Ordered a set of rear seat belts for my Audi, after 3 weeks of waiting I called to get a tracking number to find out the package was "delivered" and left outside on my front door. The duchebag on the phone told me to call fedex and that its not his problem! You're lucky I am not local! Chargeback is being filed with my credit card.

These guys are pros. 50 years in business, 3 generations, and an unbelievable selection of inventory. And, you don't feel like you need to shower when you leave!! This place employs over 25 people, I was blown away by the scope of the operation. Had a great chat with one of the owners and you just get the feeling that you are in a very well run establishment Oh yah, the prices are fantastic as well!

Contacted them using their online chat service in search of specific parts and spoke to a representative. Who after answering one question, and brushing off a second stopped replying completely. Another day I contacted a different representative, who happened to be the owner, and I was completely ignored. I don't think I was being unreasonable, all I was looking for was some answers and would have purchased from them if I had received any proper answers, or even some level of customer service.

Great Folks to deal with. Bought a 2.2lt ecotec from them site unseen, paid online and went to work. Showed up early in the morning with my semi to pick it up. Plenty of room to maneuver my rig around without worrying about scrap steel and other junk damaging my $6500.00 worth of tires. Very clean and organized, was also impressed with the staff that loaded the engine into my trailer and when I mentioned to the boss that I was sure I would need some other parts (air intake cover exhaust manifold etc etc) he threw them in for free. I was happy with the price then and now since my car runs great with the new engine, I did not damage my rig getting in and out, and they didn't waste my time either on the phone or in their yard. I have another project in the works and will be looking to Bell City once again for their expertise.

Complete ignorance on the phone after I called for a part. They had told me 1 hour to pick them up I sent someone over a half hour to pickup the part at which point I was told it was never ordered and "your funny, your mistaken". (At which point I offered to email my phone call log to prove I'm not mistaken and they have wasted me tim) they then td me again im funny it's your fault and im slow because they never possessed that specific car. I would never use that place again and I'll be sure to make everyone else aware.

I recently got a full set of 20" factory optional wheels for my 2008 Cadillac SRX from Bell City Auto that are uncommon and hard to find. Other dealers had them but didn't want to bother shipping them, still others were overpriced and wouldn't ship. I was delighted to uncover Bell City Auto. They were very helpful, communicated well, and the wheels were just as he described them, a reasonable price and in very good condition. We worked out an arrangement to ship them across Canada to a freight distribution warehouse in Vancouver, BC. They were close enough so that I could go pick them up from Seattle. Bell City did extra work and a nice job packaging the wheels for shipment. There were no problems and no fees getting them across the border. Just answered a few questions and showed him what I got. I would be happy to do business again with Bell City Auto.

Stopped in for a second to see how they were handling the covid situation. Service was quick, they re retrieving the parts for you. I needed a plastic clip for a headlight assembly, can’t get that at the dealer! Pricing more than fair and overall experience was a solid thumbs up.
