Kenny is one of the cleanest and most well organized junkyards I’ve been to, with interesting inventory that is replenished every 6 weeks or so, compared to months for Mike’s and Pic N Save. The ladies working there are always welcoming and helpful. Because the inventory is replenished so frequently, typically desirable parts on newer cars (10-15 yrs old) aren’t hard to find, which is a massive competitive advantage

Great place to pick up odds and ends for your vehicle. Always fair prices, especially for trim pieces, wiring and electronics, and random plastic bits. It would be nice to have more inventory turnover, as some of the cars get pretty thrashed, quick. I wouldn’t blame the yard for that though. Been going here for years and will continue to do so. I go to Kenny u pull for all my car parts. They have great deals on anything you could need. From tires and rims to dinky little stuff that would cost like 100 dollars to buy new even though it’s just a small electronic. Nothing better than getting up and walking the yard to see what goodies they have. Staff is fantastic and always a pleasure to see and always help me out if I have any questions. Their inventory is great. Most basic cars are there. Will continue to do business with them in the future!

Nice consistent experience across multiple locations in Canada. The people at this particular location are fantastic! I removed a full interior and since it was closing time, asked for help bringing everything to the front. Obviously no easy task for 5 seats (with screens), the infotainment system, and a bunch of plastic parts. Gary, who drives the truck around at closing to make sure everyone is leaving, was extremely kind to help me load everything into his truck and drive it right to the front door! And then took the time and effort to carefully load everything into carts and bring them inside. It would have taken me an hour otherwise. And the staff up front were excellent at helping me get everything to my car as well as offered to leave the gate open until I had everything loaded up. It's amazing prices and experiences like this that keep me driving for over an hour to come back to them! Thanks!

Good place. Clean. No mud which is great. sometimes have trouble finding parts for my vehicles but have saved me hundreds. Vehicles are close to the door you don't have to walk for miles. even include wheelbarrows for your parts and tools! $2 entry fee is no trouble

Used to be my go to pull a part for years but every year that goes by these guys seem to be slipping. Yard has gotten smaller, way more unorganized. There are parts cluttering all over the lanes and random other car parts stuff all inside the interiors and engine bays of cars. The 3 dollar fee at the entrance is a bit much considering they cant even tell you if your part is on the car. Ended up paying 14.00 plus the 3.00 entrance fee for 1 used female seat belt buckle that really wasnt in top shape. 17 bucks in total and i have to pull it? Common guys.. dont really think ill be coming back here much.

People who complain about the entry fee, its 3 bucks come on, suck it up. Absolute worst customer experience Ive encountered. I had my pickup scheduled a week ahead of time because I have a lot of things to juggle every day (kids and whatnot). I get to the agreed upon location at the agreed upon time and he tells me the flat bed is broken down and so I ended up waiting, for quite some time. The flat bed couldnt get fixed so he asked me to drive to Hamilton to drop it off. So am I expected to walk home from Hamilton? I also told him that to do that Id need to buy more gas and he should compensate for that. Then he didnt reply for a while so I went about my busy night. Ultimately he told me that they cannot come and that he would be by in the morning. So we scheduled to do it at 8am, and surprise surprise... he didnt show and waited until 830 to tell me hes not coming. So Ive gone elsewhere. Unreliable! Unprofessional!

Went there to purchase a battery. Clean an organized setup. Not a lot of parking, although you could park on the street as well. There was a big banner above the battery rack that said $39.99 for all batteries. 24 month warranty included. Well, at the cashier, I'm told some batteries went up $10 and others $20. As the yard is quite popular, you may find that the parts you are looking for have already been picked. Also, because cars are sometimes picked clean, hard to identify vehicles by looking at them, and you will need to refer to the ticket you receive with inventory numbers.

