Car got written off. ICBC lady offered inadequate compensation in comparison to actual market value of the car. Upon complaint, ICBC asked me to price match and compare their offer with other sellers. I cross-referenced using autotrader and local dealerships. They cross-referenced using private sellers on Craig's list/Kjiji. What an epic joke. ICBC lady never apologized for her lackluster unprofessionalism, rather asked me why I became rude to her after learning of how they price matched my car. In the end, the ICBC manager apologized on behalf of lady.

You need to paint a stop bar at the end of your entrance way to derwent way. Because the tow truck drivers don't stop and look for pedestrians. My 73 year old father got hit there on his bike a few months ago. Luckily the driver hit his brakes quick enough and just hit the back of the tire. And today he almost got Nailed again. I also almost been hit there.

Once I spoke with them and when I arrived they were very helpful and I accomplished what I had come to do however they towed my vehicle when they had NO LEGAL grounds to do so and made extra work and stress when it wasn't necessary. Thus the 3 stars. Only ICBC could get away with stealing a vehicle with no consequences. That's the government of B.C. ICBC. Criminals.

Fast friendly service where I felt comfortably protected from the Covid virus! I am greatful for their great work ethics and the fact a staff member came out to me during my visit. I am not sure this would be the case for everyones situation but i was picking up my property from a recent accident. Thank you to the afternoon staff for being so great to me.

I went to get my belongings but due to the extensive damage done to my car I was not able to get anything from the passenger side. One of the staff, Brenda went out of her way to help me out with making sure I got pretty much everything and risked her safety with all of the glass there. I really appreciate the help and great customer service, thank you! Another staff member was also very helpful offering me bags to put my things in. This is the first time I’ve dealt with a positive experience from Icbc.

Better than expected. I'm missing an item from my car which is a hundred dollars to replace but the staff were great. Adjuster by phone was good too. Pleased.

This insurance company is the worst i have seen in my life the history of this licensing and insurance company is full of scandals and crooks working for this company and ripping off the public. From scandals of its employees getting access to expensive salvaged vehicles at pennys and reselling them, to over priced crook managment, to selling their drivers licenses to asians for $5000 and the list keeps going and they keep increasing insurance on the public how the hell we can afford this. I hope the go bankrupt and close down.

Went with friend to get the belongings out of her car, went to the car, most things were gone, then went back to office and finally they realized that the items from her car were in storage! Very slow service, not wheelchair accessible!

The lady I spoke with was friendly and helpful. This does not change the fact that someone, somewhere at ICBC lost the license plate for my vehicle. As a result I had to take the time to file a police report at my local RCMP station. Without a police file number I couldn't cancel my insurance. Their mistake, but I pay with my time... thanks... wasn't enough that my motorcycle was rearended badly enough to be a write off...
