Very bad experience but the agent was very friendly. Got a part that was defective from their inventory. It was a left rear suspension assembly. The wheel bearing of the assembly was defective, so I took it back. I mentioned I bought another part and is returning it as its defective. The advisor charge a restocking fee of 20-25% even though I showed him its defective. What he was going to do was maybe Restock on the shelf for a next person like me where they can charge another restocking fee upon return. BE AWARE CUSTOMERS Check parts carefully before you buy.

Worst customer service! They don’t have parts and make you sit and wait for hours! All the used parts are beat up and the guy admitted that these are used parts and would be a bit lose. The guy was selling me a used part for 25, whereas the Dealers are selling the New for 33 (which I found later on). So why go there to listen to the badmouth customer manager? The guy doesn’t have any sense to deal with customers. Plus they only have 2-3 people on front desk who keeps the customer waiting to keep talking on the phone. They should have separate people to deal with phone calls.

They got my part wrong twice. I provided make, model, year, location and power options, as asked 3 times by their associates. The first time they mixed up my car side mirror with a transport truck side mirror. Then the second time they mixed up a power mirror with a manual mirror. That's 2 wasted trips, a full day off of work and $96 down the drain. Pathetic. What else can you call it?

They seem to carry many parts, but I have been there twice and both times the parts they offered to sell me were broken. Once a spindle, which had an absolutely destroyed wheel bearing and the other a wiper switch, which had physical damage and reduced function. So not sure about others, but I have not had a good experience here.

Stay away!!! I called inquiring for car tires and rims and was out on hold for 10 minutes. When my call was resumed by another agent, he told me to 'keep holding since I wasn't speaking with you' after I told him I had been on hold for 10 minutes. After calling back I was told they don't have the part and that they are short staffed. That's no reason for poor communication and unprofessionalism! Why have a phone if no one is there to answer to callers?!

I called them for a part. MR. T Checked his system and told me price. I said i will call him back. When i called he said he needs my cc number for a curbside pick. I gave my information however, he called me back saying that he dosent have part available. My questions is that why would u take my cc number before checking availability of product. I am not comfortable with this at all.

Waste of time going to this place. Employees have no knowledge about car pieces. And are very unorganized. Gave them all the car details and the guy helping me out seemed so lost. He requested help by another employee and manager. But even then still struggled. I was told it would take 1-2 hours for piece to come in but then the manager told me it would take 10min. So i went ahead and believed the manager beacuse i would imagine that manager knows more then his employee that was already struggling to help me. But after 30 mins of waiting manager realized his mistake and said it would actually take a couple hours and tried to pin his mistake on his lost employee I left then came back when they called me. But they must not check the pieces they ordered cuz what i recieved was not what i needed. Showed the manager he told me to sit down and had to wait another half hour for them to figure it out. Just to be told they didnt have the piece. Not recommended. Not organized. Not knowledgeable. Waisted a huge chunk of my day going back to that place to just wait around.

Two years back ordered a drive shaft. went to pick up waited for three hours for their delivery truck to show up but delivery truck came without a part. Sales manager was rood ignorant had to push hard to get refund. Worst place.

Very bad experience. Employees are very rude. They will put you on hold for years and then finally when they pick up they will put you on hold again. Eventually if you end up getting the part you want you realize they actually gave you the wrong part. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Stupid Ba*tards work there. DONOT recommend giving business to them Go to Standard Auto Wreckers.

Seems like a common theme. I personally spent four hours of my day commuting to pick up a part they confirmed they had in stock, and I even called back when I was half way there to re-confirm. Well, as you can guess - it was the wrong part. They made me wait while they pulled the right one off, after 45 minutes, they get the dismantler himself to tell me it wasn't a good item and I'm out of luck. Not a single person from management came up to me to apologize for wasting four hours of my day for nothing. I wouldn't recommend them.

Overall not a good experience. They make you pay for parts before taking them off the vehicle, so you don't know if the parts are correct. Left my office early to pay for a part, they told me it would be ready the next day. Went in the next day, not there. Big waste of my time. Would've gave one star, but they refunded the money.

just drove all the way from Wasaga Beach to Brampton to get a driveshaft that I called to confirm in the morning that they still had it, and when I got there they informed me that they had sold it. They said that they had called me 3 times to tell me that but I did not receive one phone call! Horrible service from a bunch of people who don’t seem to know what the hell they are talking about! So pissed! I do not recommend this place what so ever!

Purchased a transmission that was a grade "A" part... They reassured me that the transmission shifted perfectly and the vehicle it came from was in perfect operating condition. I swapped the transmission into my car, followed the fill procedure from GM's manual. The tranmission does nothing but slips under low load and over revs under medium load i wont even put it under heavy load. Half of the good reviews on here are just F**CKING lies. Don't trust them.
