"Mistakenly" overcharged me on parts which they then delivered to the wrong address and still haven't refunded the difference. Literally impossible to get ahold of anybody at the phone number provided and good luck getting a call back. I'm sure they are much better to deal with in person but that's a bit tough when they are in the middle of nowhere!

Hauz of Auto from Calgary ordered a left head lamp from D & M last week from a lady named Julie gave her my credit card number and she said I would have it in 2 business days its been over a week now still hasn't sent it but what's really frustrating she doesn't even return my calls anyways don't need it anymore found one somewhere else. At least have the courtesy to return calls back

My Experience with D&M was terrible… they turned my buying experience into a bidding war, they bushed me off twice saying they would have a one of their guys go out and take photos , when they didn't even have the intent to do so. in the morning when i did a lot of internet research my self trying to identify the parts. i called to finish off my purchase to find out that they in fact sold the parts right under me, when they even had my credit card with what i thought was a half down payment on the parts as securing my purchase turned out to be nothing and D&M saying they just didn't run my card. Absolutely terrible experience with D&M

The rear axle blew out on my 2016 Sprinter The dealer quoted me 13900 bucks to import one from Germany and as expected, would take 2 months to get it here. I asked if there was a chance they could find a used one but their search found none in Canada. I contacted Julie at D&M and she said to give her a day to check for me. Next day she called me to say she found one in Ontario for 2000 bucks. We got it here over a weekend and the dealer installed it for 2100 bucks. Thankyou Julie !! You are a gem !!

We had an outstanding experience with D&M, specifically with Julie! I am located in the Fraser Valley and right before the heat dome that we were expecting, our cars' AC Compressor needed replacing. I saw that D&M had the part that we needed online and called in to confirm they had it minutes before they were closing. Julie was polite, understanding, and extremely helpful! She stayed late to help me with the part, sourcing couriers to see what the fastest options were, and went out to physically locate the part on their site - just to ensure that she had it in hand. We decided that the fastest way to get it would be for us to pick it up, and went on a road trip to get there the next morning. Again, Julie was friendly, helpful, and just all around refreshing to deal with! We had the part installed and it works perfectly- and it was half of the price of other quotes we had received! Thank you for the impeccable customer service and all of your help!

Bought a bumper here that was missing a couple parts, Luke said he would give me a shout when they come in and i could pick them up. Checking their website a couple weeks later i see they have parts that would work for me. I sent emails and left messages to see if they were available. After 10 days i get confirmation they've been pulled. Show up and get charged a $50 'picking fee' because i 'didn't order them with my bumper'. Excuse me?!?!?!? Guess this place has zero ethics. Bottom line, this place does not care about their customers, unless they are an autobody placing big orders. Save yourself time, anger and hassle and go elsewhere, if you are a 'do-it-yourselfer'

D&M Auto Recycling as I understand is the largest Auto Recycler in North America. I have actually worked there for a Time. The place is dynamic and professional and the products are top notch.
