Very nice family set up, polite and friendly, will say that they do change 45 cents per lbs for old tvs. Would recommend.

This place is straightforward enough. But when I called I was passed to 3 different people within 2 minutes of talking. I asked if I could put the 3rd person on hold for a moment (on mute). I heard her say that she doesn't have time for this and she hung up. I called right back and she apologized and said that the reception isn't the greatest. I told her that I heard her say she wasn't going to wait for me. She ignored that altogether. Maybe (hopefully) I just got the wrong person at the wrong time. Low stars for the low customer service.
