it's good they're usually pretty fast to get in and out of...prices on cats a little bit low compared to a couple of places but still reasonable.

This place was great, my grandpas friends truck broke down in the yard and their mechanic came and helped us, and recommended us to go to a mechanic shop that they deal with.

Great bunch of people working here. I had 3 different people helping me, and each of them was fantastic. The buyer over email and phone. The worker who actually took the items out of my hands in the warehouse. And the worker with all the paperwork. I would recommend this business to everybody.

INCORRECT scale. DO NOT go here. Our moving truck weighed here, and they did not inform them that their weight scale is broken/has inconsistent reads. This had almost cost us an extra $3000. They are now closed/shut down to fix this problem. BUT for anyone who weighed prior to us, you may want to enquire...

I dealt with at least 3 employees at the Kelowna location. Each one was excellent! They were knowledgeable and very friendly. You won’t get rich bringing metal here but the service couldn’t have been better.

A very positive experience, especially compared to my previous visits to decidedly low-tech Knox Mountain Recycling. I was most impressed with the efficiency of the operation and the friendliness of the staff, not to mention that they gave me money for items that Knox does not. Highly recommended!!!
