just one, or even find the rims from a particular vehicle.
Staff gave me printout of the locations of the model I was looking for. Got what I needed. Price was good.
Good place for parts but some parts are a bit over priced
Found a full matching set of winter tires on rims. Well worth the 1.5 hours of my time. Cleaned up beautifully and still has 3/4 of tread left.
If you have a desire to fix your car but don't want to break the bank this is the place to go. Get ready to get dirty though.
Friendly n helpful, looking forward if needing anymore parts n depending on vehicle more inventory to choose from would b nice
Good for used parts
Wasn't allowed in but other then that amazing.
Honest and great service and help better
The young fella tried charging us an outrageous amount of money for a part we went and took off and he was trying to charge us for the part we didn't have with a 25 dollar difference he was confused himself with which part it wasand if that's wasn't enough we ended up standing there fir over 1 hr arguing tell finally the older cashiers finally came up and helped us my dad used to always go there but im going to avoid having to go there in the future at all cost thumbs way down
Don't like that they charge an entrance fee. Prices are a higher than most wreckers but they do have a decent selection. Website is a little unreliable, the inventory usually isn't up to date. Pulled several parts from here.
Good place for cheap parts if you don't mind getting your hands dirty.
Glad these places still exist around here!
Great place to search for a part at a great price, staff are friendly and helpful as well.
Picked a window that only cost me 36$ including the 1$ entrance fee. Well organized lot with great staff.
Loved it. Wonderful selection of vehicles to part out. The service was a bit weird, and it's a BYOT place (I bet they'd make a killing with a tool rental station), but otherwise a great source of car parts if you want to get your hands dirty to save a bunch of money.
Worst experience ever. I called ahead of time. Drive an hour and 15 minutes to get here. They close at six when I'd called prior. The next time i had called I recieved no response at all for 10 minutes straight it just rang and rang then I got hung up on. I showed up at 5:23.. never been here before so im standing waiting to ask someone how it all works thinking okay I could just go grab the tail light cover.. and I literally would have paid one of the staff to go and get the part for me.. because I can't drive back and forth like that for no f***in reason. And then the lady wouldn't even let me speak with a manager.
Always has great service here and they have a wide range of cars to pick from
lots of selection ...fair pricing .
I like this place, and my next comment is not about the place but today I let this other dude borrow a 10 mm from torque set and a bit driver and he busted the bit in my bit driver and then the whole top of my screwdriver was smashed in like he took a hammer to it, I didnt notice until 5 mins since he came back and left that he did this. He said nothing about it and ran away. People
Very afordable price all items arw second handed or used
Lots of parts,,, but staff rudest staff un friendly if you are that unhappy with your job get a new one
Very clean yard. Easy access and friendly service. We found the exact parts we needed.
Staff were nice, vehicles were quite limited and very picked over but what do you expect when there was a 50% off sale. Environmentally friendly and some cool vehicles here too. First time at this location and a vehicle that was listed online was no longer there but we did find another part we needed. Will be back in future!
It's pretty pathetic that they charge more than Napa does for the same part.
. Very disappointed in how I was treated at the till when leaving. Needed a replacement horn. Found one similar to mine with one high tone and one low tone speaker. The price for a horn on their website says $5.99. some horns use just one "speaker" while some use two "speakers" as did mine. the cashier insisted ii pay for two horns at $5.99 despite the fact they should be sold as a set for $5.99. I mentioned that I could buy new horn set online for about $15 instead of a 16 year old used one for $13. I turned and left wondering why wouldn't they just take my $7 for an ancient horn of which they have thousands in their lot instead of pissing off a customer and getting nothing.
It will be a lot better once they have a building again. Line for paying takes way too long, I waited in line for over 15 minutes with only 8 people in front of me.
It's my toy store. I've saved so much money by getting parts from here.
A good place to find parts for your car.
Decent place to look for used parts, a little sparse on selection at the moment.
I always love a good pick n pull, rows upon rows of beautiful junk that becomes my treasure. The prices are fractional compared to new as well and there's alot of times a new part just isn't necessary.
Website shows cars/trucks in stock you go there and you find nothing in that row on top most cars have nothing left so save your time and shop online for what you need Prices are higher as well from before and some employees are rude however management is good and responsive Stay safe
Five stars as always. This place has saved me literally thousands of dollars over the years. I can come here and get the part I needed for my rust bucket and figure out how to get back on the road for a little longer. When I was a student, this is the only way I was able to keep getting to my schoolsites out of town and then to work afterwards. Also, it's really nice to be able to grab a new rubber piece, or replace a scratched piece of interior trim. Keep checking the inventory weekly, they change cars fast sometimes. And the early birds will get in there and wreck the part you need getting to the ones they want. Bring some tools! Remember that it's probably going to be muddy, regardless of climate. Bring water if it's hot out, coffee if its cold.
Absolutely waste of time. Brought my own battery to move the power seat ahead to remove 1 bolt but not allowed. Asked to borrow a battery , again not allowed. Was willing to pay up to 150.00 but now they're getting wrecked with guys throwing junk on them. No help from anyone working (wondering around) there
This is one of my favorite places to be on my day off. Wonderfully organised. Inventory is kept pretty accurate and up-to-date. One of the best things about this place is that they constantly try to improve their service. From adding new loyalty features to building new structures for better service, being there is always a treat. If you do go there for your salvage part needs, please be courteous and don't damage the cars while you're extracting your part.
Organized, friendly and fair prices. But they need golf carts to haul tools around especially if ur headed to the import section!
Small parts are hugely over priced. 30+ dollars for a 250 k tensioner pulley? I can get a brand new one online for 15 dollars? Lol joke prices
Has lots of car parts
Great place to pick up used car parts for a little money be ready to bring your own tolls and take it out by yourself
I realize they probably don't get paid very well but the staff here are terrible.
The desk staff are very helpful in answering questions but, if you need any yard assistance, it would be easier to teach your dog Latin... Fluently.
Bring your tools and have at her
Good for parts but don't buy anything unless your 100% sure its what you as there is no refunds
Come by spend the day at your very own personal garage... byot (bring your own tools) Staff are helpful and vehicle selection is pretty wide.
Good deal on auto parts.
Customer service fails in every aspect . Luckily I have past knowledge on the lay out and how this place operates. If your new to this sort of parts place bring along someone who has familiarized themselves with the yard layout. Otherwise good luck getting any help or feedback from any employee here. You'll be searching for hours .
My hand got cut In some glass in a car here. I wasn’t upset about it, things happen. However, the employees refused to provide basic first aid. They gave me a non stick pad even though I told them glass was embedded in my hand. We asked for hydrogen peroxide and the employee said it was only for employees. She said this several times before she went back and said “ you can’t have the whole bottle”. We only wanted her to pour a bit on my cut, obviously didn’t want the whole bottle. She did and was extremely rude about it. She also said there was no one certified to provide first aid on site. If this is how they run this business, then be careful not to get hurt here. The employees are useless and rude. We talked to four employees and none of them wanted to help.
Staff tries hard to get you in and cash you out quickly and efficiently
Best place to get used parts if you know how to pull them out yourself! Never had any issues here and prices are typically reasonable.
It's always fun at pick-n-pull. Awesome prices.
Didn't have what I needed but very nice place
Charged higher than retail price on used stock springs, yards super unorganized
Good customer service and easy to get parts.
Finding a cart can be a pain, bring tough shoes as there's dangerous stuff on the ground everywhere, prices can be reasonable, or more expensive than buying new parts depending on how the person decides to ring you up. More than once I've had to leave stuff because, for example I pull off a valence and leave the bumper on purpose, but they want to charge me for a full bumper assembly anyway. Or you have just an armrest, and they want to charge you for a whole door which is $60 more than buying a brand new armrest. Etc. Happens a lot.
Good variety and selection of parts. Staff wasn't knowledgeable of any vehicle, charged me the wrong price (in my benefit, even after I pointed it out). Would return because I'm smarter than 90% of the staff there, just get in, pull your part and get out.
An adventure just to walkthrough. They give you a map so you can see where the cars your are interested in are to be found. Bring your own tools. Make sure you bring a looney for the entrance fee. Open every day except Christmas.
Tons of car parts. Bring your own tools.
A fairly organized facility. More often than not, they have the car/parts that you need in an affordable price. Definitely worth a stop for anyone who needs something for their car.
Easy cheezy! Great prices,
Nice place good customer service handy staff to a good support
A fun place to be for gearheads of all kinds.
