There are two of the moving guys, who are very polite, professional and considerate. Will recommend this service to everyone. A wonderful experience with justjunk. The only issue I have is they are not allowed to come into houses during covid-19 so there will be extra work for the households, but otherwise perfect.

January 20/20 was my second time using Just Junk. The guys are prompt, courteous, pleasant and efficient; I highly recommend them. I will note that the cost to have both my junk and items for donation removed was more than I had budgeted, so I had them take only the junk. I will follow up with a local charity for the donation items. (I'd been hoping to get it all done at once, but no such luck!)

We just had the BEST experience with Just Junk! Pick up was scheduled for between 8:30am and 10:30am and we received a call from the driver at 8:29 to notify us he was about 5 minutes away. Mark or Matt (couldn't hear well over the phone) was incredibly kind and professional. It is clear that he enjoys this job and cares about the environment, which we really appreciate. It was worth every penny for us to dispose of our old couch and a table properly and Just Junk made it really easy. Excellent customer service when arranging the service as well and very prompt emails for confirmation and receipts. 10/10 would recommend!

The 2 men that showed up were amazing!! My mother passed away in January and everything got shoved into the garage and my depression took over. It was severely neglected and my garage was almost filled to the brim. When they arrived I was embarrassed to even open the garage, but they were BEYOND professional. They explained how they often have to clean out estates and the like for grieving families and it made me feel much better about my own situation. They took a full load and even sweeper my garage floor for me! They made the entire situation as discreet as possible to keep nosey neighbours eyes from prying. I am beyond grateful for the job these 2 did today - they saved me sanity and made my grieving process much easier. They asked me to point out anything that needed keeping and made sure that all those things were left untouched. - also this appointment was registered under my boyfriends name (Shayne) and he will be filling out the survey as soon as he gets home. It was just incredible! To have this disaster landfill looking back yard. Then to calling mid afternoon finding out they’d be here within a couple hours was great news! They gave me a time window and within the first minutes of the estimated time range, I got Michaels call. As arranged, within a half an hour, he arrived! His attitude was professional and Energetic even for the end of most people’s work days! Arrived clean as was the truck, and represented the services I was about to recieve, with dignity! I showed him the back and with minutes he quoted me and got right to work. He took time to qualify if my one item was to stay, thankfully ensuring only the items needed removal were disposed of. He did the whole service in less than two hours and it was like a grand reveal! The difference defied words of description! Micheal from JustJunk is truly my super hero! The services they offer, they can actually provide and follow thru on are miraculous simply put! I wouldn’t hesitate again!

Up to 240 dollars to have one tv removed? Safe to say I was a bit shocked with that estimate. Ill borrow buddies truck and give him some gas money. Premium price and I'm not sure why To the response below - estimated range provided by female employee when i called the number. Low end was around 170. Called twice in one day, got the same range after providing the details that I need 60 inch tv picked removed.

Quoted me, didn't take half of what they said they would, unbeknownst to me until they left. Company did nothing to resolve it. Ended up having a local guy pick up the rest, at a quarter of the cost. Very underhanded business dealing. Not worth the stress.

Called before they came and arrived earlier than they said. Answered all my questions before they started and quoted me the worst case price and stuck to it even when it was a bit more than they thought. I didn't catch the two men's names who were here today but they have AMAZING customer service skills and were so efficient. They even let my disabled uncle 'supervise' without it being a big deal so he felt like he was a part of the process. I would recommend this service 1000x over.
