I love this place so much. For starters, it's a pick and pull, so you can go through a car (or cars) and amass the parts you need. Second, the prices are always more than fair. Third, the people who work there are helpful, nice, and reasonable. And being a car nerd (especially one who likes to fix up older cars), this place is like a candy store.

Worst place to pick your own parts! The two guys ask way too much for pick-it-yourself parts, no concept of supply/demand... The woman there is fair and sensible, only deal with her if you have no alternative place to go. I drive to Nicklin's in Guelph now, great guys to deal with and excellent prices!

All vehicles are in thier own section and easily to find. Also theres a map inside the office showing this. Vehicles are placed on gravel or dirt. No vegetation growing around them preventing you getting to the vehicles or getting stung by bees. They would have got a 5 star rating if they didn't have all thier cars set on or sinking into the ground making it difficult to get some suspension parts or parts underneath the cars . Some yards I've seen had all thier vehicles safely off the ground or on racking to get underneath them .

I love Cambridge auto wreckers. They have tons of inventory, a massive yard to browse and it's very well organized. Everything is grouped together and easy to locate. The staff is very knowledgeable. I typically deal with Lee, he's great. You can call ahead to check inventory of specific vehicles or parts. They can also remove parts for you or do it yourself. Huge inventory of rims and tires in their warehouse.

my power window is stuck on down position. a mechanic is charging me an arm and a leg plus my first born to replace my power window motor and regulator.(i don't have that kind of money) Cambridge Auto Parts is the answer - parts are half price and I replaced the motor myself. +++beer money :) I appreciate all the help and advice from Cambridge Auto Parts and Wreckers. Helpful staff who will work to source anything they don't have on premises. Service was quick, polite and efficient, they were even kind enough to volunteer to carry my part out to my car for me. Prices seemed fair. I did not have any experience in the lot itself as I had pre-ordered my part.

I called ahead and the man wasn't very warm. I didn't think too much of it, but I went ahead to get my parts. After getting what I needed, I went to check out and the man wanted to overcharge me for a part because "they have employees and aren't just a u-pull." I don't know what I'm paying for since I stood there in the lobby for 20 minutes and no one helping me. I'll take my money to London, find the part and have dinner with my family.

Unknowledgable staff. Went to find a tire rim for a trailer. Response was we only do cars. When I inquired about if they sold rims I got the same response. "We only do cars." Rims come in different sizes and bolt patterns. There was no interest in inquiring about the axle or size. Will never recommend or use. Poor customer service.

Car guy wonderland! Been shopping here for over 15 years always a great organized selection of modern vehicles of all makes and some random selection of older cars. Go in and pull your own parts or have them remove what you need. If it's not in the yard they have an extensive network to locate and have your parts shipped in. Good place to wonder around on a Saturday morning for me when the wife and kid sleep in.

Had purchased an engine for a out of town car. Not only did they deliver it but at no extra cost. This was a relatively new engine they had no problem keeping on hold for me with great customer service. Forgot too add km/miles on invoice but on request provided great effort to get it figured out and the problem solved. We will see if it was indeed as advertised with the condition, once verified will be giving 5 stars .

I have been coming to this auto wrecker for nearly 20 years now. The staff is great, the selection is usually pretty good for the odd ball cars I always seem to own and the prices are the best I have found in the area. It is my favourite wrecker in Ontario and I often go just to see what they have in stock and spend an hour or two...the joys of being a gear head.

Great place if you need used parts fix your car. What's nice about this particular Auto Wreckers is that you can actually go out into the yard to find a part that you need. If they don't have a part, they can always go out there and take the part off for you for an additional price. Definitely good for the handyman. Remember, this is an auto wreckers so when you go, go with the expectation you will be going into a mud pit. Don't go wearing stilettos or suits. Make sure you bring all the tools you need because they don't offer any loan a tool services. Also, be smart and where the necessary personal protective equipment. Make sure you have safety boots and make sure you bring your safety glasses and work gloves. Make sure you are also mindful of your surroundings. Remember, this is a scrap yard, not an auto parts store.

Came to look at some fenders for my Durango and found a pair of fenders that I liked. Unfortunately I was missing the bit needed from my tool box on top of the fact it was near closing, so I marked them and they had it removed next morning for pickup! Great price compared to getting new fenders and they didn't charge me for the fender flares on the fenders (as I was told from multiple friends that it's common to get charge extra for). Staff also seemed nice. Will be returning for future purchases!

They do try to get you with a $40ish fee by needing a lift with a car but they helpfully point out that there's lots of little trunk Jack's left in the vehicles so if you like to crawl under a car while it's supported by tire jacks and old rotors this is the place! Seriously guys just throw some old rims under the cars.

If something you get doesn't work they will exchange it for you with no hassle and if your willing to look for it and take it out yourself you can save even more. Always recycle before considering spending big bucks for brand new. A lot of parts have tons of life left in them even tho the frame or body has seen better days.