They have never disappointed with parts availability and once my debit card didn't work and I couldn't pay, they let me leave come back the next day and try again despite me renting a sawsall they're service is super friendly and prices are more than fair. For my sawsall rental, 2 running boards, a full rocker pannel, roof trim and a door handle I paid 64 dollars! Love this place and love these people make Kenny's your first stop for used parts they also have a "parts puller" now who for a small fee will pull parts for you and have then ready for pick up. Very kind and courteous staff, cars are laid out across the yard but they give you a location receipt. They also do not harass their customers over their medical status. I appreciate doing business with them. The online system they use allows for email notifications for any cars that your interested in, or you can simply check their website and search for the car there. So today i went back to exchange one of the two aluminium rims i got on Friday, i checked in told Sarah ,what i wanted to do . Well she gave me a credit on a gift card although Sarah did not refund me the core charge had paid ,so she did not do a proper refund actually short changed me ,then changed me an entrance fee ,even though i was only going to get another same rim ,have a tire demounted and core charge on aluminium rim,i asked for a bit of a break no luck. So i found the rim i wanted went to cash out with my credit, starting to talk with Nancy who remembers me from Friday, told hervwhat happened she couldn't believe it ,so eventually she got Joe for me and we talked he explained how the entrance fee works and he did also say that if you are just getting the same item we can be flexible, so Joe ended up giving me a free entrance fee coupon. Big thanks to Joe and Nancy. So today i stopped and spoke with Sarah about not refunding me the tire demounting ,she told me that is a non refundable fee,even though i got another rim that needed a tire demounted, so i will no longer deal with Sarah, she has more excuses for not doing refunds and billing me.???? So here we go again with poor customer service. Yesterday I went to Kenny u Pull Hamilton looking for winter rims for my 2021 Dodge Charger, I found a set I wanted. So I went in to talk to the cashier asking I would like to have the rims taken off the vehicle, tires demounted, and I can pay now . Was told we don't do that anymore I said I had it done before, not anymore they don't have a parts puller, I said every time I come here the customer service is poor. So the cashier called the assistant manager, when I told him what I would like to have done , his response was ,what part of Kenny u Pull do you not understand, wow , I told him I have had this done before, well I don't have a parts puller, it's been on our website for a long time we don't remove parts. Also he kept cutting me off as I was trying to talk ;, but no he had to be ignorant by not letting me talk. I done with this poor treatment. S

Love the customer service here. Friendly counter staff, and very welcoming. Nothing you'd expect from a junkyard. They have wheelbarrows to haul your stuff, and are very organized. Cars can be a bit scavenged, sometimes beyond any real use, but I suppose that's a testament to their great prices. I'd love to see more BMWs in this yard. There are a LOT of north american cars that I've seen sitting for a very long time, much in the same condition as when I first saw them.

Went on there website and saw they had the car and colour i needed, I needed a new door skin and have been waiting for the color to pop up cause its rare. I finally noticed that one had came in, so just to be sure I called them and they ensured me that it was blue, so I drove a hour and a half down to get it and there was no blue car it was really black, they wasted a 3 quarter tank of my gas and 4 hours of my time because they either don't know the difference in colour or they simply don't care. The staff are nice and they have a large selection of cars BUT the road in and out is AWFUL. Driving in is a challenge but getting out is unbelievable chaos. I've stopped going altogether. Competing with selfish truck drivers is no way to start a day. Not their fault...there is just no room on that little road for both....then there are the potholes !! Save your suspension and look elsewhere.

I went to Kenny U-Pull in Hamilton yesterday to help a buddy pull some parts for his old CRV. I was continually surprised at how good this place was. From the cup of fresh brewed coffee while we waited for the rain to stop, to the cars being laid out in perfectly straight rows and propped up on rims to get them off the ground, to the well placed gravel to keep it from becoming a giant mud bath, to the list we were given to tell us which rows donor cars were in, wheelbarrows and carts to bring your "new" parts back and even a handwash station to clean up at the end. But maybe the best part was the constant funny banter back and forth with LeAnne behind the counter. All in all a great experience. Bill / Muffin

Don’t waste your time! First of all they charge you $3 per person. Even if you walk in with your girlfriend that accompanies you , they want $3 more. The yard is full of junk. The pick n save is much better , organized and charges you only $1 at the entrance . The staff that works at Kenny U-Pull is super unfriendly. It takes them half a day to approach you and then when you ask them a question they answer you back like they are making a huge favour for you! Very bad service ! Don’t waste your time and money! Would not spend my money for such business like yours. Use Pick n’ Save! Cleaner, cheaper, more organized.

I went with my husband, we asked for 17 inch rims for a 2012 Chevy Malibu. The girl we asked front reception was tweeking, she was acting really high on something. So she gives a tool for measuring a rim and a tape measure and says I don't know how this works a man should know. We go out no rims anywhere, so I remember that I saw all their rims at the new location, we went back in said I see no rims, she's tweeking out, oh she says ugh. We left, they couldn't help us. This was Hamilton location near or on Burlington St. Never going back there.

First time here, visiting from Windsor. I'd call myself a seasoned junkyard visitor with hundreds of trips to yards normally in the Detroit, MI area. It gets to be a major part of the car hobby when you're only into old stuff that gets ignored by the aftermarket. The staff at this location are fantastic (I've been to yards that could learn a thing or two from you!) and the yard is laid out nicely with lots of room between vehicles. Prices are very fair. I unfortunately ran out of time and didn't get a couple things I'm needing, so will be coming back despite the 3 hour drive, and will be making a point of stopping by whenever I'm in the area in the future.