Great place to get cheap car parts.
Great service from the friendly staff and quickly and easily found our part, and thr wheelbarrows they provided made transporting and load a breeze. Best part though? Pricing, BRAND new radioator for $55 :) Get there early before everyone else picks your parts Man I should get paid for these.....
Easy to find the car and parts you're looking for, amazing prices!
Always something good, staff will help find what you need.
Friendly energetic staff who are eager to try and assist. But having worked in a demanding inventory environment, I feel that more training of staff in how to cross reference information between different makes and models for clientelle would be extremely helpful.
Fun all day parts picking
A bit pricey for some parts that's you have to pull yourself. Other then that there are good deals.
Got all 4 brake calipers for my jetta for less than the price of 1 new one. Now to rebuild and paint em???? It's warm out in the yard in the full Sun, remember your water.
went and dropped off my bill of sale on friday told them that the car had no subframes left aka no wheels on it , they said they would come get it monday they just called us on monday and said they cant come get it , they dont have a flat bed availble , they had 4 days to be prepared for this trash customer service did i forget to say the car NEEDS to be gone today Dont shop here
More expensive than new parts. Only give back store credit on returns. Lot is getting smaller and less selection.
Love getting car parts there
Love this place ....they have make a good clean up
Today was a very good day I took an engine over there an Audi engine basically all-aluminum an oriental fellow so just put it over there by the other Motors so I did so I did and went to get paid for it and he asked me where is my receipt for the motor I says no I brought him the Audi engine to sell then he said we're not buying engines today I left my engine there and I do have pictures needless to say I left with no money but proof I left the engine there I'll be going back Tuesday and talk to somebody with a little more power than him I think there was maybe a miscommunication I don't know for sure but the girl on the one side set go talk to the guy on the other side I did it and was told to put the engine where I put it and then he said where's your receipt for it and I said I didn't buy it here I brought it here to sell and you know the rest of the story
I love this place, it has so many cars, and so much stuff, its a huge field. I have been coming here for many years now to get all the stuff i need for my car! And their prices are very very reasonable. Lines are a bit long, but other than that I encourage everyone to come for your car parts!
It is a good place to get parts for vehicle
Good place for good things
Excellent service. But!! All the good. Very popular vehicles are kept far up the Hill. Great staff.
Great
Excellent service provide parts interchange with lot location
Better then the one in calgary honestly.
Friendly staffs. Great place for mechanic enthusiast
Little overpriced for a pick and pull but overall good place to go to get used car parts
For your vehicle need for parts. Highly recommended. Just bring your own tools
Service incredible very well organized
Very organized and straightforward. The cars are all arranged according to the map, they're easy to locate. Theres an entrance fee of $1 and you have to sign a waiver coming in. Will definitely come again for more parts!
Had to drive up from red deer as the prices are 3 times what they are I Edmonton... clean yard.. lots of cars to choose from... the fat native cashier was a royal t#at, but otherwise I'd say great place
Good selection of autos, got what I needed.
You’d be surprised what you can get here for a extremely good price. They also have some cars for sale that are drivable as well
Great place to pic up used car parts
I really enjoy picknpull they are always friendly I am surprzed by their inventory can usually find what I looking for
They try their best to help you find what you need. There is a wide selection but a large clientele so sometimes the specific part you need is gone. Service staff and friendly and helpful.
Good place to come for car parts and pieces. Even better place to come for the thrift store! Lol (Donate to the food bank) and to meet new friends and have some good laughs thanks S ????
I was here today and spoke to Beth on the way out. She didn’t know the name of some obscure part..but went to that trouble of finding out the name and correct price. As I was here from Vancouver she also took the time to explain how you create an account so you can receive an email if they receive the particular vehicle you are looking for. Well run and clean and tidy. Will be back ..thank you
I will no longer use their service's. I went in there to try and find a window motor with the resistor for my 98 Honda accord, There was only one coupe similar to mine. I took the motor and resistor out, payed forty dollars. I took the part out to my car in the parking lot and tested it right there. DEAD! Motor did not work, went back in not even ten minuets later and returned the part. The girl even remarked how the paint hadn't even dried yet that they put on when i purchased the part. All i get is a credit slip, that does me no good because there was only one care in their that would be appropriate. If you cannot test the part in pick n pull than a full refund should be done, not a credit slip. This has happened to me once before with a different vehicle and I was never able to use the credit slip because eventually the print wore off on the slip (that slip was approx. $50). This is a real inconvenience, I am a student and can't afford to loose $40. A new part for this car is approximately $80. In conclusion if you cannot test the product to make sure it works than a full refund should be given if the part doesn't work!
great ..always has what we're looking for!! Greatprice
Fair price good place for used parts.
Needed some parts. good selection
I was looking forward to saving some money but when i got to the till . I had a big surprise comming . They took the two parts i had and broke them down into little peices and charged for everything except the bolts. Over charged for a factory amplifier then hit with a huge core charge for the glass . In the end i i pd full price for everything and got attitude about it . I WILL NOT BE BACK !!!!
Great selection and prices
Best wrecker in the Okanagan
Place is what it is. Typical self serve wrecking yard. Staff are friendly, and I got the part I needed (an alternator) for a reasonable price ($45). It worked, and I got a free 12 month warranty, which is pretty awesome. Definitely I will be back!
Love this place... Maybe it's just me but nah
Not bad for American vehicles, but it's extremely disorganized if you're looking for imports. All of the imports are in one section and not sorted in any particular way. You'll have a 1988 Honda right next to a 2011 Volkswagen. Thankfully the website has locations and photos of each vehicle, but be prepared for a lot of running around to find what you're looking for.
Awso e
A great way to find parts for your car.
Basically the only thing done well is having the vehicles. Their hours of operation float at best and they aren't forthright about their last entrance time into the yard. Pick-n-Pull can be a lifesaver or huge frustration, depends on the day.
No idea why they have a website, apparently it is not connected to the actual business in any may outside of sharing a name... FYI website says that they have something in stock and a part store... Not according to the staff who can't speak English...
Excellent staff
Used their site to search for an automotive part. Search didn't find anything, but it has an option to request a quote. Which I did and got a reply the next day. Handy site if you're looking for a specific part.
It's okay. If you can, find what you need on castanet because you'll probably save money. Every little thing will cost you too... Eg. If you're getting rims, you'll also end up paying for the tires and hubcaps, even if the tires are literally unusable (blown out sidewall, etc). Unfortunately there's not that much competition around here for scrap yards.
Good place! Nice employees at the front to help you out!
This place has gotten way too expensive like 2/3 retail on some stuff.
Really good place to find a missing part for an old restoration. Only issue is, they need to start monitoring the people coming out of pick n pull. While I was paying at the till, I saw a guy walk past me out the door that I saw removing parts out of a truck! So he pretty much came to steal! Those kinda people make things harder for us the honest guys too. As the business learns, they will look at everyone with a suspicious eye! The parts are dirt cheap there, so why not pay? They need to operate too, so we get continuous business!
I keep ending up finding myself coming here to get something else for my car. I really like how organized their yard is and how clean it is compared to other similar auto wreckers in town. On top of that the pictures on their website the inventory of vehicles. highly recommended.
Amazing place.for car.parts! Got a front grill for so much cheaper than a body shop!
Very nice and helpful staff when you catch them on a good day. There are definitely times when you can tell that they are grumpy and don't really want to be there. The lot is kept relatively updated and there is a app and a website where you can check if the vehicle you're looking for is there beforehand so you don't have to make fruitless trip.
The staff here are awesome. Love it here. I go all the time. Highly recommended!
Good inventory, prices are reasonable and can be fun to check out.
A huge place with TONS of cars. You can take anything off the car and pay for their set price. Which is cheap. Road to the car you're looking for will be full of rocks. Glass and many random items. Best if you wear shoes. No slippers. Cars are mostly held up by metal wheel frames. So u better be careful when scrounging around
Super awesome staff, went and accidently got the wrong size part yesterday and exchanged it today. They were very helpful and super quick with the exchange. And the extended warranty is an amazing deal! 12 months to replace it if it breaks! Definitely recommend this place to get parts for your vehicle!
Very disappointed for a first timer at the entranve till, poor customer service. And i hope they have someone who can assist us, that we can pay him to get the part we needed.
Good service and helping
Adult pettin zoo
They always have what I need
What can I say. Finding used parts for my truck is fun. Come prepared with your own tools.
