The employees at Navajo Metals are always rude and miserable and they deduct you for things like wood and plastics even on items that are all metal.

This place deserves a 0 star said they were open til 4:30 I came there and was told I needed a hard hat and vest told them I'd be right back. They knew I was on my way back had a full trailer full of metals I needed gone out my seacan. I came back at 3:50 and they had told me they're closed. I wanted 1 hour getting here to be told I need a vest and helmet. I then drove home and back and wasted another hour. This is so unacceptable this is most likely why they don't have much business like they used to.

Had to hand-bomb 8 ton of PREPPED metal in barrels because they didn't want to move the grapple and the magnet was broken. And for a place that quotes themself on customer service... There were a lot of clean folk walking around and not assisting.

Well received as soon as you reach the gate . Staff is freindly and the yard is well organized. Heavy equipment is present so caution should be used, operators are skilled and professional.

Pretty quick in and out as long as you are prepared. Have your PPE on, Have your paperwork filled out, your number on the vehicle, and gas tanks removed! They will take metal gas tanks if they are emptied and cut in half.
