Needed a rear diff for my avalanche and I could not find one anywhere near where I live. When I called Apple valley they took care of me and looked at auto wreckers all over and found a rear diff with the lowest km. They not only got it shipped back her from van they got it shipped right to my house. Total life savers as I need my truck for work. Totally recommend apple valley for all you car and truck needs.

Very frustrated with this company... I phoned today (a friday) very stressed after being stranded in an unfamiliar place for the night trying to find some parts for my car that just broke down. I was told they had 6 cars of my model on their lot and he needed to just check if he had what I needed. I was assured that he would call me 15 minutes later and hung up. No problem. I wait 15 minutes.... Then an hour... Then 2 hours. Wondering if I maybe gave them the wrong number or maybe they simply forgot to call I called back to inquire on the progress of finding the part that I really need to get home. He sounds confused and annoyed that I'm calling, tell me "yup I have your number, it's on my clipboard here we'll call in 45 minutes" so I thank him and say goodbye. It is now 9:30 at night and I'm again stranded, and of course they don't open until Monday. I have no way to get back home and no businesses in the area have the decency to call back. So thank you to this company, I don't even want the parts if they do have them. I find it ridiculous that these people have no compassion for other human beings in need. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unhappy with the service here. Thank you for leaving me stranded, not like I have a job or a family to get back to or anything. ????

Very frustrated as I am stranded with a blown driver rear drum set up with this business as my only hope to get back on the road as Lordco does not stock drums. We got jerked around, told that they would call back and never heard from them. It is now Friday at 10pm and they do not open until Monday morning. Thank you for absolutely nothing. I didn't expect a miracle when you said you had 7 of my cars, but I expected to be told whether or not you could help us and not keep us waiting all day for you.

I went to Apple Valley for a quote on some parts for my 2007 Subaru. They source everything I needed - headlights, fog lights and passenger mirror and it was less than 1/3 the cost of what other local autobody shops quoted. Helpful, honest, friendly and saved me $$.

Don't bother phoning them to ask if they have any parts. They say they will get back to you in an hr or so then they NEVER call back! I can understand people get busy but after multiple times dealing with them and continually never having them care to call back I would rather travel the 25mins to the Vernon auto wreckers to give them my business. When you only have 1 day off to get your vehicle fixed its very frustrating..
