If I could, I would give 0 stars. Was wondering what all of the bad reviews were for. I found out real fast. I called this business, said on the phone, "I was wondering..." before I could even say another word, the gentleman on the phone goes, "we don't do customer service, we don't sell products, bye." And hung up. Evidently not. I was going to purchase a car window from this business, but instead I wrote a bad review on Google. I guess this business owner considers that profitable. I came out lucky, considering most of these reviews say the business owner was cursing up a storm to his customers. This place needs to be shut down, clearly.

Totally rude. Asked me questions about my vehicle and as I was answering them to the best I could, to which he replied in a nasty tone “I can’t see the car I have to ask questions “. Yes I know. I was trying to answer them. I just said thank you and hung up. There should be a no star option.

Whoever answered the phone was absolutely awful. So rude. Don’t give these guys your business. Update: after seeing this review the owner has tracked my phone number and verbally assaulted me over the phone calling me multiple names, cursing profusely and threatening me by saying “well I have your number now so watch out thanks”. Please avoid at all costs. Very mentally unstable man with rage issues. New update: now this owner is posting my phone number online for the public to see. A real sad man with a lot of issues. I genuinely hope you get the help you need. It must be awful to walk around in life carrying such a miserable chip on your shoulder.

Just talked to buddy, he couldn't take my car but was very reasonable and explained why. I don't know what's wrong with all these people posting bad reviews, perhaps it's a cultural thing I notice 905 numbers Canadians are very vindictive online and don't seem to understand westerners. Maybe if they don't like our ways they should go back to Ontario and have apology fights with each other.

So rude, and uses foul language instead of answering basic questions for customers. If I could rate no stars, I would. We inquired about getting rid of two tar pots, at which they responded with, "it costs big money." not once saying that they do it or how much it would cost. So we inquired about who we could contact, never mentioning free service, to which he responded, "Don't you speak english? I said it cost's money!" and starts yelling profanity's not repeatable. So we said thank you and hung up. After leaving this review, this company then called us several times from a private number, just to yell more profanities, insults and threats. Long and short is that when you have these problems, don't just leave a review. Phone the police. A police officer tried to contact the owner and reported back that he recieved the same treatment, profanity and uncooperation. So taking a que from the cop's, avoid this company at all costs.
