When I first moved it they drove by my house for 3 months straight (completely visible by the road) untill I waited at the end of my drive way and made them stop and pick it up and I've had nothing problem with them since.

Fero took it upon themselves to charge my CC without getting prior authorization and/or providing me with the final billing numbers. Not a good business practice.

Had no problem with garbage collection when local company had the contract. Since it has changed to Fero I have had nothing but problems. Called the residential Moncton line multiple times for different reasons and never get an answer.