Staff are very friendly very fair there is always something for me Pick-n-Pull
Love this place
There were 3 people working today at the front desk I had to wait after an hour to pay for my battery the girl was washing tires the older gentleman was ignoring me I spoke to him he turned his back and went to help customers that got there after I arrived. I was not impressed if he did not want to serve he should of said so. the guy in his 20s was great he served me after he saw what happened he apologized he was very professional Wally
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Make sure you arrive before 4:30 as they won’t let you in 30 mins to close. Keep that in mind before you drive a hour to get turned away
The yard is a bit money but that's natural and these types of businesses. The prices are way better then most parts places that have Parts taken off for you but my only complaint is that they don't have a list of vehicles that are out in the yard that you can actually track down parts
Love this place it's such a good service to offer.
Bring lots of tools. I was looking for 86 stuff. Most vehicles in 90s. Didn't find anything. $1 to get in. Get stamp if you have to go back to your car.
You get what you pay for
If you know how to fix your own vehicle this place has everything you could want ifnyour patient and know your parts. Check the vehicle inventory first and bring your tools!
Convenient area, and large inventory of vehicles. They are starting to get more of the newer vehicles which is good.
If I could give zero stars to the man answering the phone on the afternoon April 13th, 2018, I would. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer calling a business who who depends on providing a service to customers for an income. You guys should probably never let that man near your phone again, because you just lost a customer.
Once visiting this place you'll have to pay for fee upon entering the yard. You can rent tools here but it may vary normally you should be bringing your own set. Be cautious about your tools when giving out to strangers you may not see them again. They do oftenly clean certain areas to make way for "new" vehicles so the receipt they provided isn't always accurate. Another detail you can purchase used tires, old fixed cars, and sell your used car.
Good selection of used car/truck parts. The "interchange" service let's you know what vehicles have the same part you're looking for - and they can print a list of those and their locations - makes it fast/easy to obtain a part!
Great place to get all the parts you need for a great price cheap
Good parts for a good price
I was there yesterday and the place has changed for the worse since the fire. To get in took about 5 min with no lineup. To get out with a starter was almost 30 min with only one person in front of me. The lady at the window was obnoxious and stopped serving the guy in front of me two times to change songs on her radio and then did the same thing to me. I was very disappointed and mentioned how poor the service was and her response was to rool her eyes and walk away from the service window.
Bought some tires on rims here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You will not find yourself lost if you are visiting here first time. Staff will be there to help you. Such an awesome place to find cheap and helpful things for your vehicle. Love to visit them again for some cars on sale too.
You need to organize their stuff better
Good hunting grounds for used import and volkswagen parts mk2, mk3, mk4 etc.... All my vehicles are held together by pick and pull. Recycling is better than being a slave to the dealers.
Had a great selection of cars and parts. Fair pricing. No complaints everything was good.
I picked up a couple parts here and it was quick, easy, organized and cheap
Showed up just after 5:30 pm. Signs say open till 6. Wouldn't let me in because they don't let anyone in after 5:30. Drove 1.5 hrs to get turned away. No signs on location or notices on the website saying anything about it.
Have been finding parts here for many years. They have added the on-line inventory and parts finder for cross referencing. Yard is generally dry and vehicles easy to access. Most service experiences have been good.
I could spend all day in here
Lots of parts and fairly cost effective!!
Great place to get parts. Good prices.
Its a scrap yard..like it or hate it...its OK
Great business.
Great place to go find car parts.
I work there
Pick-n-Pull is pretty awesome for maintaining an older vehicle on the cheap. Check on-line or phone to check for swappable bits first, but you will usually find something you can replace, even if it's not the thing you were after. Have a few hours on hand. From what I remember, they have some loaner basic tools.
Just what you think it is and great, knowledgeable staff
Price is per part not factoring in condition and higher than other yards. If its broken exchanges only. They offer scrap value when buying cars. Costs $1 to go in. The only plus is 1/2 price days and they catalog cars going in.
Fast service with great staff
Organized and professional. If anything just a bit pricier than some others.
The staff is good..the inventory is decent and the online inventory is a great help! :)
Website has hours till 6pm, people in parking lot said "it's actually 5pm" , and they even closed early ( 4:30pm ) to people , many in parking lot drove in from out of town based on published hours.
They saved our vacation after thieves smashed my car window. I called every glass shop in the Okanagan and was told no one had the window I needed in stock. Luckily Pick n Pull had several windows and were happy to help. Thanks guys, our vacation wasn't ruined afterall! :)
Selection is outdoors. Came with a friend who loves it here. I had my daughter with me. Kids under six are not allowed on site so we stayed with the vehicle. No young kids makes sense. Wish it was listed on their webpage so I didn’t bring her. Oh well. Next time!
The Corollas were missing the engines and I was looking for a piece on an engine. Cool concept but wasted my time. So glad it's cheap to check things out!
Awesome
Worst experience, I wish i could give less than 1 star. Called before coming they said we have the car on lot went there after driving 4 hours and saw what there is no car i was looking for. Their customer service is worst. Will never buy anything from here.
Another great place for doin it yourself and saving a bit of dough.
You are not allowed kids under the age of 16 so my son sat in the car for an hour by himself
Very well organized, easy to get at pretty much any part you need. Very reasonable prices
Great experience
GOOD INVENTORY FAIRLY CLEAN YARD EASY ACCESS
Went out of their way to look for a battery for me since there was none on the pallet. Found exactly what I needed.
They had what I needed
Large selection of vehicles. Very helpful staff. Found my $1.25 part
Always have the parts I need at a very reasonable price!
Have rows and rows of cars and truck to choice from and friendly girls at the front desk
All the cars I saw were placed securely up on rims in such a way that I could safely and easily access the parts I needed on the underside of the engine. Google and their signs say the place closes at 1800, but the yard actually closes 30 minutes before that. It's the store where you pay for parts closes at 1800. The cars were kind of organized, mostly by make and type, if not model or body type. So cars were all together but cars consisted of coupes, sedans, hatchbacks and wagons, all jumbled together. The yard is nicely gravelled and is fairly clean so it's somewhat safer than other yards I've been to around these parts. Wheelbarrows are free to use, but limited in numbers. Same for engine hoists. The admission fee when I went was $1.
Don't bother looking for usable wheels, most are holding up the vehicles.
Awsome
Used to love this place but recently customer service is not all there. Drove over an hour to get to Edmonton even left work as early as I could as I needed an ignition coil for a friend's van who is pregnant and almost die and lives in Breton which does not have a hospital. I got there with only 15 min before close but explained the situation to the manager who didn't care and refused to let take the 60 seconds to get the part that takes 1 bolt and a clip to remove which I knew where the vehicle was even! I even offered $20 extra for a staff to go pull one and nope! Ouch glad to see your care for others! Had to sleep in my truck last night to get the part today, going to bucks auto instead though!!
My other half loves this place, always finds what he needs! For his fixer upper 95 volks
Car recycling is awesome:-) Plus I just love to go and dismantle the part that I want.
Dont go in here expecting to ever find what you are looking for. I phoned in the day before to see if they had a rim for my car. I was assured they had gotten 2 in within the last month and the rims were there. Wasted a 30 min trip each way out there and the 30-40 minutes of looking through their randomly placed junkyard of import vehicles (yet the domestic were organized down to make model and year it seemed). Low and behold, there were zero rims to be found anywhere on their lot for any year of the few mazdas I saw, except 1 spare tire in one from the early 2000s. I'll just get stuff new from now on. If they can't even have a mediocre inventory then there isn't a reason to support them.
Cheap
Usually enjoy comming here, but tried getting my parts list checked off today and at 2:30 they were locking up, I understand its thanksgiving but according to google you are open till 5, dont always trust the hours posted here
good wrecking yard like they all are, however if you need a gas tank..forget it the staff puncture each and all of them at least 3 times
Love the variety and customer service! Sometimes too pricey!
Great staff, website makes it super easy to locate the vehicle you're looking for, they're very well organized and the prices are great.
The yard was very easy to navigate and I was able to find what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I would check the website regularly and go quickly once a new vehicle enters the yard as some parts go quickly.
good place to find parts for cars but tires and rims are pricey thats sucks
This, oddly enough, is one of my favorite places to go. The staff are always extremely helpful and cherry and we've gotten some amazing deals from the "thrift store" inside. Their loyalty card program is fantastic too!
This, oddly enough, is one of my favorite places to go. The staff are always extremely helpful and cherry and we've gotten some amazing deals from the "thrift store" inside. Their loyalty card program is fantastic too!
