Schneider's Auto Wrecking is the best place to find parts new and old. They gave me a great price when I scrapped my Honda civic and have been nothing but helpful finding parts for my truck. If they don't have it than you more than likely wont find it elsewhere. I do like also that they will connect or give you names of other yards that do have parts if they don't. They support the other yards and look at them as friends instead of competition. Schneider's has friendly staff, great customer service and extremely fair prices. Highly recommend.

Replaced an engine and claimed it needed time to work in. Sorry but even someone without much repair knowledge knows that something is not right when the engine is running rough and chugging sunbelt is not right. They eventually took it back and guess what? The timing was out.

This Company seems like it is struggling and maybe permanently closed for they did not reopen on Sept 1, 2019 as they promised in their 'we're undergoing renovations' auto-response phone-message, and now one of their toll-free numbers is no longer working. Having tried to contact them without success for the past 3 months has left me quite frustrated.

Stay clear.... The East Indian guy answering all the calls doesnt have any clue what he is talking about, only to then give you the run around, followed up with brand new dealer pricing for an Ultra used part. ???????? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Called and ordered a part over the phone. They took all my info including payment and said the part would be ready in an hour. Gave them an extra day before coming to get it. Upon arrival they had no idea what I was talking about or any record of my order. They had to take my info all over again and I had to wait for them to go get the part from out in the yard. Full of excuses about being "short staffed" and "the person who took my order not being in". No one seemed to know what was going on. Then they took really long to get the part. Needless to say I will not be back.

I received excellent customer service each and every visit, and Fred took personal time out of his day to call and make sure the pickup went smoothly. The lady over the phone told me they don't ship parts across Canada yet on the website it's says this company shipping parts worldwide. Just wondering what to believe. Such a business should be not doing business at all because false information been provided. Very disappointed in the customer service I have received from your business. Terrible service. They do not stick to their 90 day warranty. Suzanne is very crude and talks over you on the phone. I have purchased lots of parts at this place over the years but since new ownership it is awful service and empty promises. Their prices are sometimes more than new lately! They say the parts are in great shape and once I get there, it’s completely woren out. Defiantly not like the old Schneider’s. Don’t waste your time here. Highly don’t recommend!

Nice people but Sadly they sent me the wrong part. The part I wanted was a white mirror with the built in turn signal for a acura Tl. I received a mirror for a acura but it was the non painted black plastic with no built in turn signal.Then wanted me to pay the shipping a total of 3 times to get the correct part. I decided I was better off taking the loss for the part and shipping then paying 3 times total for shipping.
