So had to change my review from 5 star after today .... Charged 40$ for a used black steel after market rim , and brand new there 50$ I am so dissapointed in ""Hotches"" Auto parts today , for taking advantage of me with a used 15' rim , they charged me 40 bucks for a after market black steel rim ... When asked how much usualy i was told about 100$ but canadian tire told me brand new , no sale 58$ , you would expect a better deal on a used rusty old car part , but nope i got taken... And after all the bulcrap waiting for 45 minutes and driving out there to pick up 2 that was apearently ready , they were not they said only one was available.... 1500+ cars and only one 4bolt 15" rim ? :( very disapointed in there costomer service today ... And there pricing used parts like new .. I was warned .. But rogers always been good to me out there , just the prices and serrvice needs improvement .. ..... I think ill start taken my buisness elsewere...

These folks know their stuff. Really helpful and detailed. Very fair priced and they seem to have a QA process. If what they have doesn't pass muster, ask them, they'll tell you. They have national distribution and seem to be managed very well.

Excellent place for parts that you don't want to pay big money for. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, a a great $15 tire selection. Worth checking out next time you need something for the vehicle.

After calling around to every wrecker in the area, only Roberta at Hotches called me back after checking the yard. The other wreckers were nice on the phone and promised to look, but I only got my answers after calling them back myself to follow up. When I explained to Roberta that mice had gotten into the seats of my 2012 Dodge Caravan and it smelled terrible as well as could be a health issue, she got me the seats that same day! The seats fit perfect, were the best price quoted and are now in use. Thanks to Hotches and Roberta, I know where and who to call from here on! Check out the pics of my old seats...nasty mice! (only 80km on this van)

Customer service was so bad it was actually funny. One of the reviews spoke about someone telling the person "I know what I'm doing, you don't". I can confirm this is true. I called and tried to ask a simple question and all I hear is "NO NO NO NO NO I KNOW WHAT IM DOING". I had to mute my phone to laugh it was so bad. Not how you should treat customers... A little respect goes a long way. Will not be coming back and certainly won't be sending anyone their way.

I feel bad writing a negative review because it might impact the rating of the business, but I think the sales representative have a poor customer service skills, hee was very impatient. I think it will be a good idea if a business treat to new costumers better.

Called for a part I found off a part finder. Got put on hold three times before I got help. When I did get help the guy went what do you want. I told him I need a part for a 2012 Kia Optima hybrid that I found online. But it’s going to be from a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I told him I had the stock number if he needed it. He told me “ you are going about this backwards. Just tell me what you are working on this would be a whole lot god damn easier.” Not professional at all. If you don’t know how to navigate the system or don’t like dealing with people you should probably stay off the phones.

Great experience very polite. I am just starting a rebuild of an old car and checking on prices but when I am ready to purchase I will definitely check back with these guys.

This place regularly open air burns garbage including recycle-able materials without a permit, their entire scrap area is covered in car fluids seeping into the ground. The horrible environmental implications this place causes should be investigated. Their employees are also racist.

Every time I call & go inn I get the absolute worst customer service. Disappointed for being a small town store. Learn some manners & offer good service. Working in the automotive field, offering fast reliable service to anyone that calls is the way our trade is ran.( which I currently offer) I highly do not recommend this company to anyone or business.

Great service, very helpful. I called to see if they had a replacement seat for a 2003 1/2 ton truck and confirmed over the phone that they had one in stock. I had been to a few other wreckers, all thought they had something in stock but they were either non compliant or ripped. The product was in good shape but was dirty and had some grease marks. They recommended cleaning the seat with Spray nine and it cleaned the dirt off as well all grease marks off. The seat looks great now.

Fast service, reasonable prices... and friendly staff. I have a 20-year-old Jeep and needed a new front female seatbelt buckle... Manufacturer wanted nearly $400 for a new one (apparently a high-demand part) and they had a used one for under $100. They will be the first I will call if I'm looking for parts.

This is a very efficiently run business that takes pride in providing excellent customer service and quality used parts. The establishment is very clean and organized. Any parts I have purchased have been tested and are in the condition that the sales associates have appraised me of. If they don't have it in stock they will try hard to source it out from another yard or supplier. Highly recommend !

The guy I just talked to on the phone about a hitch for my sisters car was completely ignorant towards me. I asked if they might have a hitch for a 2006 to 2011 Honda civic because the hitches are all the same for those years and the guy at Hotchs replied with "give me the year of your car I know what I'm doing and you dont". I would never suggest them to anyone until they actually do something about this guy.