This place is 50/50 take a chance hit and miss sometimes they got the parts you need sometimes not but always good place for parts to check for what you need before buying new
This is the best Pick a part in the city. They have a huge lot and easily sorted vehicles so it's not a pain trying to find the vehicle you need.
Not to much to say, you go in, get what you need and hope what you picked up works. A friend of mine sliced his finger open while we were there one time and the staff were really kind and helpful about that.

I think these guys need to keep in mind they are not an amusement park. Charging any fee just to set foot in a salvage yard is just weird. On top of it, the atmosphere there isn’t the friendliest. I know it’s just a buck but it’s principle. It’s not a flea market or the PNE. It will be a huge turn off for a lot of ppl. Just check the reviews.
Awesome if you love the idea of heading out Into the yard with your tools to get down and dirty scrounging up some parts for your favourite ride. Prices are good and they have an exchange/store credit program just in case the parts you pulled are non-functional once you get them home. I only wish they could tell you if the parts were actually on the car before you head out on the long trek to the back of the yard. Shouldn’t be too hard to keep track... maybe just ask the customers purchasing parts which vehicle they came off of and check them off the list? On the other hand, I guess not knowing is all just part of the fun.
Top people, great experience, great selection of vehicles, why go anywhere else, thankyou .
Good place to find used items for your vehicle. At a good price. Needed a seat belt, found a same vehicle that had. Pull it out and save.
Excellent service ready for you at door if needed!!
1/5 for me cause they bent most of there truck drive shafts with the forklift..
Awesome place for good priced car parts.
Always a good time pulling vehicles apart
Able to find the parts I need at a good price
Great place to find old parts from old card
Used to be a much better place. Now things are harder to access. Not organized like before. Super disappointed
Great for cheap parts or even project cars with friendly, helpful staff
always a great place to shop saved hundreds over the years I have been coming here
It's rough around the edges, but can be an okay place to get some used parts. They have a ton of selection, and car inventory can be checked pretty easily on their website. The yard isn't always maintained well, however. It can get really muddy during wet periods and needs more gravel. Most of the cars are up on rims, making it easy to access underneath. However, I've seen a couple of cars fall, so do worry about safety when I'm at work. The staff are also pretty hit and miss. Some are pleasant, some will be flat rude or unaccommodating. The lines seem to be almost always long, and the checkout is never well staffed. Pick n Pull also has a tendency charge their customer through the teeth on some purchases, and their prices can, at times, rival that of new parts. I've also had bad experiences with cashiers up-selling me expensive extended warranties without asking if I would like them, or telling me how much extra they cost; leaving me to find the surprise later on the bill. Overall, Pick n' Pull is not my favorite place to shop, and I find the hassle of dealing with the unreasonable prices, long lines, and rude employees enough for me to just buy new parts.
Everything you could want in a wrecker
great selection of all vehicles constantly changing would visit again
Was fun to go to lots of cars and parts. Only 4 stars because some cars had almost nothing on them
Good price and staff was helpful to find parts
An excellent selection of totaled cars. Price is very reasonable. Would definitely come here again if I need cheap oem parts for my toyota.
Always a good experience. You can always find what you need
Always a fun trip!! Lol
Good place to come for car parts and pieces. Even better place to come for the thrift store! Lol (Donate to the food bank) and to meet new friends and have some good laughs thanks S ????
Was an easy experience, but they're not assistive to their customers, they don't even monitor what happens to the vehicles in anyway, just allowing customers to saw and cut anything and everything want to. Destroying valuable parts and equipment Imo.
This place, not too bad. It's useful to keep your old car alive. Pricing leaves alot to be desired. They'll only give scrap prices for your used car. No matter the condition.
LOVE Pick-N-Pull!! The staff is always super helpful, always joking, good vibes, GREAT prices (especially if you sign up for their club/sale notifications). Llllllove PNP!
Always will get my parts here. Have found new or new parts here at a fraction of the normal cost.
Very helpful staff
Says online that they are open till 6 but they actually close at 5 and they won't let you in
Got the car doors for cheap, exple: front passenger door, saved "by my best approximation", around 250$, so loved it.
Love it. Is great options to find cheap parts for your vehicle and also on website you can check is they have model of vehicle that you need and where is location
All the vehicles are stripped of electronic components. Wasn’t able to find a single thing I was looking for :(
The part i needed was there, but the way they support the vehicles made it nearly impossible to remove. If that "stand" was just a few inches further back, i would have had no problem. I could have borrowed a hoist and tried to drag it through the snow to the vehicle, but these hoists are extremely heavy and too much for just one man to move. I got lucky, and another customer helped me. But pick n pull staff? Nothing.
Staff was kind, prices were amazing. Good amount of vehicles there, even had a couple saturns for me to ween through. Parking was easy, and accessible. Will go again once they receive a couple cars I need.
Great place to browse n save money on replacement parts!
Good service with good staff.
Friendly staff !
Found what we needed..in and out in 15min...great price too!!
good . tones of parts
Monique is the best. She gave me a good deal on a taillight i bought
Great !!
Great option if you need car parts.
Found exactly what I needed, and cheaper than I expected
This place so bad I had experience with thier stuff. they were so bad for deal with the customers particular the manager
Visited several times to find parts for my minivan. Good pricing. Friendly and helpful staff.
Huge assortment of vehicles. Inventory is tracked really well, both in perso. And through their website!
Well laid out scrapyard. Friendly helpful staff.
Not really alot of vehicles to chose from that isnt already beyond damaged.
Great people to deal with
Great place to start if you are a do it yourself kinda guy or gall.
Has most parts available at a reasonable price. Also can check availablity on line or by calling their number.
Great place always go there for parts prices are good and vehicle selection are as well
Its a good place to find the parts you need and at a discount price. I've been looking for almost a year for a driver's seat for my truck and this one had it and it wasn't dirty either
Great member better one
Price is floating so ask before you pulling something hard to reach. You may end up returning it
Bit of a swamp this time of year
Great finds here ????????
I bought a windshield washer motor and they charged me for a water pump after I explained to the lady it is not a water pump but she told me it was not in her computer and over charged me for the pump I went to my car and looked up on their website and it was on there for 15 dollars cheaper. I went to get the difference back and they would only give a store credit back I said I wanted my money back and they said no. Icome here often so I got rooked by D Maclennan. The amt of money was small but the principle mattered. I will not recommended this place anymore. Bucks auto got my business till this is resolved.
I didn't go in
I don't know where else to review the cash for cars call center, so I'm putting this here. The people you have to deal with over the phone are so unbelievably rude. I sold a car to them two years ago as well and they were just as impolite as they were to me today. I was hung up on multiple times, and the three different women we spoke to were snippy and aggravated the entire phone call. If you can't at the least, be polite to someone over the phone who is keeping your company in business, you really should find a new job. They also quoted me at $160 with a free tow, and I got $48 for my car. Never again. I gave my car this time to a local free tow away instead. This is how you lose business.
Run by beautiful young ladies. Very friendly.
Best staff on this side of the lake
Ridiculous prices and rude staff Came in for a plastic bracket and they want $5 when I can get the aftermarket brand new for $6 Of course I walked away, no business. Not sure why they are all female staff and they are all rude. I had great experience with ipullupull, check them out
Good car selection. Prices a bit higher than other salve yards
Got what I needed. Dealership didn't sell the part and saved myself 800 dollars.
Very helpful staff.
Awesome place to find cheap parts for your vehicle!
Found the cv joint we were looking for. A bit of lineup at check out. Perhaps more workers at the tills.
I regret ever trying to use this store. Extremely dangerous in the yard and the staff is terrible
using online inventory search major asset when buying what parts u need.well organized
Good parts and lots of them
Nice price it's kind of fun to chuck
They're way more often than not to have parts I need at very reasonable price. Just want them to eliminate the entry fee.
Garbage hours. Called ahead to make sure I’d get there before closing. They closed at 3 and I was there at 2:45. They refused to assist me because their “computers were shut down already”. Last time I checked it takes less than a minute to turn on a computer. Closed at 3 means closed at 3 not 2:45.
they have a great selection of parts for cheap there’s no denying that they do but there customer service is horrible and if you ever even think about selling a car to them it takes forever they don’t stick to there timelines or commitments and it’s just a struggle to to business with them other wise there ok and for that and that alone is why i will never sell to pick and pull again
I've been coming here for 10 years and it has remained my favorite self serve auto wrecker with fair pricing and good service.
