Don't do business with these scrubs!!! These guys wanted me to pay 50$ to test an amplifier without being able to see it first, claimed it works and would not prove it!! Just wanted the money, very rude towards the customer!! When I would ask a question they would point me to their ridiculous signs in the store and be extremely rude. Found another place that would actually let me test the part before purchasing, also got the part for 100$ cheaper!!! I would honestly recommend not coming here unless you want to get ripped off and treated like you’re nothing. Owner claims I’m impossible to please, that is not true I’ve left many 5 star reviews to numerous businesses. Also stop replying to other 1 star reviews and trying to make it seem like it’s the customers fault!! Stop trying to play victim to negative reviews!!! You guys truly have terrible customer service and WAY OVERPRICED! LEAVE IT AT THAT!

My vehicle required extensive work and was ready at the end of the work day on the same day I brought it in (as promised). I was running late to pick up my vehicle and they even stayed 20 minutes late to make sure I didn't have to wait until the next day to have my van back. This was probably the best experience I've had when dealing with an auto repair shop. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness and they certainly have earned my lifelong business:)

So my first experience at J&B was pretty outstanding. As I approached the counter the owner greeted his delivery man with polite conversation then handed him a 10$ bill for coffee on this cold day. The gentleman helping me apologized and said he would have to hand me over to his Dad to take care of as he was manning the BBQ He was cooking for his employees in the garage. I said how nice! A hot lunch ! He said yup we take care of them as they take care of us. They then sold me a part which was 1/4 of the cost than at the dealer! The owner then proceeded to install at no extra cost. It did take him about 20 minutes and said it was on the house! We will be back and I'm looking forward to it. Thank you J&B Holly Beck ☺️????

These guys were really great! They were really helpful, had a part that every other place would have had to order in, and charged 30% less than those places. Not only that but their service was really kind and helpful, but also very human. You feel like you're talking to other people who get it, not in a complicated service. The best part, though, was how much they were willing to go out of their way to help me out!! I had a bit of trouble getting to their shop, so they went out of their way to drop the part off to me on the other side of the city! I highly recommend them. Also a side note: I just found out my dad used to work for them when I was a kid, and one of the few auto places he actually really enjoyed working for! They're great to their customers AND to their staff.

Went there it get a replacement speaker for my car. Spent more then I wanted to for the speaker $50. He said that he tested the radio in the car it came from but not the speaker it self. Said if I have a problem to come back to get it replaced. Went back next day and he would not replace it.

Best automotive (air conditioning recharging/diagnostic work) in Windsor. I went back with my 2001 Chevy Express, they did diagnostic work and found the leak and advised on other repair I requested. They offer auto parts (new or used) and have a mechanic on duty that takes care of business. I went in for a steel rim for spare on my Chevy Express, and had my A/C recharged on my Ford...Recommended for auto service and parts searching, or buy new parts in the States as other option of course. Thanks for their reputable and great service, no B.S./$100/hour price gouging unlike other service garages I have seen in town. Thanks J&B. Updates: I returned recently with my Ford Windstar van, again their mechanic repaired/vacuumed/refilled the A/C system and the system is working efficiently since the repair was completed. Best price on air conditioning repairs $125 complete. Excellent service for automotive repairs, I recommend them to friends and family.

In December I came from the states looking for a side view mirror for my Volvo. Although they didn't have one available, the owner went above and beyond to make sure I still could find one. He was helpful, very knowledgable and spent the time to help me even though he knew he wasn't getting any business from me that day. When I need parts for my rare car and I'm across canada, I call these guys. Everytime I call for parts that are a fortune at the dealership or simply just arent produced anymore - they help me out and offer me a fair price. They ship things out really quick as well and generally send you more parts than what you asked for just to ensure you arent missing anything. For example I asked for a hub carrier and they sent me the hub carrier with the axle still attached haha. These guys are fantastic.

