Scale must be broken! My husband went with a full trailer load. The scale said it was 320lbs. His load was close to 2000lbs! He complained and they talked to guy in the yard. He confirmed that he had a full load but only gave him an estimated 900lbs ????

Place can be pretty busy at times due to other customers and not the staff. Staff is quick and efficient. If it is raining, you'll want to wear boots, as it gets flooded with puddles and be careful not to drive over anything that could damage your tire. I like the scale to weigh in and weigh out, it's cool!

I will be registering a complain against you with the competition bureau and auditor general and suggest others do the same! Sick of this monopoly you big corporations run cause of greed.