I've been to several pick n pulls. Despite the smaller size compared to some yards this one is my favourite. I went in last week for an emergency rim and tire on my way through town. All I can say is the service is genuine, the price is right, and you can tell the staff is like a family. The people shopping there can be so rude at times but the staff is still smiles. The one beardy guy with the tats has been there for a long time. I asked him a question and he answered that plus all the other ones I was about to ask before I asked. What service. Guy is real and knows his job. The only reason for 4 stars was the customers that day. If I could rate customers they'd have 1 star. They interrupt while you're being helped and expect the staff to break rules for them then get pushy about it. That yard can get tense. There's definitely some sketch balls. Good establishment though.
Lots of cars. well organized for a self-serve auto wrecker. But they could be more flexible on pricing of parts in poor condition.
It's all gravel...no rubbers required
I've always been welcomed with a smile I tried to be helpful as they can awesome place
This place slaps
Its past 9 and they're not "taking any calls"? Can we get some decent customer service please?
Always a deal if you want to work for it
Great customer service, lots of parts or vehicles to choose from.
4 cars on website not at lot. Website unusable currently on mobile. Unable to search. Complete waste of time
Refund policy is terrible! You get an in store credit even if you return parts that don't work or fit within the time frame given. Was never informed by staff about getting an in store credit, just was told I would get a full refund. LOL!
Always a positive day at my local Pick n Pull. Seem to nearly always have what I need to keep my jalopy on the road.
no customer service....big lineup.
Always good
Always good
Friendly staff. Yard is decently laid out. Has the parts that I've been looking for.
The uneven ground was hard on my injury, however, the employees were knowledgeable of what we needed and very helpful. Prices were fair. Nice experience. We will return. Thank you.
This place is the same kind of business profile than Value Village. They could care less of what they are selling to people.... $$$$$ this all they care about...we sale everything and anything regardless of the condition... definitely should change the policy around return especially with respect to part that can’t get tested on location...as well for the core charges. Should be returned into our account stupid store credit... also to topped it off the tool kit reward bull... did anyone not relate to them got any kind of discount and online offer ? I never did...and web page suck...
Easy pickings. If u can't find it your not looking hard enough.
Well organized and good prices
Total rip off waste of time. Mr. Ponytail Millennial at the office was condesending and unhelpful. Charge you a dollar to go and look? But they cant tell you for sure the part is in stock. Drove in from Kamloops because their website shows the vehicle was there but after wandering the rows looking for it and heading back to the office I found out it had been crushed already. And yes, they charge for every little wire and screw attached to the part you need. Most of the vehicles were picked clean anyhow. Won't be back.
Great parts yard. Was able to phone them ahead and check availability, great customer service, wheelbarrow provided, and tons of selection! Will Definitely be taking my buisness there again soon.

Pick n Pull Kelowna is a good source for used auto parts in Kelowna, excellent vehicle turnover. Yard staff could be a little more accommodating; however, overall happy with the customer service
Pick n Pull Kelowna is a good source for used auto parts in Kelowna, excellent vehicle turnover. Yard staff could be a little more accommodating; however, overall happy with the customer service
Helpfull and friendly
I really never have issues with this establishment. I just wanted to note that after dropping off a recore tailgait I also had a fan shroud underneath the returns that wasnt noticed because it was completely broken and I was using it as a reference to fit my vehicle. As I couldnt find the replacement part I left and bypassed the checkout line because I could not find the shroud I was looking for. I stopped to talk to the lady across the last check out that I didnt find a match. Well she had to repremand me in front of everybody that she would have to charge me the next time. The part I had was severed in one place, had no mounting tabs to mount or anything...so why was there any of an iota of a question. Why would I try to walk out with unusable junk Thats not cool and she should pay more attention rather than jumping to conclusions!!!!
I things that place is good for peoples need to save money.thanks
Good for used car parts.
GREAT prices and service. ????
I had a terrible experience at pick N pull today. It started two days ago when I went there to purchase a spare tire carrier. I got the carrier but did not take the little piece to wind the carrier. I went back to pick N pull today to get the little part with my receipt from two days ago. I tried to tell the little short guy that was working behind the counter that it was a piece of the part that I had purchased two days ago and that I was willing to pay a little more money if needed be. He told me that that’s is just too bad and that I would have to pay for the whole part again. At first I thought it was just joking but he was very serious. I had to pay for that part again to save an argument. At that point I just wanted to leave. The part wasn’t very expensive, just a little over $20 but having to pay for the same part twice is just very poor business in my eyes. I gave them one star because that’s the lowest I could give if I could’ve given zero stars I would’ve. You would never be treated like that at Bucks auto.
I love pick and pull
It's obvious that the owners AR upholding no due diligence in faculties for customer's furthermore charging a dollar per customer the revenue is high enough to at least maintain the yard for the convenience to remove the parts were paying for but yet they clear the yard ground by putting the junk back into Open Spaces of the vehicles which subsequently makes it much more difficult the trip is almost not worth it unless you're leaving with something for free
Good deals
Lota of available parts. Well organized. Staff on Saturdays are not knowledgeable, so know exactly how the part should work, before buying.
Bugget used car parts place very responsible price name explain it - you remove your own parts . All vehicles are raised of ground and secure. Good place for diy type people
Awesome lot and staff. Only concern is the import section is extremely hard to get to in winter with your tools. But that's nit picking
Excellent staff????
Great place for the DIY mechanic. Very well priced, good selection.
They picked up my junk car in february, I never recieved a payment. So i went in a month later and told them. Lady Said I would get a call the next day, and they never called. Still have not recieved a call or payment. Will not be using them again...
Very good well organized
Usualy great service. But as of recently they have no idea how to answer a phone, I have called consistently for the last hour, it rings for 4 min. And it hangs up. Honestly I dont get the lack of customer service. Speaks poorly of a company i once thought great.
Love this place
Employees would rather me leave my tiny dog in the car on a 22 degrees day than for me to carry him in the yard.
Great service and friendly staff that are knowledgeable and helpful.
Cheap and easy parts!
They are scammer they offer me 150$ for 2012 dodge Jurny that's unbelievable and u go buy small parts and they charge me 98$ for it what kind of company you guys are stealing people money you are abig theaf
Grounds are nice. No mud. Just respect that the next guy or girl might need the piece that you just broke. Cheers
They are great. They have great PR and fast customer service.
Bad
Best deals
Enjoy going to this place. Vehicles are well organized and the staff are very helpful. Found the part I needed. Was a great visit.
Never answer the phone. Update 6 months later. Staff continue to actively not answer the phone ever. Google, their website and the sign outside on the fence say they close at 5pm but they don't, they close at 4:30 pm.
Fair prices however i do not usually put bad reviews but i have to since i had a terrible experience today. John is ignorant and charges the way he wants even after i showed him the price on the website he told me if i dont like the price go to bucks auto or buy new .. I will escalate this till it reaches the owner to see how he deals with long time customers . Hes a terrible person indeed !
If you do any repairs on vehicles that you own, this is the place to go to. My dad frequented for many years, and now I go there. Great deals and fresh air, and usually leave having saved a ton of money on parts. Bring your own tools and you can wheelbarrel them to the vehicle that you're stripping parts from. 5 stars!
Awsome place to get what u need.. tires parts etc.
????????????????????bougt 3. Cars there. Excrllent cars..
great place for great deals. It's a little disorganized though
Sold them my old car today. The tow truck driver who picked it up, walked right up to me without a mask on, I had to step back away to not come within six feet of him. When I asked him to put on a mask, he was visibly annoyed at me and put one on only over his mouth. I then asked him to wear it properly over his nose, he complied but got even more visibly angry at me. After he put his mask on I was able to approach to hand him my registration and license etc. He also commented “just for your information, if you stay 6 feet apart, masks don’t do anything” in a angry and snarky tone. I don’t know how he expects me to come close enough to hand him my documents and stay distanced... Overall it was terrible experience with this driver. I would hope this is not representative of the company as a whole. I have reported this incident to Alberta Health Services.
Terrible customer service like all pick yourself auto wreckers.
greatplace for parts you have to bring own tools and pull them off yourself
Always a bargain!
Good prices on parts
Had the model of car and the part I needed, saved at least 150 dollars over ordering a new part from the dealership. Only complaint is that it was a looong walk to get to the row that held the car I needed. They really should provide shuttle service in a golf car, LOL.
