Extremely poor service, paid my ticket online in October, only to receive a letter later on saying I had not made a payment. Tried showing proof of the email with confirmation, they want absolutely nothing to know about that. Only option? to pay it twice, great job Beloeil, great job. Wouldn't even give 1 star, unfortunately not possible