I came down today to find a battery for my truck, several staff members were there to help me out finding the right battery. All were very pleasant and accommodating, even lent me some tools pull the old one out of my truck to return. Will definitely come back

Thought I should share, because although I wasn't a huge fan of the process in which I went through to scrap a car, (too long to detail) the assistant manager was a hero in all of it and if it weren't for him it would be a 2 star review. Calm, respectful, and clearly cared that I left happy customer. His tact and knowledge in the situation was the difference. Thank you Assistant Manger on duty that day.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff treat you like family and really know their stuff. The place is super clean and organized. I went in looking for some seat covers and floormats, and lo and behold, a perfect set of Hello Kitty covers with complimentary Ed Hardy mats! And to top it off, a Mossy Oak steering wheel cover! My wife absolutely loved her birthday gifts! Walking in you'd think you accidentally went to a solid 2.5 star hotel! Starbucks pales in comparison to the exquisite lobby coffee bar. Went to the yard today for the first time, though had been to many other junk yards in Hamilton. I was very disappointed to notice that their cars are not sorted according to the make, rather they are mixed up. I had hard time finding my desired car. Finally could find one though they said there were over 10 of them. they SHOULD consider organizing their inventory, otherwise its wastage of customers time.

place is a scam some of the people who work there always have a bad attitude. they always have some lady there that will purposely mark the parts u buy as something their not to scam u out of extra money which is stupid but true, no idea why they do this im sure they dont even get a cut out of it. but they will mark the part as something its not and get you to pay extra for it, and their always on a power trip about it so its hard to argue against what they say. place is a waste of time might as well go to pick n save or somewher else that wont charge u$3 to enter with almost all the important parts always pulled off... even when newly listed

Great place to get the parts you need fast and without a hassle. You can sometimes find some extraordinary deals on cars. The service, prices and inventory are stellar. The yard is clean and you can easily access the undercarriage of cars of interest. Staff are very friendly, happy to help and easy to establish a relationship with. Asked about the prices of a few things and I was blown away at how cheap everything was (supposed to be) Spent an hour just finding the cars I was looking for, grabbed 4 parts off of 3 cars, and the bill was $212.00!!! One part was supposed to be 3$ another 5, they charged me $10 and $30. They even have an ADMISSION charge of 3$ now? Can't even return the stuff unless I want an in store credit. I don't want to go back, even to get a credit for the parts the charged me for, THAT I DIDN'T BUY! Should've checked the recipt first. GO ANYWHERE ELSE for the parts you need!

I get all the way out to Cedar Valley yard & the car was nothing like what they showed online . Asked them to check the computer and they said that was the car online . Fantastic staff and very friendly and extremely helpful at time checkin and checkout . Always given a detailed location of where all the cars I'm looking for are .Great assortment of parts and cars chose from always find what I'm looking for and reasonably priced at that . Far better pricing policy than the other local auto salvage yard in the area which only 15mins away from this location. That yard is overpriced in comparison on most items you'd want to pickup for your vehicle . Sometimes are almost 3/4 more to almost 4 times as much for same part purchased at Kenny u pull .I definitely wouldn't recommend that yard at all , as I wasn't impressed and felt like I was overcharged for the items I purchased on two separate occasions at the other yard near by .But definitely recommend this Automotive salvage yard for your parts needs . A other satisfied customer who will definitely be coming back again and again.

Made an appointment over the phone with this company. First off called monday morning waited on hold got told my car could be picked up on Thursday between 12to4 that's fine I arranged to have my mother wait at the house for the car to be pick up. Thursday comes around no one calls to say that they are not coming and my mother wait there all day till I get off work at 7. Used to be awesome when the yard was bigger, it was organized by make and entry was 2 bucks. Now things are sorted by import/export, it's smaller and costs more to get in.. a year ago I basically lived at this place, now I'm doubting I'll go back. Also, the prices on common things aren't really that great, and this is the only yard I've ever been to where there's no bargaining whatsoever. The staff are great, the yard is not.

Well I called the number ( before the place was open) and got a calling center that told me they have someone there that will get it for me( so I didn't bring any tools with me). When I got there I was greeted by very friendly staff, she was very helpful but said they didn't have anyone there to get it for me. So I think the only complaint is that the call centers have to communicate better with the actual places