Love p & p. Really who wants to pay 200$ for a small part when you can recycle and get it for 20$.
Great place
Always great prices! Also, the ladies working behind the counter are extremely helpful and always kind. Thank you Ted
It was awesome! We got what we were looking for. Thank you.
Best auto parts place I have been to. You walk in and tell them what you are looking for and they hand you a printout of every vehicle that might have that part and its exact location in the compound. And very reasonable prices.
Arrived at 525 to get a rad hose...found 2 of the same but fell apart once removed, heard the closing over the PA and acutually had to .knock on door to get out
Affordable parts, honest and friendly staff. Be sure to bring adequate tools when removing parts
They have cherry Go-Jo in the bathroom!
They charge for everything even for bolt or for Fuze they was not like this before!!!
I've learned a lot from coming here today it's a brand new place the staff is really helpful I'm very friendly
Great deals on parts that I need when they have it :)
A long walk but found what we needed and for a reasonable price.
Their website says 630pm close. Their Google maps info says 6pm. I tried calling the dispatch at 515pm and the lady was so monotonous and bored clearly. She transferred me to the Edmonton location that didnt answer and just let my phone ring until I hung up. I showed up at 530pm and they were closed. Update your hours and get staff who cares. The dispatch should've told me they were closed.
Great price
It is a pick and pull it yourself yard, so you get what you expect. The prices are rock bottom, and they have cold bottle water on site for only a dollar. I went today and pulled a bumper. Cost 50 dollars compared to a new bumper for 250 elsewhere. 2 complaints. A) Poor selection for European and older domestics. Which really isn't there fault. Inventory is what it is. B) Some of the rules are nonsensical. I understand not being allowed Jacks or blow torches for safety reasons, but I wasn't allowed to bring in jack stands a few months back. A Jackstand can't lift anything, it just stops stuff from falling on you. After I put it back in my vehicle, the guy rummaged through my box for other stuff that's not allowed, I did give the guy abit of a hard time, which is probably why he did the same to me. Read the rules and don't hassle the staff. Try to bring someone with you too, even just to watch in case you get hurt. Some parts of the yard are secluded.
Never short on parts.. especially for caps on back of head lights.. considering ford doesn't sell them individually...
It is good an cheap but u must bring u r own tools for pick some stuff from the car
Found parts but couldnt remove because someone cut frame lol
terrible customer service I went yesterday had in my pocket by mistake $0.95 cents the lady on the front say you're not allowed to come in I said okay when I be back I give you $0.05 because I left my wallet in my car.She said no-no-no. So I will be never come again
I been to the one in Arlington washington and a number of others.down to spokane to a couple as well.No real complaints about this one.Actually enjoy myself there.Dont realy know why some people are complaining about this or that.Bought a whole car one time'vw golf;it went all the way to montreal and back no problems. They said it needed brakes;but it didnt. It even passed the safety inspection in Quebec.I would give 5 stars but no ones perfect.
Will never use there service or sell them a car .today I pass buy to sell them a car they are so complicated you cannot imagine I have original bill of sale they told me it has to be to your company I said I will add the company they said no I said I will write another bill of sale they said no I said why you complicating my life can I dropp the car I have other call to do they said no I will pick it up later or u will bring you another bill of sale they said no .also they have a for to full it up I said ok give me the form I will full it up they said no how I am suppose to have those form if you don't provide one I ask for the manager and instead to listen to my concern he told me go sale it somewhere else of course I did go to global recycling 5 min away from them it is so much easy to deal with I did also business with other scrap yards they are far away from those guys please stay the don't respect your time your time is not worth a penny for them very rude manager and personals
Terrible. Need two parts and the lady said they “don’t have the manpower” to go and see if the parts are on the car before I drive 200 miles to the location. You would think they would be nice enough to do that instead of saying “sorry can’t do that you’re going to have to risk driving 200 miles for potentially nothing.” Such BS
Always a good day for a day at pick n pull. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always welcoming. The rules are simple, be careful. That is why there are prohibited items. To keep everyone in the yard safe. Customers and Employees alike. I find great deals on parts that would cost $100's from a dealership or autowrecker. My favorite days are sale days. I have upgraded most of my vehicles to heated & power seats on these days.
Great selection of vehicles
Dollar to enter. Find what you need. Grab it and get charged a little bit for it on the way out. And thanks to their website database its pretty easy to get an idea if the parts you need will be in the yard. Great shot for some DIY automotive repair. Highly recommend.
Great staff. Good cars.
Good place, but some items are priced to high
The experience was good, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The yard was a bit slippery in some places ( ice) but in general it was not near as muddy as I thought it would be, fot March ????
good place
Good
Great place Super chill. Find what you need and great service and prices.
This place used to be called pick your part and now its pick and pull. First time i've been here in a long time. Not impressed at all. Poorly run. The yard is a mess, can't find the part i wanted. No one acknowleged i was there when i came in. I wish pick your part was back. They had a clean yard, everything was organized. Never going back.
Always a fun adventure at pick n pull
My go-to place for used car parts. I've never had a bad experience when going here. Phone service though could be much better. 20 minutes on hold to get an answer to a simple question is unacceptable.
It was a good place to pick up spare parts. It was quick
For the DIY. Ppl it's an awsome place.
10/10 they got what I need for good prices
Large selection of almost all makes and models from 90s to now. alway great pricing
Wasted my time coming out here...called asking to buy a set of tire and they couldn't really give me an answer. Drove out to see nothing.
Came in on a Saturday morning and forgot to bring a mask. One female staff member was quite rude and kept stating "you need a mask, you need a mask" I get that I need one, I just forgot it. I asked if she had a paper one that I could put on or purchase and was told to go to the Petro Can and get one. then a different staff member told me to put a sweater or something around my face. I did that and the first member said NO that's not good enough. So I ended up asking a stranger in the parking lot if he had one I might purchase from him and he was so nice and just gave me one. He couldn't believe that the store didn't have any for the public, just like EVERY OTHER STORE THAT WANTS CUSTOMERS DO. Then they had the balls to charge $1 admission! What the heck is that for?? Unreal. I am glad that I wont have to go back there again.
They become greedy. You cant even buy tires anymore. Same price as any part dealer.
The check out takes forever.
Great gals that work their very friendly and professional .support local business
Well organized. Lots of vehicles. Cheerful knowledgeable helpful staff.
The girls behind the desk are the worst. Came in with my special needs daughter and insisted she sign in which is not possible as she doesn't read or write. I proceeded to help her sign hand over hand but that wasen't good enough. This is discrimination against special needs people and I will be filing a complaint against this business
It's a junk yard. Perfect for all my needs.
I had to have my car towed for the last time :( Liz was so kind and helpful! 5 Star customer service!!
Cheap, so awesome
Clean and organized
New building is nice to have.
What's the best show in this town for auto parts at affordable rate in especially good on tires and rims but I find the American pickup trucks are pretty much picked over lots of foreign stuff but you'll never find a tundra here or anywhere
Best place for used parts !!
My happy place. Love coming here and everyone is always super friendly!!
I phoned the day before for a 2003 Honda Odyssey. The woman there told me that they had one in row 24. I drove 40 km to go get this part and when I got there I was greeted by a grumpy counter person. I was charged a dollar to get into the yard. The other lady gave another customer one free entry so I asked for a free entry too but he just ignored me. The guy at the counter was not only unfriendly but was not very helpful either and did not offer to inform me where this vehicle was located. I went into the yard searching for this vehicle and finally came to the location where row 24 should have been but there was nothing there. I went back to the counter person where he continued to deal with other people even having started with me and made no offer to return my dollar. He looked it up on his computer and said he thinks that it may have been removed where I assumed he would look it up and tell me where it had been moved to but he just ignored me and went on to serve more people. I finally got tired of being pushed aside and insisted that he finished serving me. He then said that the vehicle is gone. So why didn't he just tell me that & give me my money back. I insisted on getting my money back which after a considerable time he finally did. I tried taking my tools in the wheelbarrow out thru the in door but he told me that I had to go around to other door which I attempted to do but couldn't because there were so many other customers in line waiting to pay.
I like Pick-n-Pull their parts are cheap it's easy to get in the yards well-designed and they have real good prices on their parts I go there all the time there's nothing wrong with buying used parts cuz the way these new parts are these days or this absolutely crazy and prices
Great place. Better if the parts you need are there. No issues with this company at all.
