no point trying to change your opinion of me, your mind is already made up. google your operation and the first three links to appear are the Better Business Bureau, Report a Scam, and Government info about filing complaints. clearly the problems are on your side of the fence. the power of the orange vest has gone to the gatekeepers head and has made him a minimum wage expert on crime and drugs with precious little about appropriate industry standards for electronic waste. I will take my product to your competitor who is always glad to help me get more for my scrap. your bullies disgust me.

Bunch of crooks , I used them before and they paid me just fine and today when I dropped off a old 200 pound stove they said if it’s not 300 pounds minimum then they can’t pay me out . No where does it state that and before I got paid just fine ,they screwed me out of $20 bucks . Never will I come here again and I warn anybody else that comes here not to use them

Worst scrapyard I’ve ever been too , drove 30 kilometres because they were open until 1pm on Saturday. The receptionist was very unprofessional and rushy. Then when I back up to the copper warehouse the guys giving me a hard time and complaining about that he wants to be with his daughter , I was very puzzled at the middle aged man whining to the customers. When I told him I have a family to he just kept going by now I knew they were ripping me off as they would weigh and every time I tried to get a glimpse they quickly took it off. I had a bunch of solid copper bars from electrical panels the large 100 amp ones with at least 10 lbs of bare bright , about 6 medium sized motors and thick aluminum wire along with some other scrap aluminium. I went to the receptionist to get my pay out and she was talking so fast and clearly was very annoyed and didn’t seem to wanna be there at all. She then yelled at me telling me that I rolled my eyes at her and that she doesn’t have time for it , and she repeated her self over again like I knew her or something. Then I was given a receipt and as I turned around she screams rite the u have to scan the barcode you have to scan the barcode , this being my first time there I wasn’t familiar with the order of which things are done. She literally screamed st me like I was doing something wrong. For everything I brought in and I go to the scrapyard not this one about 3 to 4 times a week I only got $33 I couldn’t believe it, I didn’t even bother to check the breakdown because I knew I wasn’t gunna be happy about it , I was just glad to get the heck outta there. Worst place ever do not go there the are crooks and very rude and pushy didn’t have a good experience, maybe that’s why they are open 1 hour later than all the others because people may be forced to go to that junkyard.

Don't know exactly what the negative reviews are going on about. The process is simple, drive on the scale, green light, drop load and drive back on. Once you get a green on the way out pull off the scale and go inside with ID for payment via scanning your invoice ticket. Great attitude and super friendly

Previously I would have given then a 5 star. Had been bringing them scrap from commercial jobs for the last 2.5 years. Yard guys were always great. Had a great relationship with them. Then one day the owners son got angry and hot headed over a non issue. Was the most unprofessional person I've ever seen in the yard by far. And wearing jordans on the job site instead of work boots. Spoiled little rich boy with no decency.

Very rude people. Wouldn't pay for cast iron so we went to gerdau and got paid. Bunch of miserable people. gerdau paid $34 dollars to the kids for there hard work..

All prices are posted online and displayed clearly in the customer area. The staff are excellent and always helpful. Pay more for cars than anyone else in the area. Overall, great place to go!

His experience really shows, he knows exactly what to do and how to deal with large snow piles that may have caused an issue for anyone else but his amazing driving skills got the job done. I had a 50 yard bin filled 3000 lbs of shread metal and was told it wasnt worth them paying for. Last time i checked shred metal was anything that didnt fit a certain criteria . I have dealt with others and never been screwed around like this .
