My father recently died and I had to have his apartment cleaned out along with the basement wreckage. I ordered the largest bin and it was dropped off exactly where I asked it to be. Billing was done via email so it was very easy on my end. The double doors were a godsend. I would recommend highly.

You know how some bin rental places show up at your house, and the person delivering it hangs around, sits on your porch, asks to use your washroom, or to pick their mother up from the airport? Not these folks. They showed up, dropped off the bin, offered a few friendly remarks about the weather, and split. When it came time to pick up the bin, there was no awkwardness over its contents. No judgement. No looking at it, then me, then it again, then me again, with suspicion or disregard. Just more friendly remarks about the weather, and it was loaded on the truck and gone. Outta there. If I am ever stuck in my house again for an entire year because of a global pandemic and start hating the things I have and thus myself a little more every day, resulting in a considerable urge to get rid of a dumpster's worth of stuff, I will absolutely call up Bin There Dump That again.

When I needed to extend keeping it a few days longer they were very accommodating and made the changes I needed. They were very polite and courteous people to deal with and pick up was prompt.