I use pick and pull at least three days a week to get parts for my business I recently lost my phone and Trevor and Christina/Kristina were more than willing to help me track it down. Five stars
Always amazingly knowledgeable staff, you may not find what you're looking for, but the journey will be pleasant and interesting
Limited knowledge. Expensive for crappy old parts.
Overpriced and dumb staff. Do not recommend go to Bucks Auto
Very helpful and friendly cheap too!
If your looking up parts for your vehicle. Try searching"Used auto parts pricing Pick n Pull". They have a commonly searched parts listing and pricing. As well you can search their inventory of the year and type of vehicle your looking for in their yard. All vehicles will be in neatly organized in rows and are numbered. Cranes, wheel barrels are available. Bring your own tools. Open 7 days a week. Great place for parts and great prices. Office clean and yard very well organized. Parking available. Highly recommended.
Great staff
Rude staff the list of vehicles they have are never right I went there today they said they had seven vehicles turns out they had zero ask the staff for some assistance on something and they wouldn't help me they gave me an attitude about it honestly told you the last time I ever go back there again I do not recommend them to anyone
Great place for the diy or backyard mechanic. Save $$ too.
My mom sold them a van and they were supposed to send her a check so 2 weeks later no check so she phones them and ask a the girl about the check and says she's a not on their list to get a check and my mom told her she said they would mail it to my mom the girl said my mom is rude and hung up on her... My mom is 85 and that woman was the rde one... So where is he check?
First time ever there just today. Was able to find my parts for a tenth of what places wanted for new.
Getting short of older gm stuff
Parts are reasonable as long as you don't mind taking them out of the vehicle yourself
Friendly staff, small inventory compared to other ones in alberta ive been to
New entrance is great and following covid rules
Love this place if you know what you're looking for it's easy to find parts. Helpful staff tho
Well lt was my first time there and i couldnt have been more pleased! Super reasonable prices and There were soooo many vehicles and they were all very well organised and easy to get at! They are all raised up off the ground about 2 feet as well!! Bring your own tools and dont forget to ask about signing up for a pick n pull card which will give u access to a bunch of great deals as well save you half off your purchase that day you sign up! Super friendly and educated staff, ask for Marlo when ur there and she will both educate and entertain you!! :-)
Pay $1 to get in and it's free for all. You can check what cars they have in the junkyard and locate them on a map. Very easy to navigate and you can usually find what you need.
nice yard. not too muddy and well organized
Always a pleasant experience
Very helpful, cars and parts easily accessible and easy to find.
Prices are a little high now a days but overall good!
Great place. Lots of cars. Fare prices
Very friendly staff, tools and loading carts available for reasonable rent, excellent pricing on the parts that you choose to "pick-n-pull"! I'm very happy with all of my visits to this establishment.
Great to have it back open after the fire. Always lots of parts for most makes and models. If you join their toolkit rewards program you can get points toward purchases and they email you exclusive deals and sales on selected items quite frequently. Really good deals too. Up to 50 percent off. They also have a lot of half price weekends where every part you pull is 50 percent off of their already great prices. Thanks also offer carts and wheel barrows to get your heavier parts from their yard to your vehicle. And gantry cranes for pulling engines. They also buy and sell reasonably prices vehicles.
I've been coming to this junkyard for 10 years and since then it has completely fallen apart. The yard is dirty with parts thrown everywhere, they've recently stopped putting vehicles on any sort of stands so half the parts are inaccessible, you have to give them a 2 day advanced notice and they will "try to get it supported for you", atleast they have a building now as they made customers stand outside for hours on end with a single inexperienced cashier when their previous building burnt down. Now they're over priced with almost no qualified staff that are simply rude. Save your self the time and go to the other 2 junkyards in edmonton such as bucks auto and I pull u pull.
Waste of time, employees make up higher prices compared to what is stated online for Edmonton, employees aren't educated on parts identification, vehicles aren't lifted very stable in the yard. going in, you're always stuck behind someone that's too lazy to check inventory online, checking out takes about 45 minutes if there's a lineup and it's all outdoors since the old building had the fire. Not worth it
Nice place but the fork lift operator was not very experienced
Love this place. Great prices and can often find what you're looking for there. Some of the staff aren't as knowledgeable as they could be, it's a minimum wage job though so it's understandable that they're not all mechanical whizzes.
Liked that place for a long time. Nowadays everything has changed in terms of customer service. Went there today to exchange a defective multi fonctions switch. The lady there charged me for every single switches, including a "NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH". SERIOUSLY!!!!! Ask any licensed Mechanic. A neutral safety switch, kills the starting circuit to prevent the car from starting if the transmission is in " Drive" or "Reverse" position. Nothing to do with a headlights Multi-fonction switch.. I don't mind paying for what I'm buying. But please train your personal, so everyone can be on the same page. I miss the former staffs in there.
Really no star I looked online for the car I needed I seen it then called then went in it was there got the slip and I seen the car in total complete not crushed condition and all I needed was a rad and I said get the car is in the crush lot can you see if it has a rad they said no and and I said hey well I'll grab my 2$ back that they charged me to get in . I was given free admission cards that were not filled out at all .they need a schooling.on customer service they used to be good but I will choose D&M out of lavington same part pulled tested and warranty just double price and your good to go .keep up the good work of turning customers to new suppliers .
A very good place to find good quality used OEM parts and aftermarket stuff.
Was told they don't puncture transmission pans, that was a lie.
Not a bad place don't go there while its wet though the ground is dirt
Nice and helpful staff if your looking for parts for your car I would suggest you look here or check there website for what you need
Good place to go to get parts for your older model cars on reasonable prices if you find the right one.
Great place 5 stars
Perfect as always
Well picked through but amazing prices and lots of vehicles.
Got what I needed
Great prices. Try to avoid going there when it's raining ????
Its a place to get some junk. I find it overpriced. For the energy it takes its often better to get rockauto parts
Great staff and management seriously keep me coming back for more addict automotive parts lol
I went to get an interior for my van. We took the whole lot. Front seats. Rear seats. Dash, door panels, headliner...... Had a huge pile of stuff. Forklifts and loaders passing by every few minutes. Not one would let us throw it all in to the bucket and drop it at the checkout. So instead needed to do 4 trips with the carts. While one guy hung back to make sure no one walked off with our stuff while the other did donkey duty. If a customer has a ridiculous amount of parts. You'd think we could get a hand. Not even asking them to load it. Just needed one of them to drive it up on their way by. A bench seat doesn't fit in the wheel barrows very well. Then we got to the check out. I dealt with Haley (am pretty sure that's her name). And everything got better. She was very polite and checkout went very well. She saw how much stuff we had and gladly helped us out to make check out less painfully. Todd
Return policy is a joke. Broken parts both worth the hassle
Always had great service from all the employees especially Margo and has been there for a long time nothing worse than a Person who only writes bad reviews giving someone a hard time through these times beartracker outdoors just be happy that these people are helping you being there and putting there own family's lives at risk so you can get parts when a company puts up rules they have to keep and implement you should just shut up and think its not her rules shes just doing her job and thank her for being there and others for you
Used to be good place with good people around. New hires are arrogant, rude and abusive. They need to be taught about how to deal with customers in Canada.
Five of us are here waiting for an employee ro actually show up and open the store late
I went to get a part. Found it on a truck. picked it, pulled it. drove home, put it on and it worked jus fine. worked out pretty darn good. part was $45 and it was probably gonna be $200+ new, so ya get after it if you need it.
Not much stock, hardly anything 10 years old and newer. If you have a 15 year old vehicle then maybe this pick-n-pull is for you. The layout is confusing as Ford, Toyota, Mazda, GMC and Honda are all mixed together in a row. Much better layout when there were just one make of vehicle per row.
Easey to get what u need
They were helpful and friendly and they have a great selection of vehicle parts of all makes and models. I struck out for my boss sad to say but if I need parts I'll certainly go back there. Plus I found a nice set of rims for my car ????.
Not too happy The first interaction I had was fantastic, helpful staff on the phone but that’s where it ended. Promised an hour notice for pickup, first attempt they gave my 5 minutes and I wasn’t able to get back in time On the second time around they showed up 3 hours after they said they would be there. Also loaded up my vehicle without me and was about to drive off before I noticed. Once the driver left I tried to deposit the cheque and the bank wouldn’t deposit it because it was printed incorrectly. After driving half an hour to the store on New Years, very unprofessional staff didn’t reimburse me for my time or gas to get out there, no apologies, no effort to right this wrong except to reprint it. Won’t be using the cash for junk cars program again
The prices that are on line for parts are not what was charged witch not a good thing
Prior to getting a new vehicle this was my go to place for replacing parts on my first car that you coukdnt find most parts for elsewhere. Extremely cheap and basically a do it yourself scrap yard. Great place to learn as well as practice taking off parts and doing replacements.
