The crew arrived on time were very polite and clean. The finished the job very quickly followed instructions and left the garage exactly as expected. I would highly recommend them The website should reflect the surcharge for getting rid of old tires $90 for nine was an unexpected extra charge. Worth every penny to get the car back into the garage!

Well our stuff was removed same day (which was great), but our floors are all scratched and screws were left scattered on the floor. One of the guys also complained the entire time.

Was very impressed by the customer service and the people that came to pick up the garbage. I needed same day removal and they had some slots available. The two gentleman came, took all the garbage and made sure my garage was spotless before they left. Very impressed with their service.

I called them up and they were very professional and pleasant and informed me of the date and time that they would show up. Even called me ahead to make sure that I knew what time they were going to show up, and tried to see if they could come at an earlier time. Upon doing so, the 2 drivers showed up and saw my work that needed to be done, one of them threw a temper tantrum about how late it was in the shift and were not informed of the visit that this was a simple in assessment and would not allow me to actually explain myself until finally they finished ranting. I'm sure they do good work but the experience led me to not want to deal with them. And for the quote i decided that perhaps just renting it a Van and taking it to the dump myself would be easier and cheaper.
