The best place by far around for bin service. They have some of the most amazingly skilled truck drivers I have ever seen. I rent a lot of bins and these guys put them in some of the smallest tightest places that most companies won’t even try. It is really handy that they rent out lugger bins even for garbage. The lady in dispatch is a true dream to deal with. She is so calm and collected and informative and she tells you like it is with no B/S. The only negative I have is the drivers are fussy about how high the load is in the bin but as the drivers explained to me they have rules and laws to follow regarding load security and maximum height. I never realized that once they pick up the bin and drive down the road anything that happens is on the driver and his/her licence. If you want great service great prices for both garbage and scrap metal they should be your first call. They are definitely mine.

Guy at the weigh station put all the metal I spent time sorting as shred then stapled the paper you bring into the office so I wouldn't look. Watch out if they staple the paper check it before you leave the weigh station. Good ole scammers.

Brought in copper and alum. Copper was fair, got totally ripped off with the alum. Good clean alum extruded ladder, cast alum engine parts got penies per pound. Use someone else, the guys on the scale will rip you off.

unfortunately once again going there with millberry copper and having them downgrade it so to pay less. I expect honesty and integrity when dealing with these companies. It is unfortunate that I have come to expect less when dealing with this particular establishment. Even when I pointed out to the gentleman that this was indeed millberry, also known as bright, he still left the papers at the lower grade. Very disapointed and will be looking into other companies that will deal straight up and honest.

My neighbours have had three bins from these guys and each time they have driven on my front yard tearing it up severely. I would recommend choosing a company that cares.

Only helpful if you have large volumes of metal (ie. = or > 300 lbs). Not helpful if you are not devoting all your time to bringing in large volumes. But they will take lesser amounts of good quality metal off your hands for free. Thanks but no thanks, even free online classifieds would give something (and come right to my door!)

Worst place I have ever been. You unload your load and when you go to get paid they say we don't pay for that after arrangements have been made.

BLOOD HARNESS

A little ridiculous. When you drive onto the scale, the attendant is a good 15 - 20 feet above you ( & I understand they get a lot of bigger trucks in there, but get an intercom or something) then there is nothing and no-one to tell you that you have to drive all the way back to the entrance to get to the drop off. Also nothing and no one to tell you where to drop once you are in there. When you drive back over the scale you are handed a piece of paper and given no instructions on what to do with it. Turns out you drive to a second location with super limited parking to get your money. Not that bad of an experience but pretty confusing & inconvenient.