Lots of perfectly good parts go to waste every day. So if you have the know how, why not save some money? Good customer service. Clean new facility.
Saw a black guy physically abuse a senior there Friday and nobody did a thing
Was great ???? found lots of parts and staff was really helpful
Yard inventory is always rotating. Had a good selection of what I was looking for. The yard is well organized and maintained.
Too bad a negative star is not an option. Careful buying from this place. They tell you a part will fit your vehicle, then when it doesn't you get a store credit. Scammers
Good place for used parts
great experience
since they burned down, they became wildly inconsistent. most cars are on the ground, so pulling major components isn't possible, we were told it takes a 24 hour heads up to try and get a car off the ground. save your time and check out IPULL-UPULL, staff are friendlier, and ALL the cars are off the ground.
Friendly staff and plenty of vehicles to choose from
If you enjoy taking parts for your vehicle, U will enjoy Pick and Pull
Lots of parts as long as you know what you are looking for Only down side..... lots part strewn all over Too bad they could not have the crew go through and put parts in the truck or back of the vehicles I would recommend pick-n- pull
Best bang for the buck! No regrets. Bring your own tools cause they might not have some of the tools you need, or think you need. All vehicles are up on blocks which awesome.
Good place to get parts for cars..some newer cars...mostly older cars..but kooool parts
Kinda like when a graveyard meets a toy store. Love it .
Everything you need for your older vehicle!
Some items are a bit pricey but if you're not in a rush can usually find something in decent condition. Will still return for future purchases.
Loader operator seems to think stabbing vehicles with his forks and dropping cars and trucks is funny. Again I walked out without parts because of fork holes in a door and a box. Get someone who knows how to run a set of forks and double your profits. Watched this guy laughing while he stabbed fork through a cab roof in the yard. Unprofessional.
Good place for reasonable priced auto parts. As long as they have what you're looking for.
The staff suck.trying to check out and no one even helps there to busy talking to each other this place stresses me out.
Good price for parts. You need to use own own hand tools to take out yourself
Good people. Gave me cash for my almost undrivable vehicle. My little brother comes here for parts all the time. Have never heard a complaint.
They have a website you can check if your unsure if they will have a parts car for you but it's safe to say unless it was a limited run car they will have something for you
Can't get cheaper parts! Wish I was closer to it!!
Good place to find used parts gor older vehicles
Always find something here
Great for finding cheap parts, dont forget your tools. The entry way is a bit confusing but there was people there to help so if you are confused just ask a cashier.
Fine
Not too bad for prices.
All good.
I always enjoy the hunt for parts for my 1992 van. Or for a friend's car. Its like a relaxing day for me..Have fun all.
Absolutely appalling, They dropped all of the full size on the ground and put all the cars on 3 jack stands. How do you suppose that we, your "valued" customers, remove parts off of these vehicles without risking serious injury? This is insanity, I don't know what has happened in your mid- to upper management, but there needs to be some serious head shaking.
Pick-N-Pull is a great place to get used auto parts for your older ride. I have had good luck finding parts for my 2000 Pontiac. Best bet is to check online first to see if they have the car you are looking for on their lot. Stock can vary, I have seen mine go from 4 cars to 12 cars on their lot. Overall great place, depends on what you are looking for I guess.
Valhalla
The place to go for car parts especially batteries or wheels. Not everything is always in stock but will be so keep looking.
Pricey parts. You grab one part and find out they have charged you for 10parts, every bolt and bolt. Constantly send customers out to the yard when they do not have a vehicle even remotely close to the one you are looking for.. Just wasting time and taking dollars.
Super friendly staff and easy entry process, we got our stuff 50% off too :)
This place has gone down hill since it got sold. Don't waste your money here. ????????
Their phone line is busy called over 20x and no answer get a proper phone system
Over priced parts.
Spooky place. Mostly have luck and find what I need.
I found what I needed, so pretty happy with that. Dont try to leave to come between noon and 1 pm on A saturday... apparently they dont stagger their staffs breaks. There was a 20 minute line to get out and 30 to get in... 1 pm rolls around triple the staff. So really 2 stars for managment. Picture for posterity.
Well orgainized if you use the website to food what you are looking for
Best prices in the industry, great selection
Picked up a part, but called beforehand for a quote. Once I was about to pay the lady charged me much more than the quote and wouldn’t honor the original price. Pretty disappointed with the service
Helpful staff, good prices but it is a looong walk to the back of the lot - import section.
Maybe they should try answering the phone. Tried calling all day let it ring and ring and ring and ring not once did they answer
It's ok. Been there 30+ yrs... I don't like paying admission, but the yard is clean
A good place for some vehicles cheap old parts
Was going to sell my used car, although the person giving the quote was extremely rude and unprofessional. Sold elsewhere. ***I have a recording of the phone call if any management is interested. Willing to change review stars if you care***
Gonna go there again. Nice and accessible to get at the vehicles
Great and affordable
Great selection of cars, your sure to find what your looking for at Pick'n'Pull
Asked for price for a rear drive module - was told 212$ !!! Found decent rotors from Equinox - was told truck price for them. Guy charged me for 2 switches one harness as per two separate switches. Constant overprice for everything. It is cheaper to buy new spare parts from rockauto.com delivered to your door then go spend time pulling parts and gas driving to Pick-n-puul. Prices on tires - ridiculous. You can buy much cheaper on Facebook marketplace.
The worst type of people. The staff don’t know a thing about what they’re doing, they’ll try and rip you off and be completely rude about it.
Got my vehicle towed here. Quoted amount for vehicle was what I was given and no issues with receiving the cheque. Fast and easy.
One of the few junkyards around to my knowledge that you can still go to with your own tools and pick your own parts
Perfect way to fix your car
Not much selection sadly :/ people were friendly and helpful though!
Needed a tire and rim and for what I needed with the help of friendly staff
Went there a couple days ago in the freezing cold. With no place to keep warm there all I wanted to do was pay and leave. The girl at the window was very rude. The service you get there has crashed and burned. Just buy new and save yourself the hassle of ignorant staff.
I buy used tires and wheels there The staff is very helpful and prices are good.
It's awesome go in get your parts and out whooooo
Super friendly and helpful
Self entitled sales lady at front entrance, demanding to slowly explain the rules of entry to everyone wanting to get in. This created a long line up of about 25 people. While I spent 15 minutes in line, I watched 3 people turn around and walk back out. There is no need to delay everyone. The sign in sheet is self explanatory. And the loonie admission is pretty straight forward. Kindly remind employees to check their ego at the door.
Today was my first time back there since they had their fire. They have now moved all transactions outside which would be fine except that the service was atrocious. Only 2 people in line in front of me and it took 45 minutes to leave. Multiple staff on shift but only one person working check out even though the line grew to over 30 people by the time I left. The other staff just walked around the tills chatting. Oh and the only person working the till was also the only person answering the phone so she would stop mid transaction to talk on the phone for 10 minutes.
Their cash for junk cars is a joke, saying that they pay the highest amount, sell your car privately you'll get more
I’ve never spoken to a business that is as rude and condescending as these people. They lie right to your face and the yard is so dangerous it’s going to kill somebody. Highly recommend avoiding this place
Miss you fam
Great place for used auto parts
Good parts at good prices
Clean organization is on point very fair prices
I came to your co.for parts for a jeep.to be met with no help & poor attitude from your counter staff. They best hold on to that job because it's the best they are going to get.
Online inventory matches what they have almost all the time - had 1 out of 20 vehicle was not found on the row it was supposed to be in, but I didn't look for that vehicle further. They also provide a picture so you might be able to see what could be salvage. It would be nice if they can provide 2 pictures instead of 1 - 1 corner on the front and the opposite corner on the back.
Excellent place. Used to go there as a regular now after may be 10 or 15 years later went back .
Heaven for most guys
I get most of my parts from here and never had a problem. Service is wonderful also.
Pair price and easy to return the items. All the vehicles are organize i can find what i need so easy
Get, almost, everything you need to maintain your car with the most reasonable price.
Best place for cheap used parts. As long as you know how to do the work
I was happy with the layout, availability of parts and pricing. Thanks guys!
