Literally dropped a 14 container on the ground next to our house and took off. Shook the entire house. Thought someone hit our house. No permit. Called them. No one was supposed to be in our area. Guy on the phone has no idea who did it. Now garbage is blowing out of the container. Thumbs way up.

We use Loraas exclusively for all of our jobs. For some jobs, we use 3-4 bins per day. Loraas makes every effort to accommodate specific times even though they are always very busy. The logistics can be stressful but we are always treated like we are their best customer. Not once have we ever had a bad experience with the call centre or the drivers. Thank you Loraas!

Not really sure why the bad reviews. I've used multiple times for yard waste and renovations. Staff is helpful, prices seem reasonable, bins are dropped off and picked up when they say they will be. As services go, this is pretty pain and hassle free.

Our organics bin had not been picked up and was becoming a bit of a biohazard. A very nice customer care agent made arrangements with a driver, to pick up our bin after they completed their normal route (not our scheduled pick up day). The driver arrived just before gale force winds would have spread the bin and its contents about the neighborhood. You ladies and gentlemen, saved my sanity, and kept my neighbors from shooting the new guy in town who was stinking up the community. Great work.

Had a similar experience to Charmaine. After missing our bin I contacted customer service. I was told in extremely rude tones that it was my fault for not having the lid closed. This is the second time in as many months that the recycle bin has not been picked up (the first time it was apparently due to the bin's close proximity to a neighbour's vehicle). We are a family of seven. The recycle bin is full in less than a week, never mind two weeks. I'm starting to wonder why I pay for this service. Loraas never responded to my emails so I've since contacted a city councillor regarding this issue.

Called customer service about a missed bin pickup and was met by an incredibly rude customer service agent. She seemed condescending right from the get go. Called the city to complain and I was told to log a complaint with loraas. Seriously? Is no one accountable? As if it isn't bad enough that I have to pay for others filling up my bin but now I have to wait two more weeks for pick up on a full bin. Thus far I haven't been impressed with this city's service or lack there of.

Craptastic Service out in Delisle, SK . Never pick up the garbage or recycling on time it keeps getting later and later each time. If you have a problem with the service and you call customer service they are very rude and try and blame you. so if you live outside Saskatoon than be prepared to have crappy service. it use to be good but has gone down hill real fast in the last couple years.

They are not able to offer anything more than "mediocre" level recycling. Operationa makes a huge mess in neighborhood with garbage due to improper containment. Management has been contacted regularly about the messes they make and Foreman minimizes concern.

I had the same experience as other reviews. Twice my recycling bin wasn't picked up. The first time a let it go as human error. The second time I called customer service she was rude and condescending. Insisted bin wasn't out. I now take pic of bin in place and email it to their customer service email as proof. No accountability.

Poor service, called customer service to tell me they did not pick up our bin and person on phone was really rude, said I would have to wait another 2 weeks.....do not hire these guys if you own a acreage or live outside Saskatoon, you will be sorry

Pathetic service. Missed my can. Said the truck was by but missed 5 cans in a row. I leave for work at 6:15 and put mine and my neighbors carts out at that time. Who misses 5 cans in a row. They will not be sending a truck back to grab my container. Who can afford to go a whole month without pick up?? Truly awful. Too bad they only gave the worst a 1 star cause this service doesn't deserve a single star. Bad customer service. They want you to recycle but don't do their job. I guess the recycling goes in the garbage now. Thanks loraas for keeping it green!! Straight clowns to deal with!!

there was a kid in a bike crossing the pedestrian lane and the driver from loraas did not stop even the light was already press before hand in centnnial drive!

We have used Loraas in Saskatoon for our rural businesses for almost 10 years. We've never experienced a single issue. They are accommodating with our changing business needs, the bins are clean and sturdy but more so, the customer service has been outstanding. From sales, office and accounting staff, dispatchers and drivers - all get 5 stars from me! Keep up the great work. I recommend.

I've used Loraas for almost 15 years for work and a few times for home. Fantastic! bins are clean trucks and drivers always clean and people that pick up my recycling at work are always friendly and accommodating! I Follow their guidelines and use some common sense when filling my bin and don't over fill it and I have never had a problem.

Terribly inconsiderate drivers, usually speeding in a large truck. Have dealt with this consistently as I was a courier for a number of years.