Awesome place to do business! Called them up today with a broken radio....who can live without a radio?? So he asked me what kind of radio I had and so on. I have only dealt with J&B a couple of times, but my experience couldn’t have been better. Employee Max, who assisted me, was so personable I felt like I was speaking to one of my cousins. Even though they did not have exactly what I was looking for, Max was more than happy to refer me to an out-of-town auto recycler who was able to help. Thanks to Max, I was able to obtain the exact parts I needed for my particular vehicle, AND in the condition that I wanted them in. This just goes to show that the people at J&B love what they do and truly care for customers, even when they are not directly profiting. Those actions speak volumes. I highly recommend this place.

I own a Cadillac Allante that is really hard to find parts for. The website has a neat utility that allows you to search for just about anything. Paul had all kinds of obscure parts like electronic shocks ( really hard to remove without destroying them ), the parking brake pull off and the PCM. Not only did they have one, but they went over and above, including having the tire guy stay late to mount my tire on their rim and get me going again! Hats off to the entire team! I wish I could give this place more than five stars!. I contacted J&B from a Kijiji ad as I was looking for replacement rear window hinges for my 2011 Ford Escape. I had a response in about a half hour, and a phone call shortly after that. Max did have the parts I wanted (and basically at half the price that Ford lists). However, he also told me that his business had suffered a severe fire the day before! The parts I wanted were not affected by the fire, and we quickly made arrangements for me to purchase them. I received the items in the mail today as promised. For Max to deal with this small purchase while he was trying to deal with the aftermath of the fire goes far beyond "good service", rather it was fantastic service! I will look to J&B for any future parts needs because of all of the above - great prices and great service. Thank you, Max, and I hope the recovery from the fire goes well.

Specially someone like me who who owns Chevy Malibu 2006 for which GM decided to discontinue parts. 8/21/19 - I came into this establishment for four very obscure pieces for a 2013 Ford Focus hatchback. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable and immediately understood what I was looking for. That, by itself, may not have warranted 5 stars; however, he also noticed that I was carrying my 18 month old son who was sleeping on my shoulder. The young man opted to go into their inventory yard and retrieve the pieces for me while my son slept peacefully in an air conditioned area. After returning with 2/4 pieces required, he refused to charge me and just wished me a good day. When visiting any business, strong customer service is expected; what is not expected is empathy and compassion. Will definitely recommend and return in the future. A hidden gem in Windsor.

Great customer service and good prices! My 2008 dodge chargers touchscreen mygig radio had stopped working months ago, dealership price 1200.00, numerous other places for used ones ranged from 300 to 700. Called J&B auto wreckers from an ad I seen on the back of a bus. Max quickly found he could get my stereo in 2 days, which was not only quicker than all other places but also a 100 dollars cheaper than the cheapest place I found. Great customer service, on time, and great prices! I will definitely be back again for future parts

My wife's 2015 art studio van had a LED tail light go out which made driving dangerous. J & B brought a replacement to our house, removed the light and realised it was fine and a connection had come loose. They plugged it back in and all worked fine. A dealership quoted us $500 for a new light. There was no charge by J&B since the light wasn't needed. Thank you for the 5+ star service. I highly recommend J&B!

J&B Auto went above and beyond, very impressed. I needed a tranny for my Jeep and no one had a tranny or offered to find one for me, but when I called J&B I talked to Max and he found one for me . When it was done there were a few other problems I had with my Jeep and I asked if they could help me with these problems and they took over and worked on my Jeep till everything was right. One of the problems I had required me to drive it for awhile and then bring it back, so I just pulled in and boom they had someone out looking at my Jeep making sure everything was just right and continue to tell me if there is anything or any problems please come and let us know. Meeting the front three guys and one mechanic they were all soooooo nice to me and treated me with respect. I will tell everyone that I know to go to J&B Auto if you want to be treated with respect, kindness and have results. Keep up the awesome work gentlemen. Thumbs up to J&B
