The gentleman who answered, came right away and got me back into my vehicle. The cost was completely reasonable considering the quick and professional service. I'd use them for sure if needed.

I initially had a bad experience getting a tow truck, with slow service and a sketchy transaction. A while after posting my initial review, the owner Dave contacted me. He seemed like a good guy and was eager to learn more about my negative experience to amend the situation. If you have any issues with your service I suggest you contact Dave, who I'm sure will set things right. As it stands, I will give them another go if I need a tow truck, and I'm changing my review to a positive one.

Cuteness With A Bite

Was helping an elderly gentleman who had gotten stuck in the gravel pile, couldn't fix the problem so called these guys for helping out. They were friendly and so kind. They said 20 mins and the guy was there in 13 mins! Speedy If I do say so. Would use this towing company again and would highly recommend this place. Thank you for your help and kindness!

One of Ontario's best kept secrets! I found them through Hagerty Classic Cars. Hagerty has some pretty high standards for us old guys that collect classic cars. Academy pops up! Based on the Hagerty recommendation, I used them to take a car from Belleville - to Toronto - and back. Yes, you read that correctly, 200 km each way, and twice! Rick drove on both occasions, and the level of competence is beyond 5 stars!

Not very impressed at all, took the driver close to 35 minutes to arrive when we were only 8 minutes away. As well it was very over priced and very shady. When it came time to pay I was told I needed to pay 125$ down from 175$; all for a job that took 4 minutes and required my car to be winched 4 feet out of a small patch of mud.

Nice driving abilities. Was parked outside the bank in a parking space. This tow truck guy using the bank machine totally blocked me in. Best part is he was still blocking a marked driving lane. If this is how they treat the general public, I wouldn't want to owe them any money. Oh yeah 2 drivers 1 cab not a mask to be seen. Professional and intelligent.

Towed from belleville to kingston.. roadside assistance paid for 50 km.. GPS said 69 km.. verified with driver before he took the car that $60 was the difference.. got it towed all the way and then told it was $100. Not impressed at all!

This company towed my car when I registered a warn. The flat bed operator dented one of my rims, and legit drank a tall boy he found in there. Ended up paying several hundred dollars for the tow and 2 days of storage, plus $1200 for a new rim and tire.

The tow truck driver did not hook onto my car properly and caused $2400.00 worth of damage to my vehicle. Academy towing would not deal with me and kept deferring me and my complaint. Worst company ever! Tower beware!!! I would never recommend this company.

Left my car in the lot for over 3 months, they kept it even though it had over 4k in lot fees and let it go for 4 hundred, then my alternator belt was broken and I had a flat, which they also helped me with, definitely would recommend they're services, super nice people!
