Great place to get parts. They can usually get them quick and their prices are great. To be one of their customer service reps you have to have zero personality, rude and at preferred if you have the IQ of hamster but not necessary since none of the current reps do.

Was looking for a hard to find part for my car luckily they had it. The part was a little expensive though. It was my first time going to a junkyard. I thought if you went and got the part yourself it would be a bit cheaper. That aside, the part worked so I can't really complain. It was a bit confusing when I showed up though, it wasn't really clear if I was supposed to talk to someone or just grab the part.

Wonderful experience. Very convenient. Honest, straight-forward people. I called. I was told to deposit $25 for them to order a part my Lexus needed (at 1/3 of the dealer price). Once it arrived, they called me and I had it picked up. No issues Thanks and keep doing all the right things you are doing.

Looking for a dash vent cover for 2009 Honda Civic and was easily dismissed as he needed a part number. Didn't even bother asking additonal questions. Kept on saying 'guy' at the end of each sentence, proving how uneducated this guy is. Not going to this place ever again. The place is a Mickey Mouse operation.

Not very helpful. Possibly useful for people who know exactly the part they want, but he didn't want to help me out to determine if what he had in stock would fit my car. Other wreckers I have been to have been great at suggesting options and ideas to either upgrade or save money. These old guys just want to punch in part numbers into their computer and don't seem to know their inventory otherwise.

Carefull when getting quotes as they WILL change the price on the item quoted. I had originally called 1 month ago and was told one price for a specific part. I called back again ready to buy more parts on top of the original quoted part from 1 month ago but now was told a different price for the same part. Since they won't honor the original price quoted (which is a 5 dollar difference), I feel it's best to take my business elsewhere.

I asked for the used car part two times and said two times they have in stock for $75 plus tax but when I get there they said they do not have it and they forgot that they have sold it already. And said they did not delete it from inventory system. They said they have to ordered it from other company and said it will be $100 plus tax. I asked for discount for it because it is their mistake and said no. I was really disappointed with their terrible customer service. I will not never recommend this company.

One of the poorly organized recycled/scrapyards. Staff also isn't properly informed with what vehicles they do have and what they have. Second time I have came here looking for a vehicle and which they said was there and the vehicle was not there. Need to better, acknowledge what they have in the yard. Total waste of time! Never coming back!

Recently decided to scrap my car with Cooksville. They were responsive, professional, and had a no frills approach on setting a price for my car. I called to receive a quote, arranged for pick up the next week, tow truck driver was on time, and provided me with a cheque with the agreed upon price. Highly recommend these guys!

Where to start with this place? I left my car locked in their front lot and came back to find my car doors unlocked and the whole interior of my car ruffled through, and my Macbook gone. Got on the phone with the cops after the guys told me their "camera system was off this week". Cops were on their way to take a report when one of their yard workers came out and gave back my Macbook from under his jacket. Wonderful. Stay away from this place. Even if you don't get your stuff stolen, you're going to get a cold shoulder from the staff and told that they don't carry anything you're looking for.

Terrible Customer service. Was told that they could not do anything for me, and they didn’t even bother looking for what I asked for, or offer an alternative. Also customers due to insurance are not allowed to pick parts. I wouldn’t waste my time with this place or their dismissive front desk guys, zero stars if I could give them that.

This is a fairly good site when they have your parts. Customer service on the front desk is forgettable. They will not move an extra step to get what you need. And even if their policy states that no customer allowed in the yard for safety reason, they will ask you to go in to find your parts, reasoning out they are kinda busy. BS business ethics if they have one.

I can't comment on the rest of their operation, however their U-Pull-It yard is a joke. They have vehicles there which still have batteries in them, which is surely against the law due to the unforeseen danger of an airbag inflating while an unsuspecting customer is pulling a part. Also, they wouldn't let me remove 2 oil pumps because they say they aren't allowed to have any oil contamination on the property. This is an odd statement considering most U-Pull-Yards drain their vehicles of all fluids. Absolute waste of time, will not return.
