Total RIP OFF took 19lbs of aluminium pop cans, they only paid for 16lbs @ 48cents per pound just $7.20 Find somewhere else to take your scrap, I won't be going back. The digital read out on YOUR scale was 19.4 lbs, it was Randy the operator that wrote down 16 lbs and calculated the payment, you website states $0.60 per pound for cans = $11.40 I even went back after the unhelpful woman in the front office said too. Your reply and your employees attitude suck. I just hope it helps educate someone else before they come out to your facility. I know that you won't be going into work on Monday to enquire about it, or offer any form of redress to me.
